I went through a lengthy evaluation process of many of the sales enablement tools on the market before eventually settling on Docsend. 1) Tracking the usage of our content: Docsend makes it simple for me to see things like what content was used in which closed won opps, which content isn't being used at all, and which accounts are viewing what types of content.
2) Building better content: We look at the viewing statistics of content to see where people drop off. For example, I was able to adjust the length of our case studies due to dropoff prior to the results page.
3) Saves time and marketing resources: We now have a much better grasp on what content we should be investing in.
