"No brainer for any business wanting to engage their people"

What do you like best?

Engagement it creates instantly with our people

What do you dislike?

Only a small thing but I'm yet to find the reporting easy to download for ROI discussions. However in saying that, I have not yet asked for assistance from Enboarder as I'm sure they would bend over backwards to assist.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been using Enboarder to communicate with our employees for our Enterprise Agreement Negotiations. It's been fantastic as those who we are communicating with do not have access to work emails, however we're able to provide them all of the information they need directly to their smart phones.

Most recently I have been using Enboarder as a direct communications platform for a 12 month Leadership Program I am running. Before each session I am able to provide creative information and instructions ensuring they are engaged and ready for each session, plus also get instant feedback from participants post each session. It's been fantastic to get this real time data to improve the next session and ensure everyone is engaged.

In the new year we are hoping to kick off an Onboarding Project for our waged employees (again, these are employees who do not have access to email) to ensure they receive the same consistent onboarding experience as all other employees (i.e. salaried employees).

"The most innovative and engaging onboarding platform that exists!!!"

What do you like best?

The platform is focused engagement, not about provisioning or processes.

It's mobile first technology

It is incredibly easy to use

What do you dislike?

Nothing!!! That it wasn't available in market sooner!!!

If you are not using Enboarder you need to! This platform has totally transformed our onboarding experience and the tool is so adaptable that we use it for a number of other workflows.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Enboarder has allowed us to design a customised and engaging workflow focused on engaging new employees prior to then starting in our business and going through to the end of their first 12 months.

This is allowing us to both share engaging and customised content as well as checking in with employees and managers and off the back of this real time feedback being able to respond immediately.

We are measuring our eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) and are currently sitting at 92/100 which we're so proud of.

"Fantastic Platform and Company"

What do you like best?

Building workflows is super easy and user friendly regardless of the complexity of the onboarding process. Also, Enboarder is constantly improving their platform and takes client feedback and suggestions to improve as well.

What do you dislike?

Since the company is so new, it currently does not have integration with the background/drug screening vendor we use. Also, the DocuSign integration is not as robust as we need for the complexity of our forms, but we are currently working with Enboarder to improve this and expect this to be a non issue.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Streamlined onboarding makes it super easy and user friendly when bringing on new people and having preset workflows reduces the amount of time a manager has to take to go through the entire onboarding process.

"Enboarder is an incredible soultion for building an engageing, yet automated new hire experience."

What do you like best?

I love that we can provide the best possible experience for new hires and hiring managers without a massive time commitment from HR. Once the workflows are setup, you can be sure that the right information is going to the right people exactly when they need it. We used handle all onboarding communications manually, which wasn't scaling as we grew to 11+ global offices. Enboarder has helped us scale onboarding as we've become a global company. Their customer service/ account management team helped us the through the process and continually checks in with reports to make sure we're using the tool to the best of its ability.

What do you dislike?

We haven't integrated with our HR software yet, and that's very important for the automation.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Enboarder let us do a free trial, which really sealed the deal.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Employee engagement, scaling onboarding globally, automating comms, training hiring managers, and communicating different information with new hires at specific stages in their career (30/ 60/ 90/ 6 months/ 1 year). We're successfully achieving everything we set out to accomplish.

"One of the best onboarding tools I have seen! "

What do you like best?

Enboarder provides a digital and simple solution for leaders and new team members to engage in the onboarding process. The ability to customise forms, capture feedback and make quick changes is excellent. Feedback from our hiring leaders and new team members has been very positive and they love it!

What do you dislike?

Enboarder is great. There's nothing I don't like about it. The areas we need to improve are our own internal processes and system integration.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you have a clunky, paper based process or a system that looks like you have copied it from your internal intranet, I would highly recommend Enboarder. They have developed a simple and engaging digital solution that has been overwhelming well received from our leaders and new starters!

Onboarding and leader engagement. Capturing quality of hire feedback and new hire engagement and job satisfaction. Reducing paper and inefficiencies.

"Onboarding to suit all your needs"

What do you like best?

With Enboarder you're given almost unlimited freedom and customisation options, so you have the ability to present your organisation and your brand exactly how you envision. With other onboarding systems you won't have as much freedom.

What do you dislike?

Docusign integration could be improved; at the moment, technology-illiterate users will often hit a bump when trying to sign documents in Docusign through the Enboarder portal.

Assisting our (extremely busy) managers in establishing a stream of consistent communication with high volume of new staff we bring on board through prepared communications, automatic calendar reminders (pre-determined by logic in the system), etc.

"Great product and service and fantastic company to work with"

What do you like best?

The product is flexible and really lets you personalise the employee experience, with options to send information, forms, and reminders, as well as collect all the information you need from new hires, employees and managers.

What do you dislike?

The product is great, the only improvement I'd like to see is to have a view into a workflow (experience) in it's entirety, with all messages and actions. This will really help with updating and keeping information current.

Great software, easy to implement, and I highly recommend it for small to medium size companies. It help companies create an engaging and personal onboarding experience.

We're a global company, and through Enboarder we've made our onboarding process consistent for all our locations, and at the same time relevant for that location. It's helping us onboard employees quicker, keep them engaged throughout their journey with us, and collect valuable feedback.

"Adding the 'WOW' "

What do you like best?

The usability, set up is intuitive and straight forward once you've go the hang of it. The product has a heavy focus on delivering high on employee experience. Last but not least, the response rate from Enboarder's customer success team has been amazing, which lends itself to the overall wow experience that is offered.

