"Love S2K Dispatch Software"

What do you like best?

We have been with S2K Software for 7-years now and LOVE IT! Customer Support is always great and very responsive! We were working with paper work orders before and it was always a struggle to locate work orders and customer files. Now all we have to do is look up the customer in S2K and with the auto attach feature all their files are there! HUGE time saver! Just one of the many things we love about the software. S2K has been great for our company!

What do you dislike?

Nothing much to dislike, whenever we come across something that needs to be fixed, they fix it quickly and if they do not have an option that we need, we get to add it to a wish list and most of the time our wishes get granted.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Great for Small Businesses! Has been a great addition to our company. We also use their Remote Field Service and GPS along with S2K. They all integrate very well which makes everything a lot easier!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Problems that we have solved by having S2K would be no more losing our work orders and customer files. Benefits we have realized is more happy customers and less scheduling issues.

"Great dispatch software!"

What do you like best?

We have been using S2000 since 1986. It has been both reliable and easy to use. The support is really great!

What do you dislike?

There is nothing that I dislike about the software.

Recommendations to others considering the product

S2000 is easy to use and extremely reliable. We rarely have any issues and when we do support is right on it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

S2000 gives us the reporting tools that we need to run our business.

Ease of use, Dispatch board, remote field service

What do you dislike?

When updates are processed there are small issues that need resolved

For smaller Service companies needing a simple solution that does the job

We have reduced tech need to write work orders can schedule efficiently and view tech progress on the dispatch board
