"Full featured LMS"

What do you like best?

Docebo is a full-featured LMS that meets the needs of multiple departments, trainers, and students. It has a great modern look and feel and there is never a sense that something is missing.

What do you dislike?

For trainers and staff, it is sometimes confusing and difficult to navigate, This is not an issue for students thuugh.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you need a full-featured LMS with a modern interface this is a great product. It's a bit more expensive than some other LMS', but for the funtionality needed, worth it. The low end is OK but for a growing organization, particularly one still figuring out their needs, pick one like this.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our organization has many concerns for an LMS, which all seem to be solved with Docebo: Our HR department has internal training that all employees must access, Our Marketing team has a need for customers to have their own branded (multi-tennant) sites for their students, and our training team provides certification classes, both live trainer and eLearning.

"More than just a modern LMS"

What do you like best?

It's incredibly flexible. The UI, the course content import features, user administration, etc.

The integrated app store makes it unique in its kind. It can be more than just an LMS, e.g, HR portal or add on portal for recruitment.

You can easily start with the basic set up in the SaaS model and grow as you go towards the Enterprise version if that is needed. The pricing model based on active users is fair.

If you are used to Moodle or other open source LMS software, I suggest you register for the free trial. I bet you will like it and never go back to Moodle.

What do you dislike?

During our project the UI was changed significantly so we had to rewrite parts of our custom manual. However, the frequent updates prove that the system is very much alive and used by a growing number of professionals.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Ask us to give you a 30 minutes demo with screen sharing and we'll set up your own demo system.

During those 2 weeks you can use and test all desired features and we can guide you to make the trial period as efficient as possible.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Product and sales training, onboarding, standard operating procedures and quality training, compliance training.

Time and cost savings, easy to deploy and use for both trainers and learners.

What Corporate LMS solution do you use?

"Docebo LMS"

What do you like best?

Wide range of modular features, very easy to enable and deploy. More than 30 languages (very easy to translate / adjust terms). Very friendly and easy-to-use. Flexible to publish and deliver different types of learning contents. Excellent technical support. The product os constantly evolving and does not become complex or hard to use.

What do you dislike?

The only thing is pricing, should be lower for middle projects. The price in USD is also a barrier for some markets.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I suggest to use the trial version and check if it fits to your needs.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Applications: Compliance training, product and sales training, onboarding, marketing campaigns, etc.

Benefits: costs reduction, smaller learning curves, provide courses that were impossible to deploy, attend more people, etc.

"The most beautiful LMS in the world"

What do you like best?

We love the modern UX, no more clunky, ugly LMS! The reporting is amazing. Because it is SAAS, features are being added all the time for no extra cost. Docebo also stay up to date with learning trends and factor that into their feature development. PLus it's a great community, a global family. It beats the socks off other enterprise solutions, often for under 6 figures.

What do you dislike?

I love it, so nothing to dislike! I love it, so nothing to dislike! I love it, so nothing to dislike! I love it, so nothing to dislike!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Cutting the cost of learning reporting is significant, all reporting is at the push of a button, no more spreadsheets that take time and money to create. The ability to use technology to implement 70/20/10. On demand learning 24/7 from any device.

"Great Product and Great Price"

What do you like best?

I really like how cheap the product is, yet how well it works as well. I have used other products in the past who claim to do the same thing but are more expensive and not as robust.

What do you dislike?

The implementation process to get this product set up in our environment was very changeling.
