Buggy - when entering in a lot of files, it will suddenly decide not to let you type in any fields. you have to close the program and reopen. At least it is not totally frozen so you can save first. But sometimes it will just freeze and there is then no way to save any changes you have just made.
The indexing just stops working every once in a while and you don't get any warning that it isn't working, you just figure it out when you search for something that you know is there and it doesn't find it. It is easy to get it back up and running, but is a pain to have to do it at all.
It doesn't really do all the things it is advertised to do, at least not in a convenient way.
It doesn't support PDF forms properly
I haven't tried in the latest version, but last I checked you couldn't redact on PDFs, only jpgs
The workflow doesn't work at all how it was described to me during sales talks
We needed a way to organize all correspondence with our customers that would also allow us to insert our own notes into the files so that we could easily look at an entire conversation at once. This also allowed us access to co-workers notes incase you had to take on a project while a coworker was gone.
