Only a small thing but I'm yet to find the reporting easy to download for ROI discussions. However in saying that, I have not yet asked for assistance from Enboarder as I'm sure they would bend over backwards to assist.
We have been using Enboarder to communicate with our employees for our Enterprise Agreement Negotiations. It's been fantastic as those who we are communicating with do not have access to work emails, however we're able to provide them all of the information they need directly to their smart phones.
Most recently I have been using Enboarder as a direct communications platform for a 12 month Leadership Program I am running. Before each session I am able to provide creative information and instructions ensuring they are engaged and ready for each session, plus also get instant feedback from participants post each session. It's been fantastic to get this real time data to improve the next session and ensure everyone is engaged.
In the new year we are hoping to kick off an Onboarding Project for our waged employees (again, these are employees who do not have access to email) to ensure they receive the same consistent onboarding experience as all other employees (i.e. salaried employees).
