"Marketing Automation at it's best"

What do you like best?

It's hard to pick a favorite feature. The ease of building assets and campaigns is great. But then the downstream analytics and insights into how your specific prospects and customers are interacting with your emails and your web site are invaluable. The team at etrigue is super helpful as well. If I ever have an issue or get stuck on something they are on it. I think every marketing team should be on this platform.

What do you dislike?

I understand why but I wish onboarding was a little quicker. Expectations these days are that everything is plug and play. The process is worth it here though. If you are a marketer that doesn't understand the IT side of the onboarding you will need to engage a partner/vendor to help you (i.e. if you don't know how to setup a subdomain or an SSL cert you'll need help).

"Marketing Automation that Makes Sense"

What do you like best?

DemandCenter by eTrigue offers flexibility that is non-existent in other MAP systems. From the incredibly easy to use email and Landing Page templates to the form builder, eTrigue has constructed a "wunderkind" of an MA system to be used by everyone who seeks to learn marketing automation in both theory and in execution.

One of the things that makes eTrigue so successful is their customer support. It's simply what tech support was 40 years ago......responsive and of high quality/value. The eTrigue support team gets all over issues without delay and they give you a resolution same day or an ETA for a fix, or an immediate work around. They do not pretend that it's a perfect world/product and that approach is refreshing. Without that level of support we couldn't be successful. It's quite an achievement.

What do you dislike?

While the reporting is extensive I would like to see some more packaged reports that can give me a quicker summary of where I am in a campaign. Currently I have to look at several reports and I would like the ability to gen up ad hoc reporting easier than I can currently. Having just written that, in fairness to eTrigue, because of our heavy use for multiple clients, our reporting requirements are a bit different.

"We use eTrigue's DemandCenter for B2B almost daily, for 5 years - and it's great!"

What do you like best?

This is the perfect tool for those that like ultimate freedom/flexibility when designing their marketing automation (MA). eTrigue's "DemandCenter" application keeps up with all of the best MA tools out there, but has a few key features and speedy interface that make me recommend it above others, if you value your time.

Specifically, the UI is not a 'wizard/guided/steps' kind of approach. Instead, you have all of the options/criteria/actions available to you, and you can speedily compile lists and campaigns. So once you know where everything is, you can really hum along without constant interruptions or multiple screens of setup.

The same UI components (for the list building criteria, for example) is the same/consistent in other parts of the application. Like the reports builder or criteria for actions/triggers within campaigns. So once you've learned it in one location, it is intuitive to use in other areas.

Data/contacts visibility and hygiene also seems easy, due to this setup. You can quickly review your database, applying filters for drilled-down views. Wildcards and boolean functionality available throughout to be able to see what you really want to see.

But, above all else, eTrigue has the best support I've ever experienced for a SaaS / online app. They're very responsive to tickets, open to new features, and it's always the same group of people that I'm dealing with.

What do you dislike?

Initially, I was frustrated with DemandCenter's first take at enhanced reporting. Not being familiar with standard report designing, I found the flexibility overwhelming. They've since re-vamped their entire reporting system, and it seems much more straight forward now - though, limiting. I'm still not quite sure they've struck the perfect balance, but they sure are trying.

I'll list out an industry standard 'dislike', but it's something I actually appreciate. DemandCenter's flow and UI design seems to boil down to speed, rather than guided walkthroughs and validation. Meaning, the system is flexible and doesn't stop you from performing invalid or mismatched actions. Sure, there are validation and testing mechanisms to test your final product, but it's not going to baby you through the setup or interrupt you with dialogs or page refreshes. Likewise, with the database setup and segmentation, you will need to know what you want and how you want to segment - because the system isn't going to walk you through it. You have ultimate control over custom fields, and how those fields play into campaign triggers, or list building. There's no boilerplate setup.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Know what you want. Know what web assets (forms, landings, and offerings such as eBooks) you have available to you. Know how your sales division works, and how lead assignment is handled. Know your starting data/contacts, and how you would like it organized/segmented. Know all of this before starting - even if you are planning on getting help via implementation services.

