"Seamless user experience, with exceptional customer support"

What do you like best?

e-SignLive is impressively simple.

Their user interface is incredibly user friendly to new signers getting into the groove of e-signatures. Account management has been by far the simplest I have seen in all of the applications that we use here at my company. Adding members, deleting members, assigning Manager roles, password changes, etc, are all most frequently used and easiest to resolve issues for.

Customer service is fantastic.

My team at my company deals with their support team frequently and we were never left with a bad taste in our mouth. Very approachable team members that I always enjoy working with.

Ability to evolve the solution.

Our purpose for e-SignLive may be unique to other companies that are using e-SignLive. The developers and team members are always able to flex around new requirements that we need, new reporting that we ask for, and always putting their best foot forward with a solution to our challenges.

What do you dislike?

The only trouble I have encountered while using this application is there being search limitations within User Groups.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Documents are being digitally signed with unprecedented convenience and confidence. As signatures get completed a lot quicker and on time, there is significantly less room for operational process error to occur. With the introduction of e-SignLive, we have seen this positive change in the right direction.

e-SignLive have also adapted to new business requirements and were able to tailor the product to our needs.

"A great way to facilitate the signing of paperwork!"

What do you like best?

There is a lot to like about this product! First and foremost, since implementing this we have found that clients are returning paperwork that required signature MUCH faster than before. We've found that the clients who have been sent paperwork through this product are returning it weeks sooner than those that specifically request hard copies.

Setting the signing order has allowed us to have the paperwork automatically routed internally for anything that requires a countersignature from our organization. The change signer option has also proven useful when paperwork needs to go through certain channels with our clients for review.

Our compliance department loves the amount of verification associated with signatures. While it is super easy for clients to sign a document, the amount of detail that comes through with the signature is great: time signed, email address associated with signature, IP address, etc.

Overall, the ease of use not only for our clients - but for our teams has been great!

What do you dislike?

While there is not much to dislike, our teams would like to be able to load a form fillable PDF for signature. Currently, the fields are lost with the upload and it requires on to go back and add the form fields through the web interface.

Recommendations to others considering the product

We implemented this leading up to our busiest time of year and saw immediate results. In our experience, it did not take many resources on our end. Minimal training was required and training was done internally after conversations with our One Span Sign representative.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As mentioned in the review, we've had great success in the timely return of paperwork. Another major benefit is the time saved in tracking down signature pages and scanning them in.

"Works very smoothly....It has been a great addition to our document workflow"

What do you like best?

Being able to server our customer based with a seamless signing process is great. It has also increased efficiency for document workflow eliminating wasted time printing, scanning and archiving documents. Its great to just be able to dump them into the file needed and we are good to go.

What do you dislike?

There is not much to dislike. We compared multiple platforms including docusign and signeasy and OneSpanSign was by far the best. It was about a year ago that we went thru the process of selecting an esign vendor but I recall then eSignLive just having cleaner, smoother more visually appealing website.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are in the process of going as close to 100% digital as we can get. OneSpanLive is the driving force behind this we are beginning to archive documents in a different more efficient way. We spend a lot of time printing, scanning and archiving documents and we are seeing the benefits of eliminating the printing and scanning. We are also making our customers happy as they don't have to take off work or make a special trip into town from the farm to sign loan documents. It has also been great in getting customers to sign single documents that either get mailed and never return or the customer never comes in. With OneSpan all of those documents are getting signed in minutes instead of sometimes weeks or months trying to track down that signature.

"eSignLive is a Lifesaver"

What do you like best?

I like the fact that this product has been designed keeping user convenience in mind. The UI is intuitive and document itself embeds all the audit trails to prove the legality of the signatures. This shows a lot of confidence on the eSignlive's part that they don't want to make it difficult for customers to move to a different platform.

What do you dislike?

Search functionality is limited. It should allow the documents to be searched by their content or at least by the name of the signatory. Further, designing signature workflows is not very straightforward and is a time consuming process.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Time is money in today's world and using eSignlive saves us a lot of time and helps us reduce the turnaround times for closing business tremendously. People are able to sign the documents on the go without the requirement of printing,signing and scanning the documents. Also, it makes storing and retrieving documents convenient.

"Works great in an insurance setting."

What do you like best?

The ability to capture signatures offline. Many times our agents don't have Internet access when meeting at a client's location so the ability to capture a signature offline via a mobile device sets it apart.

What do you dislike?

Our account has transaction limits which is fine, but we would prefer that the limits be aggregated rather than per user, or that we can buy more transactions in bulk (e.g. 1000 additional transactions). As it stands now once we've exceeded our limit we're charged per transaction.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Gathering signatures for applications, endorsements, supplements, etc. via email, SMS and in-person. OneSpan has helped reduce processing time (phone call to underwriting to issuance) and has helped to reduce our Errors & Omissions exposure.

"easy to use digital signing solution"

What do you like best?

UI is easy to use and after migration from another provider to eSign, our users were able to start using without any training. Compared to other providers of the same solution, found eSignLive to be more cheaper and provides almost all the functionalities required. Good forums available to discuss and see responses to similar issues or details needed.

Provides easy branding options and changes can be made easily.

What do you dislike?

Cannot download all users list for audit purposes. Does not support local time zone and it causes confusion to customers as the date shown does not match since its GMT. This becomes more of an issue if you customize the date formats and do not show dates or timezone. Attachments although can be made required before signing, customers can complete the signing without it.

Report generation from UI is also limited.

Easy to setup. Good Professional services team.

eSignature is a fast way to get the documents signed which are legally acceptable instead of sending a hard copy. We were previously using another eSign provider. Switched to eSign to reduce cost.

"Excellent presentation and interface"

What do you like best?

Very easy to use, and intuitive interface allows smooth operation. Contains several options to customize form while keeping security. The security feature doesn't allow document to be altered after being signed.

What do you dislike?

The day counter seems off, not reliable. Cannot print partial forms if the routing has not completed. Able to go around security by changing format to word document and then saving once again to PDF. We don't necessarily use it for the security. However I thought esign might like to know about a possible exploit.

We value the accountability and the ability to connect around campus. If you value this it may be a good option.

"eSignLive provides our organization a stable eSignatures enterprise solution"

What do you like best?

Using Silanis' eSignLive we have successfully delivered a single platform that supports multiple lines of business across multiple channels. This was accomplished using their eSignLive Enterprise solution.

Our organization also has several smaller business groups that enjoy the benefit of the eSignLive Professional cloud solution.

What do I like best? Silanis continues to invest in their solutions and partners closely with our organization. They listen to our suggestions for future product features and work closely with us to ensure their enhancements support our needs.

What do you dislike?

We have not encountered a situation that we could not overcome with our close partnership with Silanis.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In our one line of business we eliminated out of orders as the compliance checks for this line of business were for missing documents, signatures and date fields. Client expectations are met as our clients do not want to deal with paper and the traditional problems associated with paper. (returning to our branch for lost documents and missed signatures)

For several other lines of business we have, we delivered a straight through processing in our self serve environment as eSignatures replaced the need for clients to visit a branch to provide their signature.

