"Digimind is the easiest tool when you do social listening."

What do you like best?

When you work with a social listening tool it could be difficult and in many times you will be lost in all the features that you have available to work.

When you use Digimind, all the things that you need are showed and distributed in 5 things: What, When, Where, Who and How. In every section you will find all that you need to know about a topic, and I love that each graphic is clickable, so you can go deeper as you want.

I think that the possibility to classify information gives you the opportunity to go from a general conversation to a particular one.

What do you dislike?

They have a lot of opportunities in their reports section. I prefer to make my own report based on the data that Digimind shows me.

Digimind gives you the things that you need to do social listening. In a few steps you can run a query and obtain data.

Also the Digimind's people always have the best attitude to help you.

"A complete tool that offers a detailed view on a brand's performances as well as insights."

What do you like best?

The Digimind platform tracks both earned and owned media performances, it is tracking accurately the necessary data across various Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Trip Advisor, Blogs, News Platforms, etc...), Digimind is capable to track conversations in many different languages, including languages that any other competitors don't support in the Southeast Asia region. Finally it is easy to use, has a simple user experience and allows deep diving analysis.

What do you dislike?

The key to succeed, when using the Digimind, is the setup part. When first using the platform, it is necessary to have both an introduction, a tutorial as well as a technical support. However Digimind provides this support and helped me to become familiar with the tool in a short time spend.

Recommendations to others considering the product

While other platforms succeed as well at tracking owned social media properties performances, Digimind presents a very competitive advantage when it comes to tracking earned conversations on social media and platforms such as Trip Advisor. Also Digimind provides deep dives analysis which other platform don't provide.

"Easy to use with great data"

What do you like best?

How much data is available - mentions, location, sentiment, key concepts, who the top influencers are, etc.

What do you dislike?

I get logged out every now and then, cannot be logged in for the entire day. Also, for some reason it does not auto-log me in even when I ask it to remember me.

The fact that data collection isn't immediate.

That the tools offers so much sometimes i don't know how to pick what information is the most relevant.

We can see how our creative content performs that we're creating for clients to measure whether our creative is effective, whether client campaign language is being adopted.

Digimind has managed to create a product that is incredibly powerful and at the same time incredibly simple to use.

What do you dislike?

Digimind Social is extremely powerful as a monitoring tool, however we are looking forward to the time when it also integrates more comprehensive social media publishing tools and social media analytics.

The influencer network functionality. Being able to view the number of followers from those that interact with your content is one of the best parts of Digimind

What do you dislike?

Not being able to customize dashboard widgets with company regalia. Look and feel is important to business user adoption at this company and without it adoption rates struggle.

This is a great tool with ever evolving features and top notch customer support. The team at Digimind is really great for analysts. There are blogs, videos, and many other training tools for every level of experience

"Easy quick tool to monitor your online reputation"

What do you like best?

Very impressed with how quick the results come out, that along with the fact that you can have them in real time will definitely help you have control over any online reputation crisis that might come out.

The product provides a streamlined, time efficient process to search, monitor and analyse market and competitive intelligence information. It scans the web and social media to provide and display information, but also helps to translate that data into meaningful content in a context that is visually pleasing.

I prefer that some features can be implementedin the future so the sentiment analysis can be accurate.

The tool is very powerful and can generate a huge amount of information in a relatively short amount of time allowing you to use the tool often and efficiently to analyze social networks both owned and that of your competitors.

What do you dislike?

Occasionally you need to change the sentiment analysis to make it more accurate, however the ability to manually do this is effective.

Ayant utilisé prédemment Brandwatch pour analyser l'impact de mes campagnes, j'ai essayé Digimind Social un peu par hasard en espérant trouver quelque d'un peu plus clair et simple à utiliser, et je n'ai pas du tout été déçu!

L'interface génére des rapports détaillés pour chaque campagne et réussi l'exploit de les rendre également compréhensible pour des novices en e-marketing. J'apprécie particulièrement la possibilité de créer des tableaux de bord personnalisés, qui me permet de définir mes propres KPI et m'économise énormément de temps à chaque fois que je commence une nouvelle campagne.

What do you dislike?

