What do you like best?
The UGC! The Crowdtap crowds produce amazing UGC that the brands then have rights to - we have used a ton of the UGC from this program and will continue to utilize images, reviews, responses, etc. throughout the year. The Crowdtap team is also extremely helpful and willing to help out whenever needed.
What do you dislike?
The base crowd aspect of the program can get confusing sometimes, as there are several different types of responses. Otherwise, this is a great platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Crowdtap is a great way to execute a sampling program while also incorporating a word of mouth campaign. The program really drives trial and awareness of products, especially if you are launching a new product. There are also options to incorporate influencers (Socialstars is what they call them) and this also helps expand the program. With Crowdtap, there are endless opportunities to drive awareness and start the conversation around a specific brand, and the platform even lets you pull insights from those conversations happening in the crowd.

We are able to execute a sampling program that drives trial and awareness of our products. The program also encompasses influencers, a word of mouth campaign and an insights aspect as well.