Time liberation for our sales force is also a large benefit for us.

"Verfications was never as simple"

What do you like best?

Super simple interface, easy steps to follow and the economic pricing for the service are few of the things that comes in mind, But to top it all , i would rate the recognition factor as the highest, all our stakeholders are familiar with Vasco's products as a result we never had to deal with trust issues.

What do you dislike?

During primary implementation we faced some difficulties integrating our API's but i can't comment whether it was due to shortfall of our in house resources, but eventually support team was able to resolve the issues. The pricing for customized integration enterprise plan could be more competitive for business who can't really generate the volume at the beginning.

Recommendations to others considering the product

They are constantly improving and adapting to changes , their customer service has been distinguishing and thats the only reason we preferred them over other vendors.

A key challenge in the underwriting process of insurance is to get the customers consent. And if the customers agree , getting their digital signature is the next step, with e sign live we have been able to convince the customer that its secure and get things processed faster without any hassle . Our clients love using mobile for signing applications. Everyones loves the concept of going green and being paperless and if you can achieve that saving money and paying a reasonable price then its a win win for everyone.

"Developer community at its best"

What do you like best?

Product is easy to implement and plug in and play.

The turn around time from support team is pretty quick. SME's have good knowledge on product and suggest better options/approaches during the implementation, I say this because our implementation is bit complex and lot of moving parts, we have developed and deployed in no time. Thanks to all technical support team.

What do you dislike?

Creating templates to reuse can be made more easier to maintain. Now there are work around, but would like to be more robust.

Be careful of others promising things that seem too good to be true.

The electronic capture of customer signatures on contracts as well as the electronic authorization for marketing and TCPA compliance.

"I was told E-Sign was used by Nasa and I can see why!"

What do you like best?

I use e-signing applications a lot. This one is particular is smooth as butter. Easy to use without a huge learning curve. Works every time and that all we care about.

What do you dislike?

I have experienced a few glitches. However, it is not by any means a regular occurrence. We have had issues with signatures showing up in weird places (but that only happened once). The mobile experience is a little touch and go but still works well!

I recommend you trying it out and the Demo. Totally worth every penny. Consistently great in my opinion.

We have used multipe e-signing applications in the past and still do. With business happening at all time & everywhere we need to send documents constantly. This application is the most reliable and trusted by lots of reputable companies.

"You won't start using another e-Signing software if you use E-SignLive once."

What do you like best?

Document Management, UI on Mobile, Documents Authentication, integrating with other applications. The confidential information sharing was a bit tedious task before. I used to ask my clients to enter some password to read some confidential document(s). With eSignLive it became easier. They just need to provide their signature and the documents will be opened by the trusted person.

What do you dislike?

Its a bit tough question for me. All the features provided are fine except some UI stuff. The webiste UI has lot of information that I feel like lost few times. Compared to DocuSign I am not really impressed with eSignLive UI but its fine. As I am not really a super user of ESignLive, I don't complain on it

Recommendations to others considering the product

If I get a chance to recommend to someone about eSignLive I would love to give them an hour demonstration and want to share how eSignLive made my work easier.

I have gained much time on Document Management, Document Authentication, Confidential Info sharing, password format building, storage,... more. Mainly the document authentication got improved. Before I was sending the password format in the email and used to spend more time.

"Easy and fast way to process forms"

What do you like best?

Our process before esignlive relied on faxes or physically mailed forms. Often, we'd have outdated or incorrectly filled out forms and it would take weeks or in some cases months to get the proper forms filled out accurately. With esignlive, we can keep the most up-to-date version of our forms online and send them out for immediate signing. We've been able to process at a much faster rate and improve or workflow.

Since we have 5 signers, we are able to brand our page and emails with our company logo and contact information. The esignlive support has been very responsive as well and very helpful.

What do you dislike?

There are a few things I would like to fix, the tabbing between form fields as a signer should go in order, it tends to bounce around a bit. I would also like a few more advanced options like conditionally required fields, like if one is checked, then require x,y,z fields, that type of thing. There is a small learning curve for those who are not used to dealing with online forms and understand required fields, but it usually takes just a phone call to explain the process.

It's very easy to use and admin, you can keep track of all of your transactions, archive them, resend invites to those who still haven't filled out their paperwork.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using this to replace an antiquated way of processing forms and it is catching on quickly. It takes the burden of paperwork out of the hands of several employees who may have older versions on file and makes signing a much easier, quicker and simpler task for them and our customers. We've had forms sent out and signed within the same day, something we would have never been able to achieve without this tool.

"Wonderful experience with eSignLive"

What do you like best?

We have been eSignLive's customer for the last 2-3 years.

I love eSignLive due to the fact that it is a powerful SaaS electronic signature.

It is also very easy to use. I just need to attach a doc and place where the signatures belong to and that's it.

In our case, we bought a licence and we could sign contracts right away anywhere on any platform.

eSignLive is a secure encrypted solution. I could sleep well at night.

We love eSignLive so much that we became eSignLive's System Integrator this year.

What do you dislike?

As an user who doesn't use the enterprise plan, my requirement is quite simple.

The only thing that I didn't like was when I attached a Word document, the alignment wasn't properly displayed. However, that issue has been fixed recently and everything works smoothly.

I also wonder why they have Classic and New interfaces instead of having just one standard interface. It would be less confusing for users I believe.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Managing contracts on papers is time consuming, expensive and risky.

I would recommend to go with eSignLive so that you could be more productive in what you are good at.

We don't have to print, sign, scan and email contracts like before. Everything is done online. It saved us a lot of time.

"Easy to use, makes my job easier!"

What do you like best?

I love that I can send documents in a matter of seconds! Not only easy to use, but keeps track of who you have sent documents to, along with archiving them so you can always go back to one if needed. The dashboard is also clear and easy to navigate.

What do you dislike?

Its been reported that the emails may go to junk or spam boxes, which isn't too much of a big deal, just need to alert our customers. Would love to see a "read" or "received" function in the future so we know that it has been received.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Signing up customers to use our services, especially if they need the services the day of. This has been incredibly helpful, as well as saving time in general on a daily basis.

"an easy-to-use necessary tool for our scalability! "

What do you like best?

The interface is very sleek and I especially like the flag images that indicate where a signature is required. The documents look official to the end user and are easy to put together for the administrator. We have a great customer success representative and help desk has been fantastic and responsive the few times we have needed to call on their services.

What do you dislike?

I have some nitpicking to do about the UX when preparing packages: creating signing conventions can be a time-consuming process and text fields are not as clearly marked as other types of signature fields. The Visualforce elements can also be slow to load. These are only relevant to users that would be primarily interfacing with eSignLive within the Salesforce environment.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are a community micro lender based in Providence, Rhode Island and have expanded to Delaware and Florida within this past calendar year. We required a way to do remote loan closings, including the signing of loan closing documents. eSignLive has been the keystone of our workflow; clients have happily reported signing their documents from a lounge chair on the beach!