La fonction d'analyse des 'sentiments' utilisateurs est parfois douteuse car des commentaires positifs peuvent être enregistrés comme commentaires négatifs et vice-versa. Mais le logiciel note quand même correctement la majeure partie des mentions.

"Good product, great team. "

What do you like best?

We've enjoyed working with Digimind to better understand our growth on social as well as opportunities for future growth. We use analytics platform to track followers and engagement, and pace ourselves against our competitors.

We've been able to leverage listening to understand how people are talking about our collection at Target, and we're starting to expand this effort further.

The team at Digimind has been very responsive to our needs and has taken a very hands-on approach, which we have benefitted from.

Sometimes the platform can take a while to load due to the volume of data we're retrieving.

"My digimind experience"

What do you like best?

Easy data visualization and reporting. Powerful in distinguishing positive and negative sentiment on gathered mentions. Essential in retracing the reputational history of brands and people.

What do you dislike?

Limits to data gathering (depending on budget, of course).

If you can't gather a conguous ammount of data (i.e. if you are working on a niche, or in a limited area) it is not easy to get a realistic picture of the situation (influencers, sentiment, etc...)

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The best benefit I experienced in using Digimind is the saved time for the activities of data gathering, and first-round analysis. Obviously it's a tool, and Analyst are still useful!

"A reliable and really usefool tool"

What do you like best?

I like best the fact that I can create models for reportings and export them easily and the fact that there are a lot of very useful indicators avalaible.

Furthermore, the team is really present and helpful. The first training programm is very interesting.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes, the mentions are slow to load, and I don't know if it's because of Digimind or the SI system here.

What do you like best?

I love Digimind Social's user-friendly features. The platform on Digimind Social is also very visually appealing. The national trade association I work for utilized Digimind Social Media to track our social media efforts, listen to our competitors and track key analytics trends.

What do you dislike?

It takes awhile to get comfortable with certain features of the platform; specifically the feature of compiling competitive dashboard analysis.

This tool is such great when it comes to measure the performance of your own content, analyze and benchmark social platforms simultaneously; but most engage with your communities. I can Create dazzling reports in seconds in a variety of pre-designed templates or in my own customized version.

"Deliver results faster and get better coverage of social media platforms"

What do you like best?

The interface is user friendly, easy and quick to use. One of many advantages that I figure out is the flexibility to make changes by yourself, no need to pay each time you want to add a topic when other plateforms can charge you extra.

The consulting team will help you configure things and reach advanced usage of the platform. Digimind Social allows me to monitor everything in one tool at the same time and customize my reports. I can create as many folders and topics as I need, share dashboards with people easily or automate the sending of newsletters.

What do you dislike?

It's very powerful tool in terms of real time data, but the workflow can be sometimes complicated and huge to develop to a simple dashboard, but there's always an assistance for you to manage all the features.

I like the fact that Digimind Social enables around the world to instantly understand our online presence and competitive standing, and use these insights to inform marketing, communications and audience engagement strategies. Digimind Social incorporates data from both social platforms and search engines giving us a more complete picture of their digital footprints. Digimind is currently stronger in the area of data visualisation.

Perhaps, at first sight, the top reputation is a too complicated to be understand, hope they will figure out some features to simplify the process for users, not most of them are familiar with it.

"Great choice for social listening"

What do you like best?

The tool offers great insights to be integrated into strategic thinking. One important pre-requisite when you're aiming to do social listening is to have a clear understanding of company reputation and Digimind Social is more effective to bring value around performing competitive and industry analyses. In some cases, Digimind Social report can replace any market research. I have seen many different tools, this one has a very nice dashboard and the sentiment analysis is better along with a very easy navigation. Top Reputation is another great feature that allows you to know what online audiences are looking for, identify issues and adapt your campaigns to match consumers needs.

What do you dislike?

I think the sentiment analysis is a tricky task for any tool on the market, while Digimind social is much better but still hope they keep developing its capabilities.

"Amazing innovative tool for social media"

What do you like best?

Digimind's Social Listening platform has improved my social listening capabilities and provided me better reporting. It's a good addition in order to optimize marketing campaigns through ranking system for influencers, sentiment analysis, prevention of any digital identity crisis, generating all kinds of reports.

What do you dislike?

