Founded in March 2010, Essintial Enterprise Solutions℠ was born from two established organizations—Halifax Corporation and Northrop Grumman Commercial Services—each with decades of enterprise technology support expertise and integrity. Experienced in working with both commercial and government customers, Essintial’s predecessors laid the foundation for what the company is today.
What I like most is that Essintial has a streamlined process for dispatching their reps and in the event that escalation is needed, we have had little to no difficulty in reaching someone. Also, I like that Essintial reps can be dispatched on weekends as we often need coverage on the weekends for higher volume accounts.
What do you dislike?
On occasion there has been a lack of communication when an Essintial rep has not made it out to a location when expected or when a call was completed but we were not contacted to close the case. Also, there has been some turnover in account management and I have not always been notified promptly when these changes occur.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Essintial is providing Hillman with technically-skilled labor at an affordable cost for areas of the US and Canada where we do not have (and cannot justify having) an in-house service rep. Essintial has saved us thousands of dollars by helping to maintain high kiosk uptime.