Huge ROI with the reduced man-hours required for this level of marketing automation.

The way DemandCenter has alerts set up is a huge bonus - though mostly a boon to the Sales department, and not so much marketing. This tool perfectly blends both Sales and Marketing functionality.

Last note: we're a software company that relies on trial downloads for lead generation. With the sheer volume, it would be easy to let leads slip through the cracks. But with DemandCenter, and tight use of automated campaigns, nothing slips through - all notifications go off as expected, automated nurturing keeps crunching away, and lead alerts/notifications keep firing off to the assigned rep. It's like a well-oiled machine - thanks to the flexibility and reliability of eTrigue.

"Easy to Use for a Small User Base for a Small to Mid size Company"

What do you like best?

I loved how easy it was to make lists and keep the lists consistent. I didn't have to go in every time to pull a new list to email the same people. I could be consistent with my address & not have to worry if they were right or not.

The email templates were easy to use & fun to work with. The hard-coded areas were not limiting and were over all, user friendly.

What do you dislike?

I didn't like how limited it was compare to other on metrics and reviews and performance metrics. We also had SEVERAL email address that were not "deduplicated" so they would get the same email several times, that was horrible for us & we had to do a lot of manual clean up.

Support was limited, and very unprofessional.

We were told that eTrigue integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which i guess in a way, it did, but it did HORRIBLY. Almost broke our CRM, just wasn't a good experience and should not have been recommended to us.

Recommendations to others considering the product

When starting out with a marketing automation system, eTrigue is a great tool for "putting your toes in the water" versus "jumping in with both feet". It is limited in its ability for certain features such as metrics and flexibility on email template looks, BUT when you are a new company new to marketing, this tool isnt too overwhelming and will be benefit your lead gen quality as it did ours. We would have stayed with eTrigue but our user base and lead gen grew to 50,000+ and we needed a marketing system that integrated with our current CRM.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With the real time lead alerts, we could pick up the phone and call people who were on our site the same day. That was huge for us & helped convert cold leads to warm.

"B2B Marketing Automation Simplified"

What do you like best?

eTrigue is built only for B2B business so they truly understand the differences with business-to-business marketing. We had Marketo previously, and the first change was that while Marketo takes hours of in-depth online training or offsite seminars, eTrigue was simple to learn and we were up and running within a couple days. The interface is so simple - yet robust. The way that email campaign assets, lists, forms and alerts are all each under their own tabs makes it very clean and easy to look at. Building a campaign is super simple. It takes logic, of course, and we hit a few snags when we first started, but the Help team always figured it out and got back to us within 24 hours, usually only one or two hours. Marketo often wouldn't get back to us for days. With customizable reports, an easy form-building tool, and lots of integrations with other programs - we love working with eTrigue. Designing emails is also a snap for our marketing team, without any major programming knowledge needed.

What do you dislike?

The lead scoring is a little less customizable than Marketo because we can't combine the demographic score and campaign scores. So we are still tweaking our lead alert settings.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you are B2B I would highly consider eTrigue for marketing automation needs. Find out in advance from any other competitor products how long it takes to train to learn the product. eTrigue outshined in that way. And it was affordable for our relatively small budget. Lots of products also say they integrate with other software, but then you have to pay to have the integration built.

We needed a marketing automation system that was easy to use, helped us build forms, landing pages, email campaigns and provided real-time lead alerts. We are a B2B unit working within a B2C company and we needed something that fit our needs better. eTrigue has helped bring our sales and marketing in alignment by letting us all use the system as we need it, and now marketing automation is simple for our small marketing team.

"Great support and service!"

What do you like best?

The folks at eTrigue have been very responsive and the support has been great. We have migrated from other marketing automation systems and have found it to be very problematic and frustrating. They made the process significantly smoother and provided great support every step of the way!

What do you dislike?

Wish we found eTrigue sooner. Although the don't have all of the features we would like to see (yet!), we are excited to see how we will get the most out of using the system for our business objectives.

"Easy to use, tons of features and a top-notch rockstar support team!""

What do you like best?