It's the first time that I used this kind orf platforms, so my first impression was too much content to analyze ! It's hard to select the information that matter. I rather prefer more features to be implemented in the future to simplify reporting and show what's important to treat.

"Focused, determined and friendly user"

What do you like best?

It is easy and intuitive - you don't miss any function - Support team is always available and they really focus on sorting your queries out. The reporting process really helps to provide relevant info at a glance in a very short period of time and in a very visual way, which makes them attractive to your internal and external stakeholders.

What do you dislike?

continuous refreshing - sometime you have to play with refresh and delete cookies to have some changes in place.The setup and training session could offer more possibilities in terms of dates, although we arrange it in a couple of weeks.

We are using the tool in the External Communications team to monitore our online mentions on the web/news/forums as well as on social media - we can do detailed reports of our social media platforms and mentions, besides we are adding news coverage, which may us even cut our news coverage tool off. We are helping our marketing teams to improve their knowledge about new market trends, who are our top influencers and what they are talking about.

From a business point of view, we are tracking our competitors which let us know important information which can be flagged to our sales teams in order to take sensitive business decisions and perform better.

"Great way to view the Internet at a glance"

What do you like best?

- Neat and visually-pleasing UI that's easy to navigate and make sense of.

- Easily customizable filters to drill down exactly what information you're looking for. I'm able to set up filters to find feedback and comments based on themes like pricing and hotel location, for example.

- The boolean search function is easy to set up to find only what is relevant to your brand.

- Easily generated reports.

What do you dislike?

The initial setup process takes some time to tweak as the system doesn't collect historical data, and you need to let the system collect data for a day or so before you can find out what terms you need to adjust to avoid to filter out the junk posts. After your tweak, you'll need to let it go for another day to test your new search terms. Reminds me of rendering shots in visual effects.

Work with their team to find out exactly how the tool can help your needs. They're helpful, but it helps first to know exactly what you're looking to achieve. The Main "Topic" is the most important search of all and the only one that limits the amount of search terms you have, so have a fair idea of which terms and hashtags you're interested in so you can determine the ideal package from the onset.

A core goal of our social media efforts is to provide outstanding customer service, and that comes from diligent listening. Without a tool like this, you'd have to constantly punch in hash tags and search terms into all the major social media channels, and that is a laborious task that is grossly inefficient.

With Digimind, we're able to collect all the relevant content and view it at a glance, as well as make sense of it on a macro level with their sentiment and concept analysis. Their "Score" rating is also a good indication of which influencers have more clout and benefit to your brand, so you can quickly prioritize the tweets and posts to respond to first.

What do you like best?

- Easy to read Data

- Relatively user friendly

- Comprehensive coverage

- Highly customizable in terms of specifying what are 'negative' & 'positive' terms unique to each brand

- Generates data with relevant charts relatively quickly

What do you dislike?

There were minor technical hiccups as the IT team were optimizing the system which lead to some reports not being able to be generated promptly but that was sorted out really quickly!

I would prefer historical data to be included in our tracking especially if the clients would like to view historical mentions about their brand. That would make the product even more sellable & feasible.

Would prefer more white labelling options & features for client manager accounts.

What do you like best?

When I saw Digimind first time in action, the interface made a greta impression. Its a clean approach to online media monitoring. Main window of the service is quite clean, still you find more then enough why to go into very detailed analysis. Of cause you need time to really get used to operate it with all offered options

Especially the available reports for What, When, Where, Who and How tell you everything you need to know for a quite overview on whats going on with your brand online. Also the available options for exporting data are sufficient to continue analysing and prepare information in my office suit.

What do you dislike?

At some point I found to much content to look at. So also difficult select whats really important to look at.

Digimind is the first service we are using for online monitoring. So its difficult to compare. As a user of a service you allways wish for more features to be implemented.

"A great tool to make sense of Social Media activity"

What do you like best?

There are several things I really like about Digimind. First of all, it was very easy to get started: I thought I'd be overwhelmed with data, but it's organized in a simple menu and there are many cues to help you along the way. Also, their step-by-step videos are so easy to follow and useful!

Secondly, there are many services and analytics I haven't found in another software so far. If you're, like me, constantly being asked what's the value of Social Media marketing, then this is going to help show you. Not only that, but also to adjust your campaigns based on what's working best and what your competitors are doing.

