What do you like best?
You can add your social networking streams, I particularly enjoy being able to monitor and interact with Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook pages, and Pinterest all in one place.
The publisher has been good on testing, you can schedule out all your posts from here, I have just started testing this with simple posts and so far it works fine.
The ability to work with a team via email and instant messaging, assign individuals tasks to the calendar and send documents back and forth is an awesome feature! I also love the simple and clean design.
I must also mention the fact that the crowdvirality team will go above and beyond to solve any problems or explain how to use a feature! Also, I feel the price is very competitive and as features are added it will be a valuable tool for social media management.
What do you dislike?
Not every feature is implemented on this platform yet. There will be many features coming such as listening to mentions and for keywords, sadly this is not yet available. But, they are very receptive to suggestions and feedback. I also did not see instagram yet, but have successfully added 9 other streams. As this is new not everything is available yet that was listed on the site, but they have an excellent commitment to quality and service.
Recommendations to others considering the product
This service is still in what I want to say a beta stage. Some features (mostly monitoring) are not yet available, but the team is dedicated to providing high quality service and support, and are extremely receptive about suggestions for improvement.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am able to watch all feeds in one place and respond online.
I am able to work quickly with my teammate on projects via chatting or email, the email has the ability to send attachments. I love that tasks can be assigned, and that it shows progress on each task, and it all shows on a nice calendar.
I hope to integrate more homegrown posts by using their publisher to cut out time-consuming tasks of posting random content for filler and make it more planned.
Over all this is a time-saver for teamwork.