It's packed with features. It seems like anytime you use it, you are always finding something new to tools to leverage to really take my campaigns up a few levels.

eTrigue DemandCenter is easier to use than most other marketing automation tools I've previously used.

The support team is great. Anytime I contacted them, they were extremely helpful, responsive and enjoyable to work with.

What do you dislike?

It can take some extra time to learn if you really want to dive into how granular you can get with some of the features.

I highly recommend it. eTrigue has been an invaluable tool for my B2B campaigns. It is the easiest to use Marketing Automation tool I have used yet. "eTrigue DemandCenter helps us launch campaigns quickly, with less people and minimal training needed"

What do you like best?

eTrigue Demand Center is very easy to use. To setup a campaign you just drag the action items to the dashboard, and rearrange the order if you change your mind. We can usually teach a new hire how to competently use eTrigue within a few hours. And they can setup their own campaign the same day. The support team calls us back within an hour or so, and guides us through setting up more complex campaigns when we have questions. We can build landing pages in the eTrigue editor or in other tools and just import it.

eTrigue is quick to master, and very flexible for more complex campaigns. The ROI reporting is pretty cool, and gives us data even if our sales team does not.

What do you dislike?

I dont have any complaints. The previous reporting was harder to use, though the new reporting is very fast, has time based measurements for comparison, and has some pretty advanced features that are easy to test theories, and change campaign messaging based on results.

Recommendations to others considering the product

They genuinely care about our success. The support team is available by phone, and does not charge for premium support. We are able to get a new account setup within 2 - 4 days, and are running campaigns within a week. We have seen new features released regularly, and are excited about some new functionality being added. I recommend for anyone that wants to generate results quickly and needs to add people to their team and ramp up without requiring lots of training.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We paid for eTrigue 5x with our first deal a week after implementing. The ROI is very high. We can have new employees setting up campaigns and running in their first week. We launch about 3 campaigns per week, and dont need a dedicated team. We can usually setup a landing page, email, and follow on assets within a couple hours. Then test the campaign and have it live within 20 minutes. One thing that has helped us tremenously is that we dont have to create all of the emails and asssets before we start a campaign. With other tools we had to create all of the assets first, before we could build the campaign. In eTrigue, we can create the who campaign flow, and add assets as they are completed. We can even start the campaign when only the first asset is completed. This enables us to launch campaigns sooner and not lose time waiting for the asset to be completed. Obviously this has been created by marketing people who know that customers change their minds yet the deadline remains the same.

"eTrigue Demand Center delivers the leads to ramp revenue."

What do you like best?

For CRM systems, there are 5 key "must haves" for cost-effective lead generation:

1) Fast and well supported implementation and training. Time to effective operation, 2 weeks maximum

2) Excellent customer service and responsiveness to client requests. The eTrigue support staff are knowledgeable and available to assure client success.

3) Intuitive operation. eTrigue Demand Center is a robust product spawned from detailed marketing requirements and field tested for many years across companies of all sizes.

4) Robust feature set. Demand Center was not conceived in a developers head but rather it has evolved by market use and demand; thus it fits the real-life needs of the marketing department objectives.

5) Annual return-on-investment within the initial 90 days of operation. Investment small or large in marketing systems must clearly demonstrate a near term ROI. My measure is annual cost must be realized with the first 90 days of operation. Demand Center delivers this ROI.

What do you dislike?

In the past, eTrigue Demand Center was not available in a version well suited to small business budgets. However, this is no longer true. In fact, I have implemented Demand Center in a number of small client companies who are now reaping the benefits that mid through Enterprise companies have enjoyed for years.

As a marketing and business consultant it is my responsibility to work with companies to realize optimal operational and ROI benefit from their marketing and sales (CRM, SFA, etc.) system selections. I have worked with a variety of the CRM systems in the market and, over the years, I have honed my list of "must haves" for any system I recommend to a client. (see my "must haves" list).

"Great Product With Full Feature Set"

What do you like best?

Simple product to use with lots of features. Integrates with most CRM tools as well as Webinar solutions. Easy to read reports which give a great insight into website visitors and their actions (pages visited, length of stay on each page, etc). Nice email creation tools and simple to build nurture campaigns.

