Nice CRM. Full of features. Easy of Use. Young in the market.
Lack of workflow and reports. There is an advanced pack, but it is very expensive.
Consider it for your implementation in a small and medium size company. Keep in mind that the reports and workflow functionalities have to be paid apart.

Despite its lack of documentation, EspoCRM is pretty straight forward to use and implement.
For small business, like real estate firms, this does the job (and well).
There are thousands (if not millions) of SMB's who still use spread sheets or local database apps, but are still lacking a centralized tool for their company. EspoCRM fits perfectly in this niche.
EspoCRM is really polyvalent. Directly in the ui and also in the code, the framework is awesome.
I would say that even if this product is an a early age, it is really promising. Of course, you will not find lots of the functionalities that are coming with typical open source CRM, but this is what I wanted. I needed something where you can build upon and fast, not something that you need to disable a lots of annoying or imperfect modules and mostly not something where you need to review a lot your settings. Also, it is so simple of use, doesn't took so much time to explain and train my colleagues, on how to use it... and this is wonderful!
Lack of documentation. There is still some tutorial and big lines are exposed, but you will find it difficult to get to know how everything works (under the hood) without asking directly in the forum. Fortunately, the forum is very active and the authors are always responding with complete answer, it is really helpful. The authors already told me they haven't sufficient time for now for making a comprehensive documentation, they are certainly putting their time in the product itself which is understandable.

It is a CRM, it can be use to gain incredible gain on managing data about customers, sales, relations between those and others kind of data. You need to be specific with your organization, it is the right choice because it's main purpose is to be really adaptable... it's fast, convenient and the ui is clean and useful.
Simple, easy to use, customize and manage for both technicals and non-technicals.
Incomplete in some area. You won't notice it until you use it fully for quite a while. Most of them are non-critical.
CRM for Call Center and BPM for Operation and Accounting teams.

A specific user guide would be nice. so i don's need to contact the support for every little problem.