"e-Sign Live"

What do you like best?

Initially, the interaction with folks at Silanis was challenging. Then Sean Penning was assigned to work with my company and that changed the dynamics 180 degrees. I was and still am impressed with his high professionalism and focus on customer's satisfaction.

As for the product, it's customizable. We are exploring the use of the API provided to meet business requirements.

What do you dislike?

Customization requires significant software development.

- Inability for a signer to have multiple signature requirements where a signer can sign before other signers and then sign after the other signers for final approval.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would hope to see additional controls for building fields inside documents, and allow administrators to set numeric fields vs. alpha numeric fields.

Provide alternative method to wet-ink signature for capturing intent.

"Easy to integrate with"

What do you like best?

This product has everything we needed and it was easy to integrate with. All required features were covered. There are couple integration options from SDK to REST API (which we used). The UX is good.

I love the templating engine so I can define a theme and reuse it as many times as needed.

From the business point of view, the crew is very helpful and focused on quality customer service. One can negotiate terms and pricing. And the service level is the same after purchase is completed.

What do you dislike?

The API documentation could be better. There were some topics not covered well, or missing. Hopefully, there is a community forum, where employees help to solve problems.

Do not hesitate to contact eSignLive directly before purchase. They are very helpful and willing to answer questions.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've developed a custom application integrated with eSignLive which is automating the workflow with our community. Thanks to that we do not need to process any submission manually, as the electronic signature system is doing it for us. Our contributors do not need to wait for acceptance as the whole process is fully automatic.

"Great document signing platform"

What do you like best?

Ease of end users to be able to sign documents without the need for a printer/scanner.

What do you dislike?

Branding should be built in for everyone, at least a logo upload. Also would be nice to be able to format the fields when adding to a document to same size after adding them using some size option box or copy option rather than eyeballing it and dragging them.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Very easy system to implement and use. Templates feature make for super easy repetitive documents like new hire paperwork for new employees, enrollment forms, etc. Seems to be an affordable option for an electronic signing system.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sometimes folks delay because they are out of ink for their printer or don't have a scanner or fax. Its easy for the receiving person in that they don't have to print, sign, scan/send back or fax the documents. A few clicks on their end and its done. This totally eliminates all those issues!

"eSignLive for Salesforce"

What do you like best?

To me, what's important is the deep integration with Salesforce making it easy for me and my staff to send out proposals and legal documents. Also, knowing that we have the evidence summary should any dispute arise around a signed document is reassuring.

What do you dislike?

Nothing that I can think of. We've used other e-signature products and eSignLive works extremely well for our use-case. We've been using it internally for a little under a year and don't have any complaints about it.

Our proposal process was manual. This lengthened our deal cycle and didn't reflect well on us given that we're a technology company. We're seeing proposals and agreements signed much quicker and have received positive feedback from our clients on the ease-of-use. It also saves us time as we were previously manually attaching signed documents in Salesforce. Now this happens automatically for us.

"East to use e-signature solution"

What do you like best?

Delivery of the evidence summary upon completion of the package. The evidence summary along with the digitally signed document are all the pieces necessary to demonstrate proof of an agreement. The automated delivery of the evidence summary means that we don't have to go back to the vender to retrieve it if there is a dispute.

What do you dislike?

Could not set up a default package role where the role has no signatures in the package but is strictly used to receive a pdf copy of the completed package. We need to have users do this manually for each package that they create.

Recommendations to others considering the product

The print driver is invaluable. Set up templates for your users to use through the print driver. Get the evidence summary delivered at package completion.

Some of the benefits of using e-SignLive for sending agreements to customers is that it is more convenient for the customer, and easier to complete. The agreements come back signed properly and more quickly. The completed agreements are delivered as a pdf attachment in an email and this works well with our document routing and storage process.

"eSign has made my life so much easier!"

What do you like best?

eSign has worked consistently better that all of its larger competitors that I have tried. We went though 4-5 electronic signature systems before settling on eSign for our business. It is the only program that consistently worked for my clients. It is significantly easier for us to use, as well as my clients that don't always understand technology. It is also extremely mobile friendly, unlike some of the other programs we tried. We use our IPad Pro for everything, so mobile compatibility is very important to us.

What do you dislike?

The main issue we have had is the customer service. About a month ago, a client was having trouble with a contract and called eSign for help. In his words, he was put on "indefinite hold" lasting over an hour. I, never having experienced that with eSign, called myself, fully expecting to prove my client wrong.... well I also got put on "indefinite hold" for an hour and then was hung up on before ever getting to talk to anyone.

eSign is excellent for your more detailed contracts that require adjustments each time they are sent.

We require all of our clients to sign a contract that has to be slightly customized to each client. eSign has allowed us to do that, simply and easily. It has saved us significant time being able to send contracts this way.

"Great Support and Product Roadmap"

What do you like best?

E-Sign live, most importantly, is well supported. Like any software as a service, it has limits. The representatives and documentation do not sell Utopia, but a consistent behavior from a good product.

What do you dislike?

The API format is more robust than necessary, mostly due to (I guess) compatibility with older languages and frameworks. This is a mostly small issue, and certainly not even close to the worst I have seen.

The forums and support staff are excellent. That is the primary value-add of continuing with the product.

Signed documents are often printed, scanned, and then sent back to our managers for review. This is a completely needless and manual process. E-Sign helps us keep legal contracts within the digital domain.

"Best time savings tool!"

What do you like best?

It's a very effective tool, extremely easy to use, and is absolutely client-friendly (even for clients who aren't as used to tech). I often find myself needing signatures on documents that shouldn't require a face-to-face with clients, eSignLive has saved me both time and money! Furthermore, no more messy documents scanned multiple times in different grades of qualities.

What do you dislike?

If I had the opportunity to improve one feature with eSignLive, it would be the document management system. I wish I could sort documents into folders rather then the chronologically sorted files. I've been using eSign for close to a year, and even though this is a "dislike", it's far from being an actual problem. I've noticed that they are just now updating the interface and look forward to having the opportunity to test out the new features!

"eSign Live is pretty great!"

What do you like best?

I like that it is simple to use! Things such as enforcing signing order are easy to figure out and do. I also really appreciate that eSign live sends me an email update each time someone signs the document.

What do you dislike?

I have had trouble with eSign live on SalesForce a few times and am struggling to fix it. It would be nice if there was a section of articles that explained common mistakes people are making and how to fix them.

"An Exceptional Product"

What do you like best?

We are in the finance industry and security and protecting our customers information is a primary concern we have always had. In looking seriously at a viable solution for electronic signatures we found at the end of the day that eSignLive beat out all of their completion.

Some of the reasons we chose eSignLive over popular companies like Doc-U-Sign was simple. Doc-U-Sign stores all of their documents from their clients and their records on servers located in the USA. The Patriot Act allows the US Government to access those docs should they feel it necessary. eSignlive on the other hand stores all of our documents on servers located in Canada and protected from the Patriot Act. We have no fear that our, or our customers information will every be violated. Need more convincing, look at the Canadian Banks and institutions that use eSignLive, this is the best electronic signature solution your company could ever use.