What do you dislike?

Product looks a little dated but still has all the features of Marketo and Act-On.

"Best Bang For The Buck."

What do you like best?

DemandCenter from Etrigue is very easy to use, and yet is as full-featured as anyone needs for marketing automation, including lead generation, lead nurturing, subscription management, webinar registrations and follow-up, and more.

What do you dislike?

It's a hosted application that's running a lot of data. Most of the time there are no connectivity or performance issues, but the application does periodically lag or inexplicably time-out.

The main things to look at in considering a marketing automation tool are: ease of use, functionality, cost, and quality of customer service. The first three items are easy enough to compare as a prospect. The last one you don't know about until you buy and become a customer. The eTrigue customer support team is super responsive and always helpful.

We use i primarily for ongoing customer communications -- upsell, cross-sell, renewals, retention newsletters and the like -- as well as ongoing lead generation and lead nurturing.

"Marketing Automation that rocks"

What do you like best?

This is our second time around with marketing automation and eTrigue made it much easier. We got it running in the first week instead of the weeks it took before. If you understand the concepts behind marketing and a clear idea of your goals, you can get some serious campaigns and lead flow going quickly.

What do you dislike?

Forms take a few steps to get them to look and work like our website. Having a good web guy definitely helps.

Have a competent web coder around when you are setting up the forms and links onto your website.

Drive more visits to our website and capture enough information about visitors to bring them into the sales process. We have a much better idea of what's working in marketing and we know if sales is following up every lead.

"Easy company to partner with"

What do you like best?

Other SaaS providers have multiple criteria to evaluate in order to come up with your subscription price. With eTrigue it is solely based on the number of prospects in the system. Which works well for us who are in the process of expanding our Sales and Marketing systems, and didn't appreciate our sales system vendor bumping up the price for every new way we found to use the system.

What do you dislike?

I would have liked the ability to perform math based on custom number fields. For example, if I had two different number fields to store the number of times we sold Product A to a prospect, and the second stored the number of times we sold product B to a customer, then it would be helpful to be able to sum these together, and do something after a cretin threshold is meet. While there is comparison operations on custom number fields, it's too static for me.

We are able to reach a very targeted B2B customer, and more and more so every day with easy prospect importing, and capturing of new prospects through eTrigue enabled web forms. With real time lead alerts, and eTrigue progressive forms to better elicit customer need, we are realizing our website can be a world wide sales floor.

"eTrigue is the best marketing automation tool available"

What do you like best?

Email campaigns are now easy. We have several newsletter and event campaigns setup that we modify (add to - in the case of newsletters) or clone (for webinars). We don’t have to start from scratch each time, and can see the statistics (opens, visits, opt-outs..) for the campaign right in the campaign window.

What do you dislike?

The alerts require that you build logic to narrow down specific search criteria for each alert, assign named users and set the conditions for each alert.

Use Demand Center and stay away from the “all-in-one” marketing suites if you’re looking for real marketing automation.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were not getting enough information from campaigns and we were not able to see how much time was spent on pages from our previous system.

"Powerful yet quick to get going!"

What do you like best?

Ease of use and speed of implementation. Excellent customer support if and when you need it. The team found it very easy to get started due to its intuitive nature.

What do you dislike?

Can't think of anything to dislike. Definitely meets the needs of SMB's and divisions of large companies. Haven't tried in the context of org wide implementation of a Fortune 100 company.

"Reasonably new to eTrigue but so far a very positive experience"

What do you like best?

The tools are easy to use and it's easy to navigate the various functions once you know what is included in each heading. We have three campaigns running at the moment, and although it's early days to measure results due to the nature of our business and of the campaigns, we are extremely pleased with the way the campaigns are proceeding and in particular the monitoring functions available. Support in answering queries is fantastic - a very quick turnaround which is vital when new to a system.

What do you dislike?

