"Fairly solid for most part"

What do you like best?

Stable SQL Database, not proprietary or locked in to one company to deal with. If you feel your partner falls short - look elsewhere. RMS Price really isnt that bad compared to other solutions, but has reached end of life.

What do you dislike?

Some goofy things with how inventory is handled, weak financial integration, many add ons are dated or stopped short of fruition due to an aging platform. Theres new things to focus efforts on, I guess. Network fails or a mobile device leaves Wifi range & work is lost. PO's & TO's are not locked when in use, causing lost work- very aggravating. Why must returns be on a separate TO anyway? Senseless. Our old AWARD system from lastly Highjump was much more robust & tailored to our industry. But 30 year old proprietary systems eventually need replaced, though wish it would have been updated.

Daily operations, we bring inventory in & sell it...anything beyond the basics will rely on queries, work arounds & add ons.

"Useful for tracking inventory of all IT equipment"

What do you like best?

easy of entry as well as many areas to input specifics of devices to include notes that are useful in tracking additional information

What do you dislike?

Sometimes drags a little in response - resource hogging

You will see overall improvements in your ability to track inventory - very precise information at your fingertips

Thoroughness of detail for inventory purposes - easy to track and identify equipment especially during audits

"Help us get on the right path!"

What do you like best?

Reporting is robust, and has allowed managers to truly take control of their sales channels. Robust permissions have allow controls to be put into place.

What do you dislike?

Very manual, end of life for the system which is why it is time for our team to evaluate other microsoft solutions.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Managers felt out of control due to our previous system not offering any reporting or consumer profiling. RMS has allowed them to really drill into the data that they collect on each sale.

"Microsoft Dynamics - why its easy and useful "

What do you like best?

What I like best about Microsoft Dynamics is its ease of use

What do you dislike?

There is some limitations with templates

Try it once! It will be appreciated, it is a good software

I am managing large amounts of data for internal use and am using Microsoft Dynamics for it. The best benefit which has been realized is that of much needed order. I can sort through chaos easily and explain it to someone else without much technical expertise so easily

"Solid Product"

What do you like best?

Good for basic Point of Sales as well as purchasing and inventory management.

What do you dislike?

Seems a bit dated some of the options don't make sense. We have a few "workarounds" in place.

"Not always functional and streamlined"

What do you like best?

The actual MS cross functionality between work prosses and data

What do you dislike?

Does not provide complete compatiability with iOSX onsite and off site with clients.

Learn to use this is soon as possible and ask a lot of questions to the reps

Sales management and lead generation. Sales department has been able to use there MS communications to creat a solid pipeline for sales.

What do you like best?

Tons of ability to customize options and really give user and customers a great experience.

"Super easy and user friendly"

What do you like best?

Everything is easily accessible in this software. The help window are very detailed when needing to solve a problem.

What do you dislike?

I don't dislike much about it. It has a tendency to freeze, but not often, but that could be the internet connection.

Being user-friendly is very important, especially in retail sales.

"Was a great software when it was still supported "

What do you like best?

Reliable as heck and easy to learn and to teach to new employees

What do you dislike?

Having to hardwire it all and having dbs stored on the back office server with total reliance on this was a bit of a pain

I'm fairly certain this is no longer supported by Microsoft so beware

"OK CRM "

What do you like best?

Email integration with Outlook. Easy to tag emails to contacts to help follow conversations with prospects.

What do you dislike?

Doesn't provide all of the features we needed. Little cumbersome to use/set up new users as we had a third party who sold us the product and we had to use their system to set up new users/disable accounts.

What do you like best?

Ease of use, user friendly, easily customizable, reporting ease.

Nothing at this point. There were no issues with the product. It met our specific requirements at that point of time.

"Dynamic AX"

What do you like best?

I used to software in a human resources capacity. In terms of processing reports and finding employees the system was very efficient.

What do you dislike?

System was quite old and lagged quite a bit.

"Very mature and widely used package."

What do you like best?

RMS is a very mature and widely used product. It is quite easy to install, configure and adapt to the needs of your business.

What do you dislike?

Requires a separate RMS server software.