"E Sign Live Product/Partner Program Review"

What do you like best?

E Sign Live does a very nice job of positioning their product in the market. Industry verticals are clearly defined. They are very strong in banking, mortgage lending, business to consumer acceptance of terms.

They can accept click to sign and various other methods of legally binding signature.

They are the only e signature tool I am aware of that allows unrestricted branding of an e signature tool. If you only want your customer to experience your brand and not see E Sign anywhere in the process that easily and inexpensively done.

What do you dislike?

Nothing in particular. They are a very security focused company, so getting logged in is very thorough.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

All aspects of electronic signature. We have focused on solutions within Salesforce first. Our initial efforts have been to present Statements of Work our client generates to their client for signature. Populating data from the Salesforce account and opportunity record is key.

"Decent Product"

What do you like best?

I like the fact that the software allows to send documents to be signed quickly over to clients.

What do you dislike?

I dislike tha fact that there are delays in receiving the signed documents back. It slows up the workflow.

If you are seeking the simplest way to get signatures this is a good product. If you want to send detailed contract with points for initials and other important inserts this would not be the best choice. My biggest frustration was the delay in sending newly signed documents and not being able to have multiple layers to my contract.

"Top rated for ease of use, great concept, and provided legitimate service for common problem. "

What do you like best?

The easy user friendly interface is the best part. I was able to pick it up from day one with a 30 second tutorial from a colleague. It puts that same ease of the recipient when they go to sign. I know I have been sent documents that needed my signature and I went through a 30 minute process to set up my digital signature. This has none of that.

What do you dislike?

I had resent some documents to a student, but the second time around none of the info was stored. There were instance where history for recipient stored which pre-populated forms. Other times that history was non existing despite having sent documents to that student before.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Agreement forms and contracts. I have optimized the process on both ends by uploading the document, giving reminders, checking status, and overall providing easy service for recipients.

"Fantastic Support, Wide spread usage and an irresistible product "

What do you like best?

Its a reliable product. I like the lively and lovely support eSignLive provides. I never found something was missing . Every time I think of some new feature, I see they already think of it and providing it. It integrates with many products. The UX design is simply superb. I thank the designing team for this great UI/UX. I heard that price can be negotiated but when some one really like the product, they don't even think of negotiation. E-Sign Live falls under that category where you don't think of negotiating.

What do you dislike?

I have explored all the options to find something that I can find which appears not good / I don't feel comfortable. But, I couldn't find something.

When compared the customer support, you don'e even need to think of other competitive products. Also, the UI is simply awesome. The pricing is really affordable

"ESignLive is a delicious desert, champagne that you cannot say no after using it"

What do you like best?

The signing feature in the documents and the signing feature on mobile has impressed me. Its saving tonnes of time for me as I request my clients for each and every document they receive. The UI on mobile is just awesome. All my clients use mobile devices to read all the material I send them. The support provided has made me to stick with eSignLive at any cost.

What do you dislike?

I feel the search functionality needs some improvement. Its working now but needs more filters or with single text box and minimum keywords it should grab the desired results.Also, sometimes for the lengthy signatures the mobile screen is appearing smaller.If multiple documents printing option is available then I would be happy.

Most of the time I show my clients all the tools, products I use. Already many times I have recommended eSignLive in social meetings, some meetings, while meeting friends.

"Easy to use, stable environment and excellent support"

What do you like best?

EsignLive has made its system easy to use and navigate. we especially like the stability of the EsignLive environment as we know when problems do occur, that it is not an EsignLive issue, but rather an issue in our process.

What do you dislike?

the display when logging directly into the user interface on a mobile device is rather clunky. The pages will not display in a full page format and there is a lot of scrolling that has to happen. additionally, radio buttons do not view well which has made it difficult for end users to differentiate when buttons are chosen.

EsignLive is a great platform for an esignature initiative. The support we receive is great and we are able to work with and collaborate with EsignLive to implement some features that have been a great value add to our customers.

With Implementing EsignLive we have been able stay current with our end users and the technology around us. we are able to close business deals faster and without human error, we have been able to drastically cut back on time and money spent with printing and scanning. "Excellent product and company"

What do you like best?

This company offered exactly what we were seeking for an E-signature solution. We can brand it, they do not put their brand on it, and their web site provides a plethora of information. Jamie, our account rep, is extremely knowledgeable and was very easy to deal with throughout the process. The support we have received has been very good. Since I am an IT guy and not an end user of the product, I did quite a bit of research before deciding on this company, and am very glad I did. The users are happy. I would highly recommend them.

What do you dislike?

I really have not found anything I dislike yet.

Compare all they offer to other vendors. Make sure you give examples of how you will use the software and they will gladly tell you how they can help. Compare costs also, while some others seemed less expensive, there were hidden costs. The ones that actually were less expensive did not have the experience and credibility of EsignLive.

What do you like best?

The overall eSignLive experience is the best but the support we received when we needed to make a change to the main account email was the real star.

What do you dislike?

The fact that you don't have access to update some account information like Owner email address. Not a big deal because Amanbeet at support got us working.

" Principle"

What do you like best?

The program is easy to use on cells phones, tablets or computers. Provides an easy way for my clients to sign their insurance applications.

What do you dislike?

If I have to dislike anything about it ...it would be cost. But not because I think it's not worth the value. But, because it's hard for a newer company to afford.

"Siging Made simple"

What do you like best?

The ease of use. That I don't have take extra time and have multiple steps just to electronically sign something. truly makes it more convenient for our clients to not have to come in to the office and sign documents. It is extremely helpful for our CME process as well because these are often captured from people who are not local.

What do you dislike?

Honestly I haven't experienced any issues in my experience with it for what we are using it for.

"Great software!"

What do you like best?

eSign Live makes getting e-signatures very easy. I can upload a pdf, add signature fields, and get them off. Reduces the amount of paper I have to handle in the office.

What do you dislike?

Customer service is rough- I had to call the office 5 times and wait 3 days to get my trial switched over to a subscription.

Awesome product, works seamlessly. Customer service can be hard to get in contact with. If you need software that allows one user to send out items for signatures to multiple people, this is it!

The amount of time required to get documents to all my employees and then track them for signatures. This software allows me to do this all at once, no waiting till crews get back in, etc. I can track who has signed in one central location.

"Seamless integration of eSignLive with our controlled substances ordering website"

What do you like best?

API well documented, dedicated sandbox for developers, great technical support, easy to use customer interface. They also provide a cloud instance hosted in Canada.

What do you dislike?

But they could provide an admin dashboard to see how many digital signatures we created and how many are left based on our contract terms.

"We're using eSignLive to make it easier for our clients to do business with us."

What do you like best?

The workflow is fairly straightforward and instructions are easy to follow both for us as senders and for our clients as well.

