When the system is set up properly it is easy to navigate update along with putting your information in properly. The tracking system that's within Epicor makes it that the tracking is seen across the board.
What do you dislike?
I think the worst thing about it would be the customer service aspect if you do have any issues it's very hard to get ahold of somebody to have a problem resolved quickly.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Mainly it's for the repeatable processes that need to be done things that are not changed and customize very often. The benefits that have been realized is less mistakes that are being made because the automation of the system.
