"CoolFront Review"

What do you like best?

The easy access and application.It is easy to use with any device. We all have iPads that we use this product on. It beats the heck out of our stone age paper and pencil ways. We would like to have less paperwork, and more emailing. This product provides a way for that. You can archive invoices and print them out, whenever you want to. We love coolfront and the other things you can link to it, like quickbooks and your customers info. It saves all the information from previous

What do you dislike?

The fee. Coolfront is a bit pricey, compared to others. I have used several flatrate product, and some are less expensive. If coolfront could get a good maintenance system, that would be helpful.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

messy paperwork. Everything is neat and tidy. My techs all have iPads and can use coolfront anytime anywhere. It takes a load off of the office regarding messy paperwork.

"Coolfront is easy to use for techs"

What do you like best?

It is visually appealing, user friendly, and you only pay for the invoices you need.

What do you dislike?

There is no great way to track sales or create detailed estimates.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It has a lot of other very useful add ons, but the price does add up quickly.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were previously using paper invoices, so this has allowed us to streamline our process.
