"Great experience overall!"

What do you like best?

At CarShield, we feel that it really helps our customers that we are on the ConsumerAffairs platform. We believe that the transparent reviews that ConsumerAffairs collect, along with their dynamic and robust platform, really gives our consumers and open look at how CarShield can help them and addresses any inquires before joining CarShield.

What do you dislike?

Not too much we dislike. Maybe add a few more automation features for reviews.

Keep doing what you guys are doing but keep a close your competitors such as TrustPilot, HighYa, BirdEye, etc so that you can implement any cutting edge features that they do.

What do you like best?

Our new customers respect ConsumerAffairs as a source they can trust because our existing customers actual experiences with our product are featured in their own words on ConsumerAffairs.com. We direct our customers to ConsumerAffairs.com at point of purchase and use the reviews as a closing tool. It works and helps us close on the first call as well as given us sales on call backs that we never would have had, .It’s the best tool ever had to help elevate and maintain a great reputation. People trust what they read on this site over and above any other source that we have.

What do you dislike?

Noting not to like. It’s perfect for any Direct Marketing or Advertiser.

"Easiest way to grow your brand "

What do you like best?

Ease of use - the ability to solicit and aggregate all of your brands reviews in one place is invaluable. The platform allows you to monitor all reviews, responses and more from your consumers with ease.

Analytics - the analytics dashboard provides an in-depth look into what is being discussed about your brand across platforms and provides the information and feedback needed to enhance your brand.

What do you dislike?

The biggest concern i have with this product is the same concern i have with all of the other products similar to Consumer Affairs; the time it takes to post reviews from the consumer. The lag between when the review is given and when we are able to respond can lead to a decrease in resolution rate.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest value we have seen is the third party validation of your brand. By utilizing Consumer Affairs as our reputation tool we are able to provide a non scripted and unbiased view of our brand values for the consumer to make an educated decision as to why choose us and become a brand advocate.

"Amazing! "

What do you like best?

I would like to highlight the attention to our account that Brittany H. has given us throughout the three years of working with her. The entire team from behind the scenes did wonders for our account and truly stayed on top of all enhancements and advancements that took place with their platform. They have come a long way (platform wise) since we began.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes there is a delay in learning about new launches or fixes that the platform has taken on, and then you find out on your own, but that has gotten better.

Looking forward to the integration of other review sites with the ability to post reviews through CA to other sites.

For the company that I managed, it was from a lead generating and organic presence standpoint. They have become a trusted source among customers and have become a go-to for searching for a credible mover.

"Building lead generation and increasing online brand reputation"

What do you like best?

The reviews obtained by Consumer Affairs are authentic and it allows us to connect with the customer base that may be hesitate in providing feedback directly to the branded company. The staff in the Tulsa location have been amazing to partner with and they always are . They make this experience great!

What do you dislike?

Volume can change each week based on the number of calls that were successful. I would like to see these updated daily vs weekly to help manage work load each week.

We are not only increasing our lead generation but also eliminating reviews that are not factual.

"Understanding and responding to voice of the customer"

What do you like best?

Consumer Affairs allows us to have an open forum with our customers, respond promptly to complaints and turn demoters into promoters. It also gives us a voice of the customer that we otherwise wouldn't have.

What do you dislike?

I do wish that we could have more information on our business page or allow customers to sign up directly on consumer affairs.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've seen traffic increase and we've been able to combat google reviews where a lot of the reviews are not even valid and there is no channel to dispute a claim.

What do you like best?

ConsumerAffairs is infinitely more than just an online reputation management tool, they are experts in their space and partners in your business. While many companies can provide review monitoring and collection software, ConsumerAffairs provides a destination site where real consumers come to make buying decisions and the tools and support to respond and resolve any potential customer concerns quickly.

What do you dislike?

It isn't the cheapest tool, but you also get what you pay for.

Consumer Affairs is hands down the most detailed and trusted site there is! The highest quality and best customer service we have ever had the pleasure of working with. "A nice review collection tool with some lead gen features"

What do you like best?

The ability to invite customers with pre-made template. Excellent customer service.

What do you dislike?

Being charged a lead-gen fee simply for having our number or website listed on the site page.

It may be worth accrediting if your CA page ranks highly in organic search. Otherwise, CA has helped us interact better with our valued customers.

"Very organized and thorough company"

What do you like best?

I like how engaged the company is. For my small company to have multiple members from Consumeraffairs is really nice.

What do you dislike?

I think the website could become a bit more robust and have other options. I just met with my account rep though and I know things like this are in the works.

Definitely partner up and learn about all the tools you can use throug hthe product.

"Great Review Service"

What do you like best?

I like their review service and how it can help your brand shine.Their interface for monitoring reviews is excellent, and allows the brand to have a stress-free review quality system in place.

What do you dislike?

I don't like their review order. The more you pay, the higher you rank in 2 of their categories. Their lead service is OK but expensive.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Please consider having alternate packages for companies that want a combo of leads plus reviews. An "all-inclusive" type of package.

We are taking advantage of our reviews to try and monetize on prospective customers that review our brand before coming to our website to convert.

"Exceeds expectations"

What do you like best?

Consumer Affairs is an excellent online review platform. Their call center does an excellent job of capturing reviews for publishing. In addition, CA is able to capture good quality leads due to their review content.

What do you dislike?

1) It seems like there is no way we can end up in the "number one" position in our category, even though we have the most reviews, good reviews and market leader. We're told it's "consumer interactions" but consumers will always interact more with the first business listed, so it's "chicken and the egg." Frustrating.

2) We've had some issues with incorrect billing and shorting us the proper number of review calls, but those issues are resolved and mostly due to poor communication when our account reps where changed

We are able to get a third-party collect reviews for us. In addition, we are able to gather leads.

"Great Partner For Brand Reputation"

What do you like best?

I like the support we get from Consumer Affairs to reach out to our customers. This way we are able to procure positive reviews from happy customers as well as communicate with customers who may have had issues to resolve their account.

What do you dislike?

Not a fan of the site redesign. It is slated very much to the original customer review and less so to the brand's response/factual basis.

We are able to create a better balance of searchable reviews online by utilizing Consumer Affairs phone collection review.

"They do the work for you!"

What do you like best?

Low-maintenance tool and great results. Not only do we get great reviews, but the leads they generate always return in a positive ROI (every month for 2 years!).

What do you dislike?

Not sure how it compares to others, but a little pricey. Wouldn't mind if it was cheaper.

"Great for Online Reputation Management"

What do you like best?

Consumer Affairs does a great job calling our customers to get honest reviews about our dealers. Their conversion rate is really good.

What do you dislike?

We've had a couple reviews that were coded as "Factual Basis Uncertain" by Consumer Affairs, which we appreciate, but the reviews are still on the websites for potential customers to see. Based on a couple of the complaints we received, I believe the reviews should've been taken down.