What do you dislike?

eSignLive is not currently integrated with our insurance brokerage management system (The Brokers Workstation from Custom Software Solutions Inc). Although we can use the 'send to eSignLive printer' to put any documents into the signing software, it will be wonderful once the full integration is completed.

Recommendations to others considering the product

We selected eSignLive based on the initial recommendation of the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario. So far, it seems to be very suitable for our needs.

We're greatly improving the delays and inconvenience of getting insurance documents signed. Sending an e-mail to our clients that allows them to simply click on a signature box and return the completed document to us without having to print or scan it is a tremendous step forward.

"Phenominal customer service"

What do you like best?

Support and assistance in configuring the eSign Ap with SFDC was top notch and provided quickly. The eSignLive SDK with SalesForce implemented perfectly.

In addition, eSignLive provides multiple methods for authentication and signing process through configuration. This feature allowed us to tailor process and authentication to the clients specific need.

What do you dislike?

Our implementation of eSign Live has met all user requirements and we have no complaints.

Excellent solution for SFDC customers who wish to incorporate e-signature into their suite. The API worked seamlessly with our SFDC implementation, providing excellent information regarding the status of the signing.

"We are a partner that is implementing integrated e-signature into financial services orgs"

What do you like best?

The best thing about eSignLive is the ability to "white label" the solution. Our clients are focused on leveraging their brand during the signing ceremonies. The ability to have the emails and websites coming from the Bank's site rather than a 3rd party takes full advantage of this reputation.

What do you dislike?

The lack of a vendor managed Private Cloud. Most financial institutions are very concerned about critical customer information in a public cloud. Fortunately, eSignLive does have relationships in FedRAMP for government and IBM for commercial organizations to provide this service.

Key items that have made eSignLive attractive to us as a partner and to our clients:

- Availability of Private Cloud through partners

- click through and mobile sign capabilities

"eSignLive has made my admin life much easier"

What do you like best?

eSign was able to take several of my time-consuming tasks and streamlined it as well as make it look much more professional to our internal and external customers. It is mobile friendly for my executive team to use on the go.

What do you dislike?

The one main thing I have trouble with is our package does not allow me to delete signers who have left our company and clean up my saved layouts and signers.

"Time saver with professional and customized signing options"

What do you like best?

Software is user friendly and laid out in an easy to user interface. I am able to see where documents are in the signing process and easily send follow-up reminders if a document is still waiting on signatures. We often need to notify non-signers that a document has been signed for their records, and esignLive easily allows for this.

I also enjoy the capability to add text fields for additional comments and can have options on whether these additional fields are required or optional. Esign allows me to customize the signing process for any document, while also saving signing templates for frequent usage approvals.

What do you dislike?

This may already be an option, but I would be nice to have the annual account renewals billed to our company instead of having to use a credit card.

Recommendations to others considering the product

No matter what kind of document, how many signatures, or a specific signing order, this software has the tools we have needed to customize and simplify the signing process.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest problem solved is time...I now have time to focus on my role in the company instead of constantly following up on where a document is at in the signing process. This has also saved shipping costs we use to incur from having documents shipped all over the world for signatures.

Our company operates globally and esignLive has allowed us to quickly sign documents from any location in the world. This is especially useful when documents are urgent.

"Overall Great Product"

What do you like best?

eSignLive has an intuitive user interface which allows me to send any type of document for signing in a matter of seconds. Customer experience is great. Templates are easy to use. Document security and legal protection is the best in comparison to any of their competitors.

I just converted to the new user interface so at this time there isn't anything I dislike. It's new and improved.

"Efficient and User-friendly "

What do you like best?

I truly like the esign live experience for both the sender/recipient. I find it highly efficient as the format is simple, the step-by-step directions/layout of the pages are very user friendly and quite simple and easy to use. The software is not intimidating and I have received great feedback from my clients. The thing I like most about Esign Live is that it is almost, if not in real-time. My clients receive their e-sign packet almost instantly and turn-around time for my documents is terrific. I also would like to mention and thank the support team as they are terrific. Great customer support, very knowledgeable, expedient/efficient . Follow-ups from the support team was quite impressive-I would not hesitate to recommend eSign live to anyone!

"Better Faster Stronger-you can be the Six Million Dollar Man"

What do you like best?

The solution is easy to deploy. It auto sends contracts to your customers so you aren't having to scan and email docs or find a working fax machine. There is no quality loss in the doc as it goes back and forth.

What do you dislike?

When configuring the docs prior to sending to customer each signature line has to be tagged independently and coded for each party.

"Secure Safe, and Reliable"

What do you like best?

I am new to E-SignLive. I was very impressed with the price, sales staff and support. It took me a long time to get the time to use the demo. David Bocek in Sales was so patient with me. It took me two months to be able to free up my schedule to be able to compare and check out software. E-SignLive was the best hands down in security and marking the chain of custody of a document. When I was ready to implement, their support team was the best. They never laughed at my green horn questions and were always willing to walk me through any issues. I also like the web based program and the ease of access from anywhere you have internet. I would strongly recommend this software to anyone dealing with documents needing authorized signatures in their business.

What do you dislike?

There was a little bit of a learning curve in navigating the website. But after being showed by the support team, I got the hang of it pretty quickly.

The ability to quickly get a document prepared for signature. The Interface is pretty user-friendly. I like the ability to share or not share templates and layouts. I believe additional functionality would make the program more flexible and supportive of special needs. It would be great if it was more flexible with editing layouts, accept only options, and privileges to the local Admin to resolve user problems.

Get a temporary account and learn all about the options such that you could train others. Then, start putting your documents through it to see if the features inherent in the product match our minimum and long term needs.

The time to get internal and external documents signed is dramatically reduced. We wanted the ability to do easy international and local document signing for legal agreements. We wanted the ability to route in a multi-storied building documents for internal signing. Both of those goals have been realized with this program. We hope to set and met other goals as well using e-SignLive (e.g. web forms and other customer service documents).

What do you like best?

"So Simple"

What do you like best?

It was so simple to use. I was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) by a client, and they sent it to me by email - asking me to sign with eSignLive. It was done in a minute,and back to them. Completely effortless.

"Couldn't be happier with eSignLive!"

What do you like best?

We have been using eSignLive since 2015 for Lending and Operations. It has been easy to use for both our staff and our Members. We can directly send documents for signature, safely and securely. We have also integrated documents into our web site for our members to complete, sign and send to us for processing various requests.

What do you dislike?

On occasion, sent documents will arrive in our members junk mail box, instead of their in-box. A quick phone call with instructions on where to look usually corrects this.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have Members nationwide and only one main office. We have been able to service their accounts and loans without having to mail documents back and forth. It is quick, easy and secure for us and our Members.

"Fast, User friendly and reliable"

What do you like best?

Very intuitive and user friendly Interface. We are extremely pleased with the ease of use from our company stand point but more importantly the ease of use for our customers as well. Our number one priority is our customers and we certainly would not accept anything less than the solution Silanis has created with e-SignLive. e-SignLive permits the creation of multiple templates, giving us the ability to customize our documents. Furthermore, this cloud based solution allows us to work remotely away from the office without skipping a beat.

