It covers multiple departments, online registrations, easy to note attendance and is now web based. Kids checkin is great. Can communicate with staff inside of system. Mass texting and emails are great. Creating events in calendar is great - can request certain departments to accommodate the event. The personal coaching is fantastic and I would recommend investing in it. Reporting is great and fairly easy; can save reports and fields just by saving as a bookmark. App is really good...can use it to check into services, kids classes and adult classes. Can also mark small group attendance. Online forms are fantastic..can link them to calendar events...automation in emails when people complete forms has been helpful. Each persons account has a great quick view. Very attractive look to site and app as well as the giving link.
Can be difficult to learn since it is so complex. Have to use a separate site for reporting giving and payments. Can't upload graphics or make attractive emails. Everyone has to create an account to access last years giving statement. It is proprietary...expensive check in system for kids area. We do have to pay for texts with the web based update - we did not before.
I would recommend it to other churches. I would also recommend investing in the coaching so you can fully utilize the system.
Church/website/calendar, Event registration, growth tracking, mass communication/emails/texting.
Being able to use the system like a phone book
- Poor design of iPhone app. Slow, not full featured
- Not integrated with mac, had to use remote desktop from macs to access
Look at the Rock RMS, that is where we switched to. Requirement is having your own developer but makes sense because it is open source (no monthly fee)
Trying to get as much data on members and regular attenders as possible. It is great to have check in and note keeping data on various people.
Elexio does a great job at database management.
Not user friendly, and is more like a jack of all trades and a master of none. (Save database function)
You must be serious when you implement. This software almost requires a full-time user.
Tracking people, classes. Online event signup. Online paying. The benefit is having one database as opposed to spreading out lists of people over different applications.
Flexable Reporting, when running data on event sign-ups, ministry families, and history of attendees.
Not easily compatable with Apple computers, not web browser baised (yet), hard to navagate.
The browser baised platform looks much better than what we currently have. I'm looking forward to that!
We can keep data on church atendees, members, church wide calendar/events, facility management, & website hosting.
We have been this software for its durability and trustworthy features.
We do not like it’s easenof use. It is very difficult to get used to and not very user friendly.
This is a good software for any one looking for an expensive help to their fixing of the problem.

Seamless app that works well for users on Windows. Elexio is easy to use and has great training videos and helps available.
No native MAC app and not available online like other well known church apps.
If you are in Apple products, you will have to use Microsoft remote desktop to remote in to elexio servers to use the product.
The seamless app allows check-in, website, events, people database and financial records easily with good reporting features that provide several automated features.
