The best thing i like about Sentinel is that you have a great interface and GUI for tracking issues, incidents and tickets. Using Sentinel for tracking incidents we have been able to stay on top of the critical incidents and tickets and prioritize tasks.
What do you dislike?
Sentinel sometimes becomes unresponsive after upgrading to a new version while tracking incidents/tickets.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are tracking issues/incidents/access rights/tickets through Sentinel and it has been great in tracking our tasks and prioritizing them to work on urgent activities.