What do you dislike?

I would like to see an option to change the length of time a session will time-out. There are times where I would need to step away for a meeting etc. and come back a few minutes later only to find that my session ended which requires logging back in.

A "Reminder" button would be great to see as well, to notify customers that a document needs their attention to be signed.

Some of our customers who use iPhones, have had issues not being able to sign.

Time is money and reducing turnaround time from sending to receiving signed documents is key. Faxing is an ancient technology that can be expensive on the customer end. Scanning documents can be just as cumbersome, time-consuming and expensive as well and snail mail is simply a last resort option. This cloud based platform allows for real-time interaction without the hassle and expense of other traditional methods while providing a paperless environment.

"Best Service Ever"

What do you like best?

The online support is amazing. If you ever run into issues all you do is log it and the support is there. I have always had someone either phone me or respond within 24 hours and if it is urgent you just pick up the phone and they are available 24X7. Amazing

One recommendation I would make is that they offer a document storage solution. We had an issue building this because documents cannot be printed and scanned or the temper seal will be removed.

"e-SignLive Works for Independent Insurance "

What do you like best?

It is by far the easiest and most secure solution for e-signatures. The unlimited plan features are wonderful as is the sandbox for API testing.

What do you dislike?

The Fast Track links are sequential. This means you can change a few letters and get another account's Fast Track form URL. The user interface for creating layouts / templates isn't as intuitive or thought out as DocuSign; the overlay (z-index) for the fields cover others up so the details cannot be edited until another box is moved out of the way to click. The field names are also hidden; if you name a text input field "Your Name", it will show as a "Text Field" and not "Your Name" when editing.

"Great Product Core, but Poor Customer Service and Unpolished"

What do you like best?

Fast Track with per-signature payment. This allows me to fully automate my workflow, instead of individually logging in and sending the same contract every time someone buys my services. It's the main reason I put eSignLive ahead of its competition. Docusign's comparable feature is only available for it's higher-tier service, which is so expensive that it could never be worth it.

What do you dislike?

Customer service is very hard to get in touch with (no e-mail listed on site, phone hours are 9-5 Quebec time only??). After getting in touch to try to change my e-mail address, it was a mess - nobody seems to know what on earth is going on, until I was eventually able to reach someone high enough in the company (after sending angry e-mails) who WAS able to (very politely) correct the problems created by the customer "service" rep.

As I told him at the time, if his response had been the first response, and if I hadn't had to search for a way to reach customer service (actually I had to send an angry response to the e-mail requesting this review in order for customer service to reach out to me - my e-mails to them went unanswered), it would have been ok.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Main thing is automation of workflow. When people buy my service, I need them to sign a contract before I start providing that service. Now, they can buy online at my website, and be redirected straight to the contract, sign, and I can get started. No missed opportunities because of delays in signing. And it's one less thing for me to remember (did I send a contract to that order??).

What do you like best?

The ability to integrate easily and timely with our hybrid iOS application as well as Salesforce.com. Additionally, the support provide by the eSignLive team was prompt, thorough and very helpful. The overall end-to-end experience was relatively painless as integration and implementations go.

What do you like best?

It is all about flexibility with a single interface, Silanis offers a unique mix of Cloud, Private Cloud and On Premise versions all with a common API for integration. We have been able to write a workflow engine that encapsulates business processes, enforces policies and simplifies the entire end to end electronic signature process. This has also allowed us to add a hybrid abstraction layer and web interface that negates the need for direct integration of core systems to the cloud increasing security.

What do you dislike?

A simpler process for signing up a new account for the cloud.

I would strongly recommend Silanis be a part of every electronic signature review. The flexibility to deploy in three models (Cloud, Private Cloud, On Premise) and provides the ability to protect the investment beyond any other Cloud only players in the market.

Initially it was about taking a paper process and making it digital, but then it became more about the visibility end to end of the process including understanding how customers are acting. This translated into a significant increase in the conversions rates for documents and resulting increases in revenues. "Game change"

What do you like best?

eSign Live is a game changing way for E-signatures and takes the ability to send, track and document a sound process for business to move forward. The application is as easy as one, two and three. Also, the team was very helpful during our deployment and made sure all our questions where answered.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I disliked was the ability for the signer to forward the package on there side without the package being blocked or a notification sent to the owner that created it. After further review most bank use the SMS Text and or QA so the problem was solved. However, would be nice to have this feature.

"Implementation for State Auto"

What do you like best?

The documentation around the usage of the sdk was good. The provided samples in the sdk were detailed and easy to follow. The documentation was decent and easy to follow. The sdk was also very inclusive and contain a large number of functionalities, it was well designed in this regard.

What do you dislike?

Communication and support expectations were not well established. Escalation was required several times in order to get the urgency understood. Having said that, once support was engaged and responsive, they were good to get the resolution communicated and did well with setting expectations of delivery of those changes if necessary.

(side note regarding the sdk, it would be nice to be able to reissue packages for signature or at minimum be able to trigger notifications so that we can perform validation of content in an adequate time frame).

The requirement that a signature must have a unique email address is understood and I know that implementing another way to certify the signer who shares email address would be very difficult, but may be something that could be considered for future releases.

Silanis has incorporated many features out of the box and is easily configurable.

If you are using HPExtreme, their starter code for integration makes implementation fast and easy.

Being able to reduce cost and to come up with time on electronic correspondences. Providing the ability to issue quote and other documents to consumers for review and signature electronically. "E-signature Implementation"

What do you like best?

It is the easiest and safest way to execute any legal document. No more scheduling an appointment and driving someplace to sign paperwork. Upon completion, you receive a digital copy, not a hard copy that I have to retain.

What do you dislike?

In order to log in and sign, there are specific pieces of info required. They should be pretty straightforward, top-of-mind pieces of info, but it can still be a hassle.

One critical thing that would have helped us right out of the gate was to have the workflow and e-mail templates before we started our own planning. The e-mail templates were limiting, but it would have saved us some delays. Likewise, the decision regarding whether to assign a "package owner" is significant with significant downstream impacts. I am not sure that we truly understand that fact. I think we may have made a different choice if this was impressed upon us.

So far the service has been very good-beginning with the demonstration, proposal, contract process and implementation. The eSign Live folks are committed to providing a positive experience for their customers. Our legal team was impressed with the audit trail and action recording.

"eSignLive - Time saving tool in Digital Signaure world"

What do you like best?

I appreciate the design of eSignLive system and flexibility providing for electronic signature. Tons of sample code in various languages and excellent product documentation allows to learn quickly and implement.

Best part is the support and dealing with the customer. I impressed on two factors, AVAILABLITY and QUICK RESPONSE. I never seen any delay, when I asked for any help.

What do you dislike?

1. I found lot of sample code. But I didn't see much in build API, which would be plug-in play. In other word, it would reduce the development hours.

