Very disappointing service for the whole team

What do you like best?

ConnectAndSell definitely helps with the quantity of calls with prospects. Most associates were having more conversations than the past, but it wasn't leading to more conversions.

What do you dislike?

ConnectAndSell only uses a few different numbers when calling prospects. Therefore, these prospects would get upset because they would be receiving multiple calls from the same exact numbers at the same exact times each day. In the end it led to prospects no longer picking up phones. Additionally, there seemed to be a long pause between the dial and the prospect picking up the phone. As such, the delay caused many prospects to hang up before any conversation took place. It also requires you to upload a new report each time. Just not very well integrated.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Try and find another provider or at least see if you can get a demo before committing. Some of the features that were promised did not happen.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Solving the ability to reach prospects at first, but there weren't really any long term gains. You are able to get through more dials, but it didn't help the quality of the conversation.

It's not an auto-dialer, ConnectAndSell is like a personal assistant.

What do you like best?

ConnectAndSell integrates seamlessly with SalesForce.com (which I use) and allows me to continue working while ConnectAndSell dials through my list of tasks. I don't have to dial each number, navigate through phone tree or any of the other nuisances that take time. Once I am connected, there is a brief greeting from me that allows for pause - very simple "Hi, this is First, Last name). I can then record results in SalesForce, schedule follow-up tasks etc... ConnectAndSell also allows for CSV upload, which I like to use for a call campaign. I also like that the my caller ID changes numbers so more people pick-up. I have closed a lot of business using this product.

What do you dislike?

I think that initial sticker-price takes one back, but the ROI is is no-brainer. There is not much I do not like about ConnectAndSell.

Auto-dialers are out of fashion. ConnectAndSell uses qualified humans (people) to get you in touch with the person you are seeking.

Opportunity Cost is down and opportunities to close business is up..

Cool tool if you need high dial volumes

What do you like best?

It allowed you to get into a lot of conversations with prospects and get you a high volume of dials

What do you dislike?

The nature of the tool can create a gap in the time it connects to when you get to speak with someone. Often, that caused prospects to hang up because of too much hang time

ConnectAndSell turns 100 calls into 1000 calls every day.

What do you like best?

When your best sales people are focused on making out bound calls the effort is an absolute numbers game and often times the math simply is not in their favor in terms of success. Thus we find ourselves hiring reps to make the calls and transfer the live calls to our best sales people. Hiring, training and managing these business development reps is very challenging and very expensive. By implementing ConnectAndSell one rep who was making 50-100 calls per day can make 1000 calls in less than two hours.

What do you dislike?

The service is designed to only call one number that is listed; if you have multiple numbers you have to figure out which ones should be used first etc.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Chad is their SVP of sales and is top notch in terms professionalism, knowledge and service. He is great. Their CEO was actually on our last conference call, they make us feel like we are very important clients. Love it so far.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are now able to cover our database in a more effective and focused way. We get a report from the company listing which numbers are wrong which helps us clean our database faster and more effectively. prior to this we were relying on the reps to report bad numbers and nothing more.

A seamless way to have more conversations with your prospects

What do you like best?

How seamless it is to connect with prospects

What do you dislike?

Sometimes when you start calling your prospects it is buggy. Nothing to crazy, but you have to log out and log back in to get things sorted out.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Do not evaluate ConnectAndSell against another employee. Think about the advantages of the increased connections your current employees will have and how you will be able to iterate your processes that much quicker because of the increased number of questions.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the problem of connecting with prospects. We are able to connect with prospects a lot quicker and more frequently.

Excellent offering! 3 for the price of 1.

What do you like best?

We have found that an SDR with CAS is greater than 3X more productive than an SDR without CAS. Given the price of CAS, it was an easy decision to make.

What do you dislike?

We have had outages with the service and cannot purchase on a monthly basis.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Use the free trial and then sign up for a month of service before signing the annual. You will have a large enough sample size to determine how beneficial it can be for your company.
