"Cyber triage"

What do you like best?

User friendly solution that saves time because it is agentless, fully automated and focused on triage principles. Doesn't require middle man to process information returned by the utility, as all is processed in real time and reports generated.

What do you dislike?

feel like it doesn’t have deep dive compatibilities on its own. Good part is Cyber triage database contents can be leveraged in these scenarios with for example Autopsy. There is no real dislike with this product - it does what it promises and does it at the top level.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Very good solution because almost completely automated and can be managed by one person and uses triage approach that is best in class

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps prevent cyber threats through forensic triage techniques what most companies prefer to use, instead of other techniques. Therefore, this prevention is more robust and thorough compared to other solutions, since triage is trend most vendors are heading towards.

"Cyber Triage"

What do you like best?

I like that it is easy to understand and does not need forensic experts to decode the issues in end point devices, also it is agentless which removes the hassle of installing a piece of code on end user systems.

What do you dislike?

It being an agentless system, tracks end user activity through user accounts. This means it gets all account data and analysis them remotely instead of on-prem.

Recommendations to others considering the product

1. Consider implementing intelligent analytics and preventing and stopping activities like copying data files into Shadow IT personal accounts

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

End-point security. I have realised that Cyber Triage picks up incidents based on the rules fed into it and alerts the right individuals regarding any suspicious activity.

What do you like best?

Agentless: Easier to deploy than EDR

Automated: Easier to use than command lines

Thorough: More complete than antivirus

Practical: Designed for non-forensics experts

What do you dislike?

More updates required to bring the software upto date to new malware and virus

Cyber Triage’s automated techniques and backend database allow you to more quickly collect, analyze, and interpret results.

Cyber Triage’s agentless approach means fewer approvals and works when the security team does not have administrator privileges.

Every organization needs a cyber first response that is more thorough than simply relying on a single antivirus scan, which misses new malware and doesn’t detect compromised user accounts.

"Easy response to solve problems"

What do you like best?

I like it because is more efficient than traditional incidents responds. It is fast and easy to use.

What do you dislike?

I do not like there could be future problems with malicious people hacking our information.

Cyber Triage must be the leader about implementing the software, it could be the little difference respect to others companies that do not works efficiently as this.

I am trying to avoid malwares and password stolen. It is faster than others software.

"Great for the campaigns"

What do you like best?

I like the ease if use and availability of customer service and technical support for this product. This is truly a must have.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the lack of upfront tutorials however the technical support or ongoing tech support balances that need out.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am solving the business problem of having to organize unwanted ad campaign emails and driving down costly time consuming efforts for sorting through emails.

This lets your business easily investigate multiple computers! It’s easy & user friendly with multiple ways to add data.

What do you like best?

The device being created which is helpful in the battlefield. It captures the information on a timely basis from the field and sends it to the processing location.

What do you dislike?

The speed of information gathered can be improved by better bandwidth.

"Incident report automation made easy"

What do you like best?

The training was easiest I have ever had to follow. This my first week using it much easier to than previous system. Basically does the job for me.

What do you dislike?

The integration has been a little Rocky. I would like to have had a smoother transition.
