"Simple User Interface and Excellent Reporting"

What do you like best?

I like how comprehensive the automated reporting is for Digsite. You can get highly-detailed reports in multiple formats, summary reports, and also SmartReports which include sentiment analysis and word clouds. I also like that the user experience for programming is relatively straight-forward and creating activities is a quick, simple process once you've gotten familiar with the platform.

What do you dislike?

There are some simple functions (e.g. copying and pasting activities) that would improve the overall programming experience if they were added to the platform.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've worked with a wide variety of clients using Digsite, addressing issues ranging from identification of white spaces to package design and refinement. Because the turn-around time with Digsite is so quick, and because they specialize in quali-quant research, specific business issues can be addressed very, very quickly and with quite a bit of depth.

"Easy and Fast Qualitative Research"

What do you like best?

I love how easy it is to set up a qualitative research study in the Digsite platform. I also appreciate the SmartReport tool that make it so easy to create a report of findings, complete with the participant quotes I have selected to show.

What do you dislike?

Nothing! They are consistently incorporating upgrades to enhance features and make it even better.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Be sure to incorporate a range of types of questions to engage participants, including the Whiteboard tool and Fill-in-the-blank questions.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps me support clients when they have a need for qualitative insights but don't have a lot of time/money to travel around the country for focus groups or spend weeks recruiting.
