"Real-time feedback at your fingertips"

What do you like best?

It's simple to use and provides real-time results, along with complete customization to your needs. You have both an account manager and a culture strategist to help you out and they are both extremely insightful, responsive and ensure that everything is working right. They are also very quick to respond to new feature requests and the system has exactly what I need, when I need it. I have had an amazing experience so far and look forward to continuing to work with CultureiQ!

What do you dislike?

Not a lot, the functionality for the connected surveys is continually being improved which is one area that I'd like to see more features in. But I've only been utilizing CultureiQ for our employee surveys for just over one year so far and already seen huge advancements in the number and quality of features and analytic options available.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Take advantage of the account management and culture strategist support provided by CultureiQ. They have a lot of great insight and can share what has worked for other companies.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are always focused on employee engagement and are currently working on increased communication in the company and transparency into corporate strategy and initiatives. CultureiQ has helped us immediately pinpoint areas to prioritize and the CultureiQ team (account management and culture strategists) have provided a lot of great practices for how we analyze and immediately act on the data. We have seen an increase in feedback provided by employees and acted on by our People & Culture and senior leadership teams.

"Simple, easy, and quick interface"

What do you like best?

I really like the way my company utilizes Culture IQ. The userface is so easy to use, there doesn't need to be any training at all. Its simplicity makes it easy to focus on completing the task at hand - completing the survey. Also, the interface just looks great - and that's always a plus!

What do you dislike?

If we could preview the question or even take the question directly in our email, that would save us time for having to click through to view it. Oftentimes, I'm not sure what to expect with the question so I put it off for a later time. If I were to see how easy the question/questions are, I'd answer it much more quickly.

Also just wanted to put it out there that the file size restriction for uploading the screenshot for validation was very difficult to use. There wasn't an error message popping up to tell me my file size was too big and the restriction isn't obvious for most people that don't know how big typical image file sizes are. I needed to resize my screenshot in an image editor app to be 1/3 its size. It'd be great if you could increase the file size limit or make the directions for upload more clear.

Great for gathering feedback. Easy to use. Doesn't take much time out of those that want to use it.

I think we provide valuable feedback to our HR team who works hard to keep us satisfied and happy with our jobs. All of this goes back to the work life balance/benefits our HR team works towards providing us.

"Great visibility into a disparately located and matrixed organization"

What do you like best?

Quick and easy to get a pulse on our employees, who are in offices around the world, and are distributed by function as well as industry. Filtering options, comparison reports, interactive reports and manager portals are all valuable.

What do you dislike?

To hide a positive within a negative - all of our requests have been listened to and incorporated into the roadmap. The only item not currently on the roadmap that we'd like to see is the ability to "toggle" my view by manager so admins can see what the manager sees, and better help them navigate the manager portal or fix issues.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Engagement translates to productivity and business results, so we are able to identify groups that could use more support, as well as monitor how acquired companies are integrating.

"CultureIQ Review"

What do you like best?

The platform is easy-to-use and customizable. It has standard surveys built in but allows you create your own custom surveys. We also use the platform for non-anonymous surveys such as exit interviews and post event feedback.

What do you dislike?

Customer service is usually prompt in returning emails but they do not provide a phone in support number.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This platform has given us real time insight into our employees thoughts and several initiatives in the firm this past year were a direct result of the feedback received in the surveys. CultureIQ not only gives the employees a voice but they have gained an overall confidence that leadership is listening. We use the survey to ask just 4 short questions each month and we are able to track data month to month.

"Great tool to measure change!"

What do you like best?

I like that it's easy to measure change from one period to the next. Also, when they change something about the tool (for instance, how they measure NPS), they do a good job of explaining why and then immediately recalculating old surveys so the change is still relevant.

What do you dislike?

There could be better solutions proposed if we want to change a particular area. So if our score is low in one area, there should be more ideas on how to improve. And how to implement those ideas.

A great, well researched tool for measuring culture and then measuring changes.

We want to know how engaged our employees are. This tool helps us measure engagement and what area we can improve in. It helps us communicate with our employees any changes we are proposing and then measure the effects of those changes.

"Love CultureIQ"

What do you like best?

