I love the fact that DMM integrates with many other marketing automation technology platforms through Zapier. Especially in the B2C markets, having the ability to automatically send out personalised direct mail pieces in conjunction with email and other marketing outreach is very powerful.
What do you dislike?
I am not a huge fan of their User interface nor of their templated options for creative.

GIve these guys a shot. They have some great features and functionality at a great price and the ability to integrate with other technologies using Zapier makes this well worth taking for a spin. Especially in the B2C space adding in automated and personalized direct mail to the marketing mix can make a world of difference.

Using Direct Mail Manager allows us to add in an additional touch point, in a physical medium during our sales process. This increases our credibility, brand awareness, and conversion rates.
