Their integration with NAV2016+ is great. Importing POs is easy and invoicing is just as simple.
What do you dislike?
We had a number of issues with our reps and charges from this company. Once that was cleared up and they gave us reps that we enjoy dealing with, things got better. They charge per rep in a meeting. So if they have 4 reps in a meeting they charge your 4 x the hourly rate for a one hour meeting. Just be aware of that.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
They create and modify EDI maps and trading partner implementations for us. We use their software called Vantage Point EDI. Most of our Purchase Orders go through this software and implement directly into Navision 2016.