What do you dislike?

1 thing I dislike is not really knowing what decisions to take after looking into so much data! But of course, that's not Digimind's fault :) Seriously, I find it a very comprehensive tool so I really like it, but if I were to say something bad is that the sentiment analysis isn't 100% accurate (the software detects some keywords and assumes it's a bad mention, but often times it's not).

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My main business problem is being able to assess the value and return of Social Media. Also, to know how to adjust our campaigns to be more successful. It's helped to see the big picture and get a benchmark on how our competitors are doing. I've just finished my annual marketing plan and Digimind's insights have helped me to craft a different strategy for this year.

Digimind Social really help me to analyse by creating and saving searches that can be used later. it also reduce risk by assessing what customers are looking for on the internet.

What do you like best?

The interface is extremely user friendly allowing you to quickly navigate through the wealth of data, and making the information pulled from social media accounts such as Twitter, Facebook and all other add-ons simple to analyze.

What do you dislike?

The set-up can seem tiresome inserting all the individual accounts you want to analyze however this is more than worth it to ensure you have a perfect set up and don’t need to keep returning to tweak and edit the topic.

"Perfect easy tool for watching social networks"

What do you like best?

I like that it has an easy time saving set up and super user friendly. Really good, clear visuals for graphs for great reports which makes my life so much easier!

The UX is really good and I could understand how to use it quite quickly.

What do you dislike?

There's hardly anything that I dislike - It has met my needs even though sometimes it's a bit slow until it loads but that's because of a lot of data... so I guess it's proof it's working :)

"Digimind is great for social listening."

What do you like best?

I like the easy-to-read listening streams and the ability to easily filter the stream. I love being able to block unlimited number of irrelevant sources. Radian6 had a cap on how many sources you could exclude and that was a big challenge.

What do you dislike?

There isn't a lot I don't like. I wish there was a mobile app for the social media monitoring and analytics.

"Fantastic product, amazing team"

What do you like best?

Digimind social is a complete and fully featured social media listening software. It is easy to use and to setup . They have designed a very good user interface which makes navigating through features so sleek and easy.

The support team is second to none, very reactive and is always here when I need help.

What do you dislike?

I think the sentiment analysis could be improved, but this is not something which can be considered as a major issue as this is a common weakness in all others social listening software (Sysomos, Radian6, ...) I've used in the past.

"Digimind Social - The best listening tool we've come across"

What do you like best?

I like the ease of use - it’s a very user-friendly, intuitive interface especially compared to other solutions we’ve used in the past. I can easily screenshot data or graphs and sent to a client, or use the dashboard to see certain data instantly.

I also like the bulk edit tool when mass deleting mentions. Unfortunately, some of the keyphrases we monitor can bring back so much noise, and it's great to be able to simply mass delete all of this and keep the content refined and the insights clear.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice to be able to pull Facebook ID’s easily into a spreadsheet, right now we create an Excel report manually. And we’re always listening for influencers, so we’d like a long list of influencers who have spoken about a particular topic, not just the main list of top influencers who keep appearing.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Digimind mostly for our pharmaceutical client's, creating and refining their social media marketing efforts.

"Visual and insightful analytics"

What do you like best?

- Digimind provides us a complete picture of the industry share of voice both on a global scale and country specific. Its capability to track every mentions and sentiments online is incredible and provide us an ability to create insightful reports.

- The analytics provides us a clear idea of where we are doing well and where we need to invest more time and effort

- Dashboards are useful and easy to understand, provide clear picture of what’s happening.

- Digimind has a great customer support team who are willing to help with any kind of issues or questions we had.

What do you dislike?

- The set up and configuration can be complicated

- LinkedIn is the channel that matter to us, however is seems like Digimind is unable to fully capture data from this source. You can set up to track individual public profile but that required more additional research.

- When extract reports as PDF the dashboard we have put together breaks into different documents, if this could be changed so that it exported as one dashboard would be great. Also if we could embed the interactive dashboards with HTML would be good too.

What do you like best?

Digimind Social provides a detailed overview of your brand with accurate insights about them. It is easy to use with useful features and allows to create comprehensive analysis. The performance of the software is exceptional.

What do you dislike?

