As of version v2.6.2 few issues we highlighted have been addressed.

Although support does answer most questions and are friendly. I would say their slow response at times causes lot of frustration.
Product team never provides hot fixes to bugs on a timely fashion. Support team does not respond and investigate on a timely fashion on critical issues/bugs, even for those bugs which impair production dashboards from working normally.
Some issues we leaned after prolonged use:
#1 Very unreliable for most real world usecases, Use cases have to be EXTREMELY simple to work without any issues.
#2 We are a financial institution, BI use-cases are similar to ANY investment bank/hedge-funds, risk management systems.
#3 Cant handle complex scenarios (until you hit a brake via a bug). Basic stuff works, but if it was for basic stuff we would have picked other tools in market. We have been using this product for little over 2 years (since inception) and bugs are something you have to deal with all the time! A typical software products has bugs, but not like what we see with this tool. Hopefully future versions get stabilized!
