"Excellent Software that does so much"

What do you like best?

The ease of use when running a bit show, we used to have to hire extra people to run around and find the people asking the questions and give them a microphone, now they just download an app and get chosen by the speaker and its seamless

What do you dislike?

Sometimes can struggle to get wifi in venues used so can have issues with streaming audio or that audience is unable to download app

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Savings on people and also resources such as microphones etc

"Excellent app"

What do you like best?

If you want to wow your audience, make sure you get Crowd mics for your next event so they can speak directly to you and you can take polls on the fly.

What do you dislike?

It is an app so getting people to download prior is a best practice.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Try it, you'll like it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Doing a facilitated two-day event with Crowd mics kept the audience in-tune with what was going on and mix up the experience.

"Super cool for audience engagement."

What do you like best?

Event attendees can use their phones instead of microphones. It's cool to see in action.

What do you dislike?

Crowd Mics is dependent on good wifi. Unfortunately, wifi isn't always the best at every conference. If it's good, though, Crowd Mics might be handy.

Recommendations to others considering the product

An easy way to handle audience questions, and definitely cooler than passing a microphone around. However, it does rely on wi-fi, so you'll need a good connection.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've used Crowd Mics while attending an event , and it definitely has that "cool" factor. I don't have to sit around waiting for someone to give me a microphone, or wait in line at the front of a room during a panel or talk. It's nice to use my own device, from my seat.

"Falls short in actual performance"

What do you like best?

It's a great idea, really innovative and creative.

What do you dislike?

The technology fails repeatedly and can't be relied on in a professional meeting setting, particularly for a large audience!

Recommendations to others considering the product

This is probably only good for a small event or classroom setting.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Trying to create an audience interaction.