2. Sandbox allows only a reply back URL for integration. It would be better to allow multiple URLs looking at the input request.

3. The email template. I didn't find any plug and play email template.

I would for more pulg-ins and Youtube training materials.

"Quick Turnaround of fully Executed Agreements"

eSignLive is easy to use and is convenient. The audit trail is detailed providing information such as when a document is viewed/printed and signed by the signatory. With the European Instance, I can change the settings for a signer/reviewer so that they signed documents are delivered as attachments.

Evidence Summary notification can only be sent to the package owner.

"Great Customer Service"

What do you like best?

Top most reason for selecting e-Sign Live was great customer support. During our testing phase we evaluated 4 different app and tested them in our Sandbox. While I struggled with other companies to get it installed properly in sandbox, e-Sign Live just got on a Join.me and got it installed in 20 minutes. It was great experience.

What do you dislike?

Nothing that I can think off right now. Everything seems great right now.

I wish more stakeholders in the Candian Mortgage Industry would come around to using e-Signatures. They're better in every way and mroe secure.

"Superior Product & Customer Service"

What do you like best?

The level of customer service, ease of use and security ranks superior to all other vendors (DocuSign, Adobe EchoSign, SignNow).

Sean Penning, Daniel Cadoch and Ryan Kropf were truly a pleasure to work with. We were originally looking for an integrated model that could streamline with our applicant tracking system, but decided the pricing and the time was not right to implement. Our E-Sign Live representatives continued to provide support and solutions regardless of our decision to not move forward yet. After further investigation, we decided on a non-integrated model that still worked with our processes and they were able to come up with pricing and all the information needed for a successful implementation. Regardless of what requirements our department needed with the system, they were able to provide alternative and accommodating solutions.

In addition to customer service, the product is simply superior and the best in the market. Not only does the system remain compliant by addressing all requirements under ESIGN and UETA, it also provides additional security through an electronic evidence summary and provides copies to all parties for their records. The system is straight forward and easy to use with minimal questions. Any questions that we did have were easily addressed by Sean Penning and Ryan Kropf or by support.

What do you dislike?

Saving documents that are larger in size can sometimes freeze your computer. I'd also like to see the ability to auto assign signature fields when uploading mass documents.

If you are torn between which e-signature vendor to use, choose E-Sign Live! One reason I decided to look into E-Sign Live was because of the reviews and I’m happy to help contribute to inform others of superior product.

"Great visual appeal"

What do you like best?

The new interface is so easy to work with. It is colour coded, with a progress pie chart, making the program visually appealing and easy to follow your progress.

What do you dislike?

My only complaint is that the program can only download full files as a ZIP folder. It would be nice if there was an option to determine how a package can be downloaded.

"We Used eSignLive for Scholarship Applications"

What do you like best?

We were able to upload a PDF document of our fillable form so everything was branded correctly. It will allow us to streamline our intake process. While we haven't completed one year yet of the intake process, initially it seems to have eliminated a significant amount of the manual work with our old system of accepting applications by email!

What do you dislike?

2 suggestions:

-For our purposes, it would have been great to have an administrator access to 'un-sign' something that someone has prematurely signed. We had one student miss one section in their application, and they have to redo the entire application.

- We did not use the required fields, because with most applications, when you fill it out a required field correctly, the red line or exclamation point would disappear (showing that the field had been filled out correctly). This was not the case with eSignLive, the red exclamation points stayed regardless of whether the field was filled in or not. We anticipated this would cause confusion with the students filling out the application, so we removed the required fields.

Get a few people to test out your applications prior to making them live as people complete forms differently, and not everyone reads everything fully.

"Working with EsignLive customer support is better than most dates you'll go on."

What do you like best?

The integration with Salesforce for the most affordable small-business pricing option is what sets this apart from everyone else which requires enterprise editions to integrate with CRMs.

Also, I just recently started using EsignLive and the customer service is what has really sold me on this company.

What do you dislike?

It could look a tiny bit "sleeker" on the receiving end of signing requests. But this is just me being picky because it's fully functional and looks fine.

Look no further, this is the product you want. I contacted their sales department for some additional information and the team was very professional and helpful. I've never encountered any issues, but I can tell from the experience that I had that the team is armed with knowledge & cares about their customer's experiences, regardless of how large or small the client is.

Time savings in sending out contracts, waiting for customers to sign; I've eliminated the need to print, sign scan, convert to PDF and then email; the ease of use is awesome and my new customers love it.

"Fast Easy and Secure!"

What do you like best?

Process to send documents is fast and easy. Program is user friendly for tagging documents for signature.

We have received nothing but positive feedback from Members and all appreciative of ease of use and convenience.

My department uses eSignnLive for Consumer Loan documents. Completion of loan closings are

now done remotely and in a few minutes. No need for Members to drive to office branch, or wait for loan documents to be returned in the mail.

"e-SignLive saves time and increases customer satisfaction!"

What do you like best?

We really like the security features and the fact that the details for the authenticated signers are embedded in the completed package. You can validate signatures with the click of a button. No need to access a website to find out details of a completed package. Another reason we chose e-SignLive was the authentication options when sending docs to a signer. We use SMS or have the signer provide an authentication password to access their documents. Sometimes we require them to provide a form of identification, and e-SignLive accommodates that scenario as well.

What do you dislike?

If you send a document out to two signers, and only one ends up signing electronically, you can't print the document with the one signature, nor mark it in some way to indicate it is a complete package. You also can't edit the document to remove the second signature.

We rolled out the software to a limited number of users so that we could find out what issues they may encounter on "real files" that we didn't discover in testing. The results of their testing allowed us to come up with our written policies and procedures for the rest of the users. Answers to some of their initial questions were addressed in our final documentation.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Currently, buyers, sellers and borrowers come into our office to sign their closing documents (most lenders still require wet signatures on documents and any document requiring a notary must have a wet signature). If a change is made that requires them to resign or initial a document and that document doesn't have to be notarized, then we use e-SignLive to obtain their signature. It saves time because the parties don't have to worry about fitting another signing appointment into their schedule and it creates a positive experience for them knowing we were flexible enough to accommodate an e-signing process.

Forms requiring a realtor's signature typically were emailed, printed, signed, scanned back in and emailed back to us. Now we can easily send a form to a realtor and in a matter of minutes, have a signed version back in our files. Realtors are already used to using an electronic signing process on many of their forms, so this fits right in with their business model.

"Perfect service "

What do you like best?

Extremely helpful customer representatives. Ease of use. Canadian data center. Competitive price.

What do you dislike?

So far nothing. We are in the implementation phase. I have nothing to complain about. We are already planing to extend usage to internal departments after implementing customer facing.

"Great user friendly product"

What do you like best?

It's ease of use is a big selling point in my view. Also if there are any issues and I need support the account management team are always happy to help. In summary it's not only the easy navigation but also customer support that makes this product great.

What do you dislike?

Foldering could be a bit more sophisticated, however, I believe this can be easily solved by adding this feature on their next road map.

