"CRM Director/Power User"

What do you like best?

The user interface and seem less integration with our ESP was great. Additionally the account team support has been fantastic as well

What do you dislike?

No major complaints, but I think there are big opportunities to incorporate 2nd and 3rd party data into the platform

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Custora for about 50-60% of our retention campaign segmentation. Additionally we rely heavily on Custora for our consumer insights
