What do you like best?

Saleslogix provides a 100GB capacity for every 50 users in the initial package, which gives broader range capacities. It is a perfect fit for SMBs, mid-market organizations, and departments within larger enterprises with fewer than 1,000 users. This software gives a option for multiple deployment including on-premises, Cloud, and hybrid environments with named, concurrent, flex, and subscription licenses available.

What do you dislike?

uses proprietary platform, not being able to easily retrieve your valuable customer data and having to pay excessive costs for extra storage. Also, lookswise nothing tempting, poor color combination.

Recommendations to others considering the product

E2E Bridge has come up with great business concept which will help us in zeroing in the best CRM software in terms of functionalities, cost and skill set required that too in few clicks, incorporating with critical comments from the real users.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Business Issues solved using this: "Customer issues / resolution tracking system" - Proper reporting and tracking Customer issues till completion with updating Customer and each progress step. Also, maintaining ETA to solve issues reported.

"Cross Selling and Up selling" - Selling an additional product or service to an existing customer or suggesting more expensive items to a customer making a purchase after understanding Customer interest and purchase trends.

Sage SalesLogix Cloud offers a full featured, standards-based CRM solution with full ownership and control of your data combined with payment flexability, access to data online and the ability to get up and running quickly.
