What do you like best?
I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a better software to handle and account for our invoices. We primarily use this to account for credit cards across all of our 500+ employees. Pictures of receipts are required to ensure accountability, and coding is made simple two different accounting categories.
What do you dislike?
While the interface is solid and easy to use for the most part, there are a couple of minor areas that take some training on, such as splitting payments into multiple categories. With a little bit of training though, there isn’t much to worry about.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
For several years, we have tried to make sure there was a solid system to uphold the integrity of our organization when it comes to financing. At the same time, the solution also needed to be simple and easy to use for our employees. With Coupa, we are seeing the benefits of common language used in all of our departments and locations, and easy interface with our other financial software, and easy mobile access when people away from their desks.