As a consultant I need to get estimates and level of effort documents signed off officially for the work to continue. Having this done in an automated way eases the administration process and speeds up efficiency.

"Small business user - great product and value"

What do you like best?

It's easy to use and its very affordable for a small business /low volume user. Adding signature blocks and tracking signatures is so easy!

What do you dislike?

I would like to be able to search the completed documents without having to scroll through all my files. Other than that, it's a great product!

"ESignLive is Incredible"

What do you like best?

ESignLive meets the requirements of our Federal Customers in ways that no other digital signature tool can. Their technical staff ensures that every deployment is a long lasting deployment by listening to the needs of the customer and then delivering exactly what they want and need.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing that I could possibly say that I dislike about their software.

"Reliable product and good tech support"

What do you like best?

The tech support has been great so far. Also, the fact that the sales team were able to tailor the product to our business' needs and that they actually understood the concept/idea that many startups have limited budgets... We were able to work something out that made sense for both parties.

What do you dislike?

So far, nothing. We have been working with them for over a year now, and things are running smoothly. The fact that I don't think about it says it all.

Compare each product, call the sales teams and take notes. Look at how secure each product is. Compare the prices. See what kind of clients each company has onboard. This should help guide you to make the right choice!

"Easy-to-use SaaS e-Signature Solution for New Users Like Me"

What do you like best?

As a newcomer to e-signatures, I really appreciated the user-friendliness of e-SignLive. I used the free trial version to get started and found it extremely easy to prepare transactions for e-signing. The user interface was clean, not cluttered, and I intuitively knew how to use the system - no user manual required! I typically prepare my documents in MS Word and loved the convenience of the e-SignLive Print Driver tool, which allows me to send documents to the e-signature service directly from Word (or any other Windows application for that matter).

What do you dislike?

So far so good! I haven't experienced any issues. Nothing to report.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm primarily using e-signatures for e-contracts; rather than fax or send a paper-based package via FedEx, I can now send contracts to recipients directly using e-SignLive. So instead of waiting several days (sometimes weeks actually), documents get signed immediately or within a day or two max. For me, it's all about saving time - for me and people signing my documents.

"Fantastic product with great customer service "

What do you like best?

This product has been designed keeping user convenience in mind. . With esignlive, we can keep the most up-to-date version of our forms online and send them out for immediate signing.

What do you dislike?

There is a small learning curve for those who are not used to dealing with online forms and understand required fields, but it usually takes just a phone call to explain the process.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using this to replace an antiquated way of processing forms and it is catching on quickly. It takes the burden of paperwork out of the hands of several employees who may have older versions on file and makes signing a much easier, quicker and simpler task for them and our customers

"Best Esign Platform on the Market"

What do you like best?

I like that the product increases trust with potential clients through its secure platform. The best part is that they don't need to advertise themselves all over our documents. We can make it appear as though it is our own without any extra logos. The time it takes to complete a transaction is greatly reduced as well.

What do you dislike?

I actually like everything about this product.

"We've gone paperless with Esign"

What do you like best?

We like the fact that esignlive makes the whole esigning process easy and hassle free for our customers. We are now moving away from pdf applications to electronic signature via esign and looking forward to see the positive outcome in coming years.

What do you dislike?

We'd like to have two applications signature in single application form rather than sending copies to them individually. This means, both applicants have a flexibility to complete the form without having to be together to sign.

We were trying to go paperless with our initial consent and privacy form and esign has helped to achieve.

"Excellent, full featured product that's well priced"

What do you like best?

e-SignLive is a reasonably priced product that is extremely competitive with other digital signing products on the marketplace. You receive more features for less cost.

What do you dislike?

The interface is not quite as intuitive as RightSignature, but easy to understand once you use it a couple of times. I've had to spend a little bit of time teaching my salespeople how to use it, but now that everyone is comfortable things are going smoothly.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We need to have clients sign off on invoice terms when starting a subscription to our software as a service. We use many different software platforms, and decided to see where we could trim our costs. Switching from RightSignature to eSignLive reduced our cost with no loss of the features we need. We are very satisfied with our decision to switch.

"Great product from a company that understands enterprise through SaaS and on-premise offerings"

What do you like best?

We use both the cloud and on-premise versions of this product at our organization, and the fact that Silanis has both is a primary driver for why we choose them as our primary esignature provider.

Cloud product:

The very quick setup time for new processes is helpful in our demoing to business partners the solutions our organization can provide using the Silanis product. Also, the website to setup signing ceremonies works very well, with all members of our organization who have used it having no problems setting up even complex signing processes. We also appreciate the great support we have received from Silanis regarding technical questions, they are always an email or phone call away and very helpful.

On-premise:

Our solution is a custom developed solution now several years old. It has been impressively reliable and has processed millions of transactions with nearly no maintenance or technical issues. Also, the initial build-out was smooth thanks to the great Silanis support.

What do you dislike?

Cloud:

In an earlier revision of this review I had stated that the documentation was lacking, that has since been shored up and is now well documented. The area I would like to see more focus on now is better compatibility with mobile browsers. The functionality they have does work on a device, but it is not ideal. This is not holding us back right now but as more of our processes seek to have our customers accepting agreements on their own device this will eventually be a need.

On-Premise:

We are anxiously awaiting the possibilities of when the cloud API and on-premise API are merged. Other than that our on-premise solution has been great.

Recommendations to others considering the product

We have been using their on-premise solution for 5 years. We began using their cloud based solution in the last couple years and it as it has allowed us to be quick to market with smaller projects within our large organization. Other companies only provide cloud, and that works cost-wise on small, high value uses. But if you expect real volume growth then with Silanis you can be certain you will be able to move to your own infrastructure in the future, making much larger projects feasible because the cost per document can be pushed down. This was a huge advantage from our perspective and one of the primary reasons we continue to make Silanis our primary esignature vendor.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are a financial institution. We want to connect our customers to documents electronically. We don't want to be in the business of building electronic document solutions. Silanis fills that gap within organization, both with their cloud solution and the on-premise solution, allowing our teams to focus on what we do best, serving our customers with their banking needs. This has freed us to think of electronic content interactions as a tool in our toolkit rather than a technical burden to overcome.

It is so simple! It was simple to set-up, simple to use, simple to track.

We have members across the state. In the past, we would have to send documents in the mail to them for signatures and they would then have to mail them back. Instead of waiting days for the signed documents to be returned, we now have the documents signed in a few hours!

"Easiest electronic signing ever and SUPERB customer service!"

What do you like best?

I did a lot of online research before choosing an electronic signature provider. eSignLive caught my attention for low price and because reviews stated its ease of use. Glad to have the 30 day free trial. It sealed the deal confirming how easy it is to use. I've tapped in to tech service and accounting reference my bill. I've been amazed at how quickly accessible both departments were and how they are so customer service driven.

What do you dislike?

No dislikes. The ease of the program, the low cost, the wonderful tech support, all far exceed my expectations.