It will take a long time for you to complete the process for the initial set up because it will still collect data for about a day or two.

"An all around solid social monitoring tool with a great UI and support team"

What do you like best?

From an interface perspective, the Digimind layout and UI is intuitive, looks great and is easy to navigate. Although our team usually pull data out of these types of tools and recreate the charts in excel, its great that Digimind's dashboard is beautiful enough to show in a meeting or to screencap and put in a deck without having to recreate the charts manually. More importantly, in terms of analysis Digimind makes it incredibly easy to filter, segment and drill down into your data from anywhere in the tool. Finally, the support team behind Digimind is great. They are always friendly and very attentive to our needs.

What do you dislike?

No ability to pull retroactive data. As an agency, this is an important feature and it would be great to be able to build search topics and pull at least 1 or 2 months of back data.

The Digimind team is very easy to work with and can help provide suggestions or direction on your configuration. As with any tool, I suggest having your use cases ready to discuss with them and see if they can provide a demo based on your specific needs

"AEP uses Digimind Social to see what our customers are saying about us"

What do you like best?

The interface is very user-friendly, so I like that it’s quick and easy to use. Also, the types of charts and graphics it creates are great for reporting. It covers Instagram, Pinterest, and Google+, so we’re getting a lot better coverage of the newer social media platforms.

What do you dislike?

I’d like to see more options in terms of what time of day I can monitor for the daily email alerts of mentions.

Customer Focus is one of our four key values. Digimind Social allows us to measure, tag, see sentiment, and generally take the pulse of our audiences. "One of the best tools for social media monitoring I've used."

What do you like best?

The ease of use, user interface, customer service and flexibility in trems of the set-up of the tool is really amazing.

I've worked with Radian 6, Sysmos, Brandwatch and Hootsuite but so far Digimind is the best tool.

It's a tool you really look forward to using unlike Radian 6 and Sysomos, which compard to Digimind are unnecessarily complex tools to use.

I really want to emphasize the excellent level of customer service by the Digimind team. A great example for the industry.

What do you dislike?

The limited open search is somewhat dissapointing. By this I mean I can't do a Google-like search for certain keywords. It would be great if Digimind could integrate an open search field without the user having to specifiy a filter. Essentially I would like to search e.g. 'car' and subsequently see all related results to the word 'car', not just results based on the filters we as a brand have implemented.

Ensure you''re clear on why you want to use a tool such as Digimind and be specific in your search filters / key wording when setting up the tool.

"Very intuitive with far more features than anticipated!"

What do you like best?

Firstly the ease of getting around to the information you need.

The filters down the left hand side are very quick to give the information in nice charts.

One of my favorite features is being able to label categories for a particular brand. For example, you can get Nike and find search terms relating to Running, cycling, swimming, hockey. You can then see which terms are spoken about the most and perhaps where it may be lacking. Very insightful!

"An elegant experience of Digimind"

What do you like best?

Simplicity.

The What/When/Who/Where/How structure is so intuitive, seizing the essence of almost all the analysis. The structure will help me frame the question, and guide me through the analysis.

The mention versus audience is really unique and practical, yes, what we need is actual impact, not just number of posts, the function is not complex, but very practical

Top Reputation is another one that I liked very much, it is true, not all people, especially business people will post their thinking, but almost everyone would search.

What do you dislike?

The Top Reputation does not support Chinese search engine Baidu. Since Google is not available in China, we need the integration with the top one search engine in China, Baidu.

I've discussed with Digimind team, and they are still preparing.

The analysis function is limited, and we didn't know that before our purchase, we think it should be included in the basic bundle.

And, there is no menu in Chinese, and we think it should be quite easy to do.

"Digimind is the best Social Listening product I have used so far"

What do you like best?

The ability to pull things easily, the flexibility to set rules and classifications, the responsiveness of the support personnel, the usefulness of charts, the ability to add custom sources, the ability to specify "distance" when specifying a phrase keyword, the relatively short timeline to execute new features (in months) after receiving feedbacks.

What do you dislike?

Missing some boolean operators ('AND' operator is not very easy to use) and nested boolean statements, inaccurate sentiment tagging (actually, pretty much every listening software out there is not 100% accurate).

