Call and video quality is good. Mobile notifications are helpful. Hold music options are fun. Summary emails are a nice touch. I like that if I dial in from my mobile phone, it recognizes that it's me and I don't have to enter my passcode.
I don't have the specifics around when this happens, but I have had a few occasions where the person I'm conferencing with hasn't been able to share their screen. It's been rare, though.
It seems more modern and less clunky than other conferencing software I've used. It's got quite a few configuration options to tailor it to meet your specific needs. I've never had a problem with the call quality; bu if you do have a problem, you're prompted right after the call to report that, which is nice.
Audio and video conferencing with customers, both for training and troubleshooting. I've also been able to use the follow-up summary emails to see how long I spent on a call and how much I was listening (strive to do more of this), rather than talking.
