"This software is difficult to navigate and doesn't offer anything unique for the price"

What do you like best?

It tracks customer and demographic trends, and does well to show you hot and cold spots throughout your sales year. It also is great for letting you know which customers you're missing, so you can target them if you feel it necessary. It can also tell you where similar customers to yours are shopping so you know who you're competing against which can be useful, but also lead down lots of dead ends.

What do you dislike?

The difficulty of navigation is incredibly frustrating and oftentimes preferences and actions will not be saved, meaning you'll have to start all over again to track the information you're looking for. This coupled with the cost just makes it not a great value compared to other similar customer tracking software. It also creates lots of duplicates, which can throw off results.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would look elsewhere, there are better options out there that cost less.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest benefits came from knowing what our current demographics are, and then being able to target those we are missing, that we feel like we shouldn't be. It also lets us know who our closest competition is, so that we can keep up with what they are doing and understand where we stand in the market compared to their offerings.