Easy to use and really smart to listen, engage, analyse and report to my clients and partners. Digimind can also be customized with the help of a dedicated team to provide much more specifics dashboards, easy to share. It's also a perfect tool to monitor what people are thinking when they search for brands online and to anticipated crisis.

What do you dislike?

The workflow is really huge to analyse without a good segmentation of keywords. The number of topics to monitor with a single access is also a quite limited. Finally, it's a bit complicated if you have to monitor a topic in several languages.

"Quality In-Depth Analysis and Great Visual Interface"

What do you like best?

The usability of the Digimind tool, along with the great visual analysis, means that regular reporting can be done effectively with little manual work. The Dashboards are great and easy to setup - especially useful for monthly reports. So far Digimind Social provides us with what we need, and is flexible enough to customise sources and 'rules' specific to our needs. The support has also been friendly and fast.

What do you dislike?

It would be great to have some industry specific sentiment libraries. We have had to create some manual rules based on what we are learning over time.

The dashboard creation is great, but it would be good to have a bit more flexibility. The pdf output creates a new page for every graph which can mean many pages. A bit more customisation with the dashboard would reduce even more reporting time (we currently output to ppt and then copy the graphs into a custom one pager).

There are three primary business areas we are addressing with Digimind Social.

Firstly it is playing a role in increasing the awareness of social as an important channel for Marketing / CRM. By reporting internally on local / regional buzz related to our brand there is greater understanding relevance to the public (and also that of competitors).

Digimind Social also helps us understand the topics and news that gets the best positive (or negative) reaction. This has been influencing the content we have been placing on our social channels.

Finally it allows us to be aware of any urgent issues that might need immediate attention. The real time email alerts are great in ensuring we are in the loop in a timely manner.

What do you like best?

I like that Digimind combines social listening with search keyword monitoring as this helps with our overall media strategy and planning along with social monitoring. It's a simple and user friendly tool. It's great that the queries can be customized effectively and Digimind is quite flexible to make changes to suit our needs. I also like the visual interface which can be easily shared internally or downloaded.

What do you dislike?

The dashboards can get a bit clunky at times and it can take several attempts to set them right up but once set up they are easy to maintain. The Digimind team is also always there to help with set up which is a huge help. Also the tool doesn't automatically provide access to historical data unless there is a special customized back end input which comes at an additional cost.

"Experimenting with social listening using Digimind Social "

What do you like best?

Easy to use interface and dashboard. Easy to navigate and to look up different information. Also like that there are many different filters to choose from for different combinations.

What do you dislike?

It's not really a dislike. I actually really like the Sentiment function (filtering positive or negative functions), however, sometimes the filtering is not very accurate. Because from what I've observed, the positivity/ negativity is concluded based on the type of words used within a mention, but not the meaning that the mention carries. Would be great if the accuracy can be further improved.

Also, not sure if it's because I used a trial version, so the loading was a bit slow.

I find the integration with other tools very usefull. For example, with Zendesk you can easily assign tickets and really provide a connected follow up to customers. It is very user-friendly, which is important when many people in our team use it. Also, graphics and visuals are great for reporting.

What do you dislike?

The analytics section takes long sometimes and presents bugs when too much data loads.

Les règles de mises en place pour supprimer certaines sources ne sont pas toujours très pratiques. Il serait préférable de pouvoir directement sélectionner les sources dans les mentions et créer une règle depuis ce point.

What do you like best?

The fact that the tool is super intuitive + the support (very fast answers from my contact person)

The fact taht we cannot answer the Facebook comments with a company page, but only with a personal profile

What do you like best?

It's easy to set up and use, and I find the ability to input multiple keywords or filter noise under individual queries helpful. Also really like the alert system and ability to download reports direct from dashboard.

Not as easy to get customized templates to go live.

UI/UX is excellent. The interactive boards and the reports are really well detailled and gather all the info I need. It's beautiful and easy to use.

What do you dislike?

There is a lot of data so you will need time to figure out what is really important for you and what is not.

"Good social monitoring / insights tool"

What do you like best?

I love the variety of visualizations to gain insights. The images and graphics are a nice addition to help understand trends.

What do you dislike?

Since there is so much information it did take a little while to navigate the site and find where everything is. Once you get over the learning curve it is easy to navigate.