What do you dislike?

Nothing comes to mind. But, as 40 characters is required, Enboarder is not the cheapest product out there in the market, but should be a easy sell still.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Creating an out of this world experience for our new hires, engaging them along the way, sharing information and automating administration work.

"Great product, great people!"

What do you like best?

Enboarder is so easy to use. The workflows can be created in a day and you can be up and running with a super engaging on boarding experience for new hires. The logic feature is fantastic and allows multiple stakeholders to be notified about information relating to the new hire .

What do you dislike?

It would be great to be able to send the notifications at different times of the days and and notifications to new hires that have already been added to a workflow.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have made our on boarding experience consistent and less administrative. By adding a new hire to enboarder we no longer have to send multiple emails and follow up multiple stakeholders to ensure their smooth on boarding experience. It has helped our managers look like rock stars by doing very little. Enboarder does it all for them.

"Enboarder in fun! "

What do you like best?

It is a great way for us to keep in touch with our new employees before they start with us - they receive invaluable insight into what it's like working here and it is super-cool and super-fun!

What do you dislike?

We are unable to have responses going to more than one recipient - that would be handy for us and our plans for improving our on boarder experience moving forward

Onboarding at this point in time, but we are working on other areas such as returning mat leave peeps and training and development notifications/reminders.

"Delivering a personalized new employee experience "

What do you like best?

Enboarder provides a simple solution to employee onboarding communication, enabling us to provide a customized new employee experience that is engaging, flexible and easy to use.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing so far to dislike. As we move forward with the global deployment of the tool, every obstacle we have encountered becomes a problem that gets solved by our in-house team and the Enboarder team in a seamless way.

We are now providing a friendly and personalized experience to our new hires through automated, just-in-time communication. We are also engaging the hiring managers in the employee onboarding process, providing them with the information and tools they need to play the critical role they have in this process. The Enboarder technology allows us to have the flexibility to deliver custom content according to every single new employee attribute.

"Sharp and effective onboarding tool"

What do you like best?

My company implemented Enboarder several months ago. It is a sharp looking, easy to use tool that is increasing the communication between our hiring managers and our new employees.

What do you dislike?

Reporting tools a little difficult. Could be made easier to use. Hard to follow up when a user or manager doesn't complete a task.

"A fantastic tool that's not just for onboarding. "

What do you like best?

I love that Enboarder could be used for multiple reasons and not just as an onboarding tool (although it excels at that). The tool was incredibly user friendly, it often made some processes much simpler, and there was always support from Enbourder when it was required.

What do you dislike?

To be honest not much at all, the tool is great!

Adopt it, you will not be sorry. Enboarder is a fantastic tool that can provide value to any business, big or small.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used Enboarder to deploy readiness and feedback pulse checks to a large number of employees with limited access to emails, so the functionality to send such a pulse to users mobile contacts was an invaluable tool. It soon became abundantly clear that we were saving a large amount of time thanks to the tool, as there was no need to create individual messages deployed by an employees mobile device. We were also able to obtain data in real time, so that we could get back to doing the really important stuff.

"Automated, beautifully branded onboarding workflow"

What do you like best?

Easy to plan the communications track for new employees resulting in highly engaging, company branded touchpoints. I also like that HR can support line managers in their onboarding of new hires as part of the Enboarder workflow

What do you dislike?

This is contemporary, mobile-first technology. Not all company decision makers are up to speed on what is possible and I fear that they'll get left behind.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Once the workflow is planned out, you can set and forget - with easy back end administration to check that everyone is progressing through as needed. It ticks a lot of boxes: internal branding, onboarding workflow, supporting line managers, automation of processes.

"Engaging, functional, customization. A great tool. "

What do you like best?

The engagement effects of the tool is next to none. Through the tool we are able to provide our new starters with a genuine, engaging, informative and personalized welcome.

What do you dislike?

Nothing springs to mind. It is a great tool, all problems we have encountered have been fixed instantly by the support team.

Engagement between managers and new starters prior to the start. Setting up new starters to succeed. Ensuring all people that need to be involved in the on boarding process are involved and kept up to date. Making new starters feel educated, welcome and ready to start with our company.

"Amazing team and product!"

What do you like best?

The Enboarder platform is a core part of our product and we couldn't be happier. It's easy to use and creates a great experience for our customers. Enboarder makes us look good!

"Minimal investment for maximum outcomes"

What do you like best?

Easy to configure, engaging and mobile driven onboarding workflows

What do you dislike?

Nothing major - restrictions on number spoofing in the UK present a challenge but this is outside of Enboarder's control.

What do you like best?

How easy it is to build and use, good interface too. We also like how often the Enboarder team keep updating and making the tool better based on customer feedback

Would be good to have access to other companies's workflows for their onboarding through to probation journey for new hires

"Systematic and flexible approach to onboarding, not only for newcomers "

What do you like best?

It´s a process oriented tool for communication and learning. It´s makes it possible to work with best practise and be creative at the same time. It´s web based, and based on mobile communication, no app needed.

What do you dislike?

Nothing, we just struggle with how to get our customer to dare and make room for this new technology. I think it´s brilliant.

"One of the best programs around!!"

What do you like best?

I like the ease of setting up the accounts.

What do you dislike?

There are no dislikes to this program. It runs super efficiently in our department.

Enboarder solves the need for time. We no longer need our new employees to complete these forms in office, thus, less paperwork.
