What do you like best?
The setup is simple, the quality is great, the customer support is very responsive - they are quick to fix any issues or implement changes that we suggest - and it makes our customer's experience talking with us far better than what we had with the old way of desk phones.
What do you dislike?
There isn't much to dislike really. It just works. They had some issues with the app restarting mid call for a while and this caused some calls to be cut, but that was fixed quickly. It would also be good to have a notification on each call as to who answered the call when it is directed at multiple people, sometimes you might have many people 'missing a call' but not knowing that someone actually took it. It sounds like this is already being worked on.
Recommendations to others considering the product
It is very easy to try and the team will help you get setup to test it. Would also recommend a good headset if using it within a crowded office. They seem to have integrated it well with a couple of headsets which we are using.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were looking for a system that was scalable for our business. Something that would allow us to quickly implement across the world and at the same time quickly change when our customers required us to do something better. Now we have a solution that allows our team to be in contact with our customers wherever there are in the world. It also means our people don't need to be tied to a desk to be 'at their desk'.
