"Cooladata is the fast-track to quick ROI"

What do you like best?

Building informative KPI reports quickly and easily.

Fast onboarding.

With Cooladata we are now able to segment users by attribution source and explore the different segments customers journey.

Using the out of the box integrations, we are able to determine marketing campaign performance, ROI and users LTV.

Great support and customer success team.

What do you dislike?

Cooladata provides deeper insights but for more complex reports you need to get familiar with CQL.

Documentation is sometime not intuitive.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The cohort and funnel reports allow us to easily identify certain patterns with our customers, making it easy to do conversion and retention analysis, identify trends, preferences and issues with our flow.

Optimizing marketing campaigns based on the users attributed from these campaigns behavior and ROI.

Transaction reporting and one "single source of the truth" dashboards.

"Excellent customer support, smooth onboarding and we started getting valuable insights immediately."

What do you like best?

The onboarding was very simple and quick. Took us an hour to first event on the system and less than 2 weeks to full integration with our system in production for both internal and external uses.

The customer success team was extremely helpful throughout this process - both their availability and technical ability were excellent. This allowed us to quickly resolve issues and question during the integration and going forward.

What do you dislike?

The documentation is a bit sparse, but since customer success was so helpful this was not much of an issue.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were trying to build a BI platform over BigQuery, which is a great platform but still requires a lot of management and this took much longer than we wanted just to get off the ground. Working with CoolaData allowed us to get up and running very quickly and start gaining insights and implement BI related features for our customers.

I'm especially happy with the modular, layered design of the system, allowing us to quickly build and embed reports and dashboards using wizards, but also allowing us to customize the underlying SQL or rewrite it from scratch when we need more control.

"Cooladata have an amazing support and a quality easy to use platform"

What do you like best?

Very easy to use.

Great UI.

High-Value reports and data crossover

They give you a month free to get used to the platform and decide if you want to keep using it.

What do you dislike?

Implementation time is pretty quick but still, take some time.

Takes some time to get used to it.

Learn how to use CQL takes some time

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make sure to ask for weekly support meetings with the success manager and ask for recommendations, they provide really good insights that you might not think of.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Colladata lets marketers build their own report easily without the need of an actual BI person (even though it is a plus if you do have one).
