What do you like best?
eShow's staff is VERY quick to respond to any inquiries, even if they're out of the office at other events. They always provide the answer to my questions, fix the issue and explain how I can fix the issue myself in the future. It's also quite easy to assign, release, move and cancel exhibitors and booth locations. A definite plus!
What do you dislike?
The program can be a bit overwhelming for a first-time user because of all of the functions it's capable of. When syncing with payment processing, the site also makes it a bit difficult to determine whether payments have been submitted to your financial institution or whether there was simply a payment logged in the software. This very easily could have also been user error!
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The data collection (credit cards, directory information, booth assignment, etc.) is so valuable and such a time-saver. Credit card information is secure and redacted even on the back end of the site, taking any security concerns totally off of the organizing company.
