"User-friendly solution to monitor competitors and your market"

What do you like best?

I implemented Contify's solution at my previous company, which was a global organization. The Contify team worked tirelessly to get a demo solution ready for an executive meeting so we could make a decision on whether this was the right solution for our company. Mohit (CEO) and his team are very professional, and really get what we are trying to do to stay on top of the activities in our market. The platform is intuitive and the many features allow us to use it however we like - for example, some of the executives prefer to receive newsletters, so our team put those together easily with the help of Contify. The platform is completely customizable to our set of competitors and industry, and even allows us to define the websites/sources of news we would like to track. We are also able to change/add search topics (e.g. financial news, M&A, executive appointments) easily as the Contify team is very responsive. Overall, a great platform backed by a fantastic team.

What do you dislike?

Having local sales and support staff to assist would be useful during implementation

If you're not sure about trying Contify, I would recommend just contacting them for a free demo. There's no risk to you and you can evaluate whether you like working with the team and using the solution.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The company is global, and we discovered there were teams doing market and competitor intelligence in every office in a different way and they were not communicating well with colleagues in other cities/countries. We were looking for a solution that would streamline and standardize the MI/CI processes. Since we implemented the solution, the teams have access to live data from many sources so they spend less time on manual collection of news. Instead, the team can focus on analyzing competitor and market activity. The newsletters, which are very easy to produce, also offer a nice snapshot to the executives.

"Our main source of media listening and industry tracking"

What do you like best?

Contify is able to customize the offering to meet our exact requirements. For example, we need specific information on competitors such as when they launch in a city. But we were not interested in learning about all the events that they were attending or the general articles on education being put out by their marketing department. That's where Contify was most effective. It weeded out the noise and only delivers what is absolutely essential for us to know. The platform is easy to use and their newsletter with a round-up of updates on our competitors, our brand, and the education industry in the only briefing email that we need to stay on top of our market. We get only a few articles to read and we know that we are not missing anything important.

What do you dislike?

It would be great if Contify can add a layer of deeper analysis and recommendations to their offering.

We operate in the highly competitive education space. Our our competitors are expanding to new markets, and changes in education regulation/policies across the world have an impact on our business, our customers are writing reviews about us online. We use Contify to stay on top all these moving parts. Since deploying Contify, we have access to an online platform with all the archived data for analysis and also get regular updates in the form of a customized newsletter. It covers competitor activity, reviews of our brand by customers, and updates in the global education space.

"A very well integrated tool, and now my go-to source, for market intelligence information"

What do you like best?

1) User-friendly product: Everything from taxonomy to visualization can be customized and defined by users. The content is very clean and of high quality; there is rarely any junk that I've seen during my 2-year experience. Platform features are well thought through and capture anticipated needs of users; 2) Exhaustive channels of info - both social and traditional sites are captured which help save a lot of time;. 3) Amazing account managers: they are dedicated and responsive. All of our unique requirements were met flawlessly, including on-boarding of new users were made easy which enhance our experience.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I didn't like. I guess one comment that I get from fellow users is that they are not aware of various cool features the tool has to offer. And Contify has continuously addressed and alleviated this through video tutorials, live training/webinars, responsive customer support and follow up from the account managers.

If you thinking about a one-stop platform for managing market intelligence data, Contify is on top of the list. With its high-degree of flexibility and personalization capabilities, Contify can do a lot more than you imagine.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am managing key client relationships With the fast changing ecosystem of our business, there is an urgent need to stay on top of of our client and competitor development, key industry issues and their evolving trends. This is where Contify really brought together for me. Generally, these information are scattered all over the internet. Contify provides me with the powerful tool to keep it organize and allow me to plan and manage all these important aspects in one place, while remain flexible to customization of each individual user. Saves us tremendous amount of time from hassle of digging through webs. Their daily alerts also prove very useful.

"Very informative and can be used as a tool to develop your talents"

The articles being covered with competition info, research report links, reporting accidents, business opportunities etc...

What do you dislike?

Nothing as if now as it too early to comment.

Nothing wrong in trying something new, Contify helps to develop a learning culture and builds awareness of the industry where you breathe day in/out!

Business opportunities, tender proposals, accident reports helps us to know the market better day by day. The sales folks can be driven towards the new launch and expansion projects to empanel customers and to fulfil their needs for Personal Protective Equipment, Fire Safety etc...

"A great product backed by a great team"

What do you like best?

i used Contify's tools while working for my previous organisation. It was primarily used to create a detailed analysis of our competitors across the globe. At the time, we hadn't experienced anything like Contify before. Coming out of the world of secondary research from untrusted sources and excel sheets into Contify's real time data feeds and awesome visualization tools was a welcome change. The combination of machine+human layer of data/content curation ensured that there was a very low probability of irrelevant data/ content creeping into your feed.

This really improved our efficiency and we were able to dish out much more reliable research reports in a shorter period.

What's more impressive was the real time support from the Contify team. Since it was the beginning of the relationship, Contify's team (including CEO Mohit and their marketing experts) had weekly calls with us to learn about any issues we were facing. They were also very open and receptive towards any improvements we suggested and we were able to get a higly customized tool fit to our requirements.

Overall it was a great experience, and i would definitely like to recommend the tool to any institution or team for whom market research is a critical operational element.

What do you dislike?

There was nothing much what we disliked. At that time Contify was really new and evolving. What they are offering currently is highly evolved and much better than the tools we used. But i guess that's the disadvantage every early adapter has to face.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The hands-on availability of highly relevant content and data saved many man hours which we would have waster on secondary research. In addition the availability of ready-made visualization tools and easy customizations ensured that we are able to get ready to use charts and graphs customized to our requirements. This significantly improved the team productivity and efficiency. This also ensured ready data availability while on international team calls.

"Reliable and Accurate MI Tool"

What do you like best?

◦ Clean Content: Content on the platform has almost no junk, is curated, and is properly tagged

◦ Mix of Social and Web: Most of the tools I had previously used covered only one of the channels. Contify brought them together for me.

◦ Good Service: Account managers are very responsive

What do you dislike?

◦ Non-availability of content from printed media

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

◦ I was managing client engagement for multiple retainers. Developing relationships that were beyond transnational was important factor in up-sell and renewal. I used Contify to do this in a disciplined way. I got updates on my clients and their companies across channels in my mailbox daily. That helped me immensely in keeping up with the interests and direction of my clients.