Extremely easy to use and customize. I love all the analytics and data we can get from the tool.

What do you dislike?

I wish there was a piece of the product to set up non-anonymous reviews, so that we could capture this info from our employees as well (i.e. exit interviews).

Easier to speak to specific data points to the executive level. Helps transform culture and employee engagement to actionable items and data.

"Easy to use for those looking to get gather valuable insight fast -"

What do you like best?

The platform allows our team to send surveys out to the employees to gather meaningful data about how we're doing as a company. The product is built in a really intuitive way that doesn't make filling out surveys feel like a "chore" - but structured in a way that makes users feel like their voices are really valuable (especially with how the data is reported out).

What do you dislike?

There's nothing I can think of at this time.

As we grow as a company, CultureIQ allows us to understand how we're doing as a company early and tackle any pain points head on. This really empowers our employees to get a pulse of what direction we're taking. Most importantly, it allows us to ensure that we're really hearing how employees feel and make data-driven decisions that will serve our company best.

"Great tool to help guide engagement"

What do you like best?

We get some of our best feedback through the quarterly surveys. The ability to customize is key. The metrics are actually research-backed. They are constantly improving the tool. Provides us great insight into an important part of companies that is often difficult to measure.

What do you dislike?

I would like there to be a customer service number to call. The quality of service could be better. Wish there was printing capability. Mostly user-friendly but could be a little smoother. While it does allow you to customize surveys it's really only possible to do with their help.

"CultureIQ allowed us to connect with our staff and to hear them in a way we were never before able."

What do you like best?

CultureIQ allowed our staff to share their views and opinions in a safe environment. We were able to implement impactful changes by responding to the survey results.

What do you dislike?

The reporting is a little antiquated and should have more customizable options.

Work with your consultants to really make sure that you are getting the most out of customizing the product for your team.

We solved for innovation, specifically the implementation speed of new ideas. The changes we made have really made our staff happy and improved our efficiency and effectiveness.

"Culture IQ simplifies how to measure employee engagement"

What do you like best?

Culture IQ platform is simple to use, administer, and deploy. The firm has a commitment to constantly improving the platform and provide excellent service. I like the variety of assessment tools and the manner in which each can be customized for specific needs and audiences.

What do you dislike?

Initially reporting was not as easy as I liked, but improvements have been made.

We need to have easy way to get employee engagement information as well as benchmark where we stand. A benefit is we have common and consistent language and perspective.

"Great Surveys"

What do you like best?

Quick and easy to use! Never have any issues. No friction between the second you start and finish your survey

theres nothing I can really come up with top of mind that I dislike. Its pretty nice and simple

"Raise Your IQ By Using CultureIQ"

What do you like best?

I LOVE this program. It has made our work productivity go up by nearly 150% since we integrated this product just 6-months ago.

What do you dislike?

There is not much that I don't like about this program. There are a few glitches I've notices, but overall it's a great product!

Our business platform has changed drastically since the implementation of CultureIQ. We didn't realize how much potential our company had until we began using this program.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best?

We've been using CultureIQ internally to better understand how employees find our culture working for them. The forms are easy to use and straight forward in getting the message across.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to complain about per se. Getting final results without going to the administrator (like seeing poll results) might be nice.

Improving and finding the shortcomings of our current culture. As a tool this improves transparency around what is and isn't working.

"Great tool!"

What do you like best?

The tool allows us as an employer to gauge culture and initiatives in a very simple and effective way.

What do you dislike?

There are still features continuing to be built out, but it's improving over time.

We have been able to track culture by location, tenure & supervisor. It has helped us improve onboarding, recruiting, and other key programs.

What do you like best?

Customizable and easy to use, and offers some degree of anonymity.

What do you dislike?

Results are not entirely anonymous; aggregate team scores are viewable, for example.

Make sure it meets your needs for anonymity. Answers given by employees are not completely anonymous even though they are often presented that way.

"Bigger, Better, Bolder"

What do you like best?

This is an exceptional product for employee engagement into active thinking about how to be more positive.

What do you dislike?

There isn't much to dislike about culture IQ. Sometimes it freezes, but this could be my computer.
