"A great chat program"

What do you like best?

It's extremely easy for customers to use and extremely easy to implement. If you know there is a particular page your customers often need help on you can input Crisp. Having that instant communication could prevent a customer from giving up and shopping elsewhere. It also helps you triage incoming issues rather than needing to staff on hand to answer phones. Attention to design is superb.

What do you dislike?

Only 4 agents for the 25/month version is difficult and the jump to unlimited at $95 is steep. The mobile app is a little slow and sometimes chats that have already been answered appear as unanswered.

Crisp is a great way to implement new chat features and the onboarding process is extremely quick.

It's difficult for a small business to answer phone calls on the fly to deal with customer problems. Chat helps to triage and organize support tickets. Multiple customers can be helped at the same time. We have found that Crisp allows us to better track the issues coming in to allow us to better follow up with customers.

"Great live chat and customer communication platform"

What do you like best?

First of all, Crisp was extremely easy to set up. We quickly implemented it on our website and invited our team members to join. They have a free trial for 14 days and we used it to get started. It was a great experience.

I like the way we can chat with our website visitors and potential customers via Crisp chat. It's also very useful that we can reach out to website visitors via live chat whenever they are visiting our website. So far the experience was great and the fact that Crisp costs probably 3-4x cheaper than similar alternatives in the market makes it a no brainer to use it.

What do you dislike?

There were some very small bugs, but we feel that the Crisp team is working on improving the product, so everything is fine.

If you want a live chat and customer communication tool that has great features and is affordable, then I highly recommend to check out Crisp. You'll like it.

Crisp helps us communicate with our website visitors. It allows as not just sit and wait when the visitors will start a conversation with us, but it let's us start the conversation with the visitors when they are on our website. This helps us engage with our potential customers, guide them through sign up process, answer their questions and overall improve the user experience.

"Fully Featured Chat App for Customer Engagement."

What do you like best?

In the past, I looking for chat app for my website so I start googling and check and used different chat app but I'm not fully satisfied with the features they provide. Then I visit to Crisp and check the features and functionality. It's very easy to use, even a novice user without any training can use this app.

One of best feature of this app is customer retention through sending email, If any customer share their email then after leaving the website chat history delivered to their email and you can also engage them again via sending simple 'Hi' message on chat.

Awesome Crisp. You people doing good at customer engagement tool. Personally recommend to use this app.

What do you dislike?

I think their is nothing to dislike, but few limitation in every plan, so you pay for that and use hassle free.

We provide support to customers through Crisp, solve their queries, handle sales related enquiries etc.

"Awesome Chat bot I have seen till date"

What do you like best?

Crisp is an awesome chat bot. One of the best thing is automated email campaign and email triggers. I like the way we can chat with our website visitors and potential customers via Crisp chat. I highly recommend to check out Crisp. You'll like it.

What do you dislike?

Few features limitation as a free member. There are few minor fugs and I thinks, soon Crisp team fix it.

"Really amazing Freemium product with unique features"

What do you like best?

Crisp is every bit as good as it's competitors in the live chat category. It's a lightweight CRM, & support team messenger tool to handle all your client-facing communications, simply and easily. What I didn't expect was to find a number of new and innovative features, such as one click to convert a chat to a video call, or take control of a webpage to assist a customer. The live map feature is really neat too!

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the UI has some quirks, mostly internal facing (and not customer facing), like an odd translation here and there, or a small bug (that usually gets fixed). Makes sense though for a very small, lean/agile dev team.

"Amazing Desktop Experience"

What do you like best?

The fact that it's lightweight, lets us customize all our triggers and set up events that may be useful in campaigns like a CRM. Various features like the remote debug and location plus browsing history have helped us understand the journey of the users as well as their thinking,

What do you dislike?

The mobile version is a little crappy. It could be faster and less internet intensive because sometimes it takes a while to update that someone else has replied to the conversation and there are double replies

Helping customers without having to get on a call with them for every single problem they face. The best benefit this provides us is that of time. Reaching out to new visitors via the chat button has helped us convert some good visitors into amazing customers today

"Slick software, amazing customer support, always adding more functionality"

What do you like best?

Slick product. Just works,. Is easy to install. Mobile apps make it easy to respond. Right level of customization and flat rate pricing. Has a robust free plan. Fast and knowledgeable customer support.

What do you dislike?

In certain cases ,there could be a bit more customization like in the helpdesk with more customization for headers and footers.

There's lot of functionality and you don't need to use it all. It's easy to get going through with a robust free plan so I would just start and try it.

Customer support and helpdesk. Mobile apps make it easy for the team to respond. Results in faster responses, centralized knowledge. Fantastic and broadly compatible end user experience.

"Crisp"

What do you like best?

Crisp makes it very easy to connect with customers and provide feedback when needed in an easy to use, well designed live chat format.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice if the unlimited package wasn't such a big jump in price from the pro.

I have been able to automate the FAQ section of the website which has been a huge resource in productivity.

"Crisp increased the conversion rate to 3X"

What do you like best?

It is very responsive and quick, it is similar to intercom but more features and easily fits your budget when you are starting up. We have multiple types of users at WIttyPen and since we are in Beta, our users usually want to talk to us and know more, Crisp lets us connect with our users directly and solve there problems.

What do you dislike?

I like the overall features on crisp, the only issue at times is it shows messages which have already been answered when I come online and the mobile app can be quicker.

"Great piece of software with awesome support"

What do you like best?

The affordability and in the same time the great features. Best price/features ratio I found for this kind of product.

Putting aside the software itself, the support those guys provide is outstanding!

The lack of Zapier integration that could allow further automation
