DocXtools helps law firms efficiently draft and predictably deliver documents that represent the quality image they want to portray by filling legal-specific functionality gaps in Microsoft Word and simplifying both the typical document drafting and problem-to-resolution workflows.
This is one of the recent additions to our Microsoft Word suite of add-ins. It seems to offer lots of tools.
What do you dislike?
In practice I rarely find myself needing to use it. For example, one of the "features" is to upgrade or downgrade a document between .doc and .docx. However Word has similar functionality built-in, which seems to work fine.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Consider whether the features offered in DocXtools are actually items that can't be found in the base version of Word.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Generally make the use of Word as productive as possible.
