What do you like best?
I really like the way my company utilizes Culture IQ. The userface is so easy to use, there doesn't need to be any training at all. Its simplicity makes it easy to focus on completing the task at hand - completing the survey. Also, the interface just looks great - and that's always a plus!
What do you dislike?
If we could preview the question or even take the question directly in our email, that would save us time for having to click through to view it. Oftentimes, I'm not sure what to expect with the question so I put it off for a later time. If I were to see how easy the question/questions are, I'd answer it much more quickly.
Also just wanted to put it out there that the file size restriction for uploading the screenshot for validation was very difficult to use. There wasn't an error message popping up to tell me my file size was too big and the restriction isn't obvious for most people that don't know how big typical image file sizes are. I needed to resize my screenshot in an image editor app to be 1/3 its size. It'd be great if you could increase the file size limit or make the directions for upload more clear.

Great for gathering feedback. Easy to use. Doesn't take much time out of those that want to use it.

I think we provide valuable feedback to our HR team who works hard to keep us satisfied and happy with our jobs. All of this goes back to the work life balance/benefits our HR team works towards providing us.