Online 'Support' is good, but as the system is complex it is difficult to work through at the outset and it's not always possible to find answers to queries online. However, the support desk response is fantastic (see above). If possible, a longer training phase would be good, particularly as I have been unaware of some of the exceptionally useful functionality until pointed there by the support desk - for example the statistics facility in campaigns.

"eTrigue provided the support needed to smoothly manage multi-step campaigns."

What do you like best?

eTrigue's automation solution takes the hassle out of getting a multi-step campaign ready to launch in 4 days. At a reasonable price, it provides the flexibililty to change your campaign at the moment you need to. Plus, if needed, there is live phone support at no additional charge. After trying other solutions, eTrigue can provide a more sophisticated experience for running complex marketing campaigns.

What do you dislike?

There are a lot of options out there and eTrigue is consistent with delivering on what's needed to get the job done. I think there could be some minor tweaks made so the options are even clearer and would like to see that they keep up with innovative features.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Time and process flow management so that there isn't a lot of back end work or preparation needed. Have received increased response rate, lead gen opportunities, and easier engagement while heavily engaged in a campaign process.

"Straightforward Marketing Automation "

What do you like best?

The lead alerts and anonymous reports are the first two big benefits. Campaigns are easy, although multi-step campaigns require planning; when to send, what content to use, how quickly to follow up.

What do you dislike?

There should be a wizard built-in to make some steps easier to learn, without having to look at the help and support material.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Put the tracking in place as soon as possible. Don’t wait until you are ready for sending out a campaign..

Better lead generation. We were spending a lot of time building and sending email, and then manually redoing campaigns every time we wanted to contact our newsletter and contact lists. We also were not getting good statistics on who was returning to our website.

"eTrigue is a simple to use Marketing Automation Platform"

What do you like best?

From our set up to the first campaign - including importing contacts – it was pretty easy and we received good support. We didn’t have much experience with marketing automation so we had to be trained in some of the more complex aspects of the product.

What do you dislike?

We were hoping to use this for surveys, but it’s easier to just continue with tools like Survey Monkey.

Get your contact list in quickly and send an email campaign to capture visits as soon as possible.

We wanted to track activity from outside adverting and Google AdWords plus see what effect email campaigns were having on site visits, and return visits.

"Simple. Scalable. Affordable."

What do you like best?

DemandCenter is nicely simplistic, scales as you want your campaigns to scale, and is affordable. The interface is intuitive and eTrigue has great support. Integration with Salesforce is straightforward. Campaign management and the landing pages are easily customizable. Great solution!

What do you dislike?

Its not for all of our clients. Its the right fit for small to medium size organizations.

Setup takes no time to get a good view of eTrigue's capabilities. Try the free trail. They have great support don't be afraid to use it.

We leverage eTrigue for campaign management in hybrid outsource marketing departments. The drag and drop features as well as the templates saves a tremendous amount of time. The metrics are easy to understand for our clients.

"eTrigue"

What do you like best?

Reporting - really good out of the box and customizable.

Campaign flows - new approach for me, but able to accomplish some pretty sophisticated campaigns in short order.

What do you dislike?

No "suppression list" was a bit of a surprise, but easily accomplished the same result with the campaign workflows. With all of these MA tools, it is a matter of getting aligned with their approach to doing things.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Good functionality for the price.

Take the time to train yourself properly.

We've barely tapped the potential by opting to get campaigns out the door as fast as possible.

Shameless tactical lead generation. Got the job done. Qualified leads are safely in the funnel.

"Robust Automation System with Great Tech Support"

What do you like best?

The clear and simple interface. It's easy to link up HTML emails, landing pages and forms with eTrigue, and build a better picture of a sales qualified lead.

What do you dislike?

It took sometime to tailor some of the reports to our liking. However now it's set-up, the reporting is easy to use.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

First and foremost we've been able to provide our Sales team with better qualified leads. With a holistic view of a user's online behaviour, we've been able to develop an idea of exactly what the idea lead looks like, and set up automatic trigger alerts as soon as the user qualifies.

Our Account Managers now also have valuable insights into their clients. By monitoring which service pages they visit, our team can better tailor their message and customer service to the client.

"A much needed improvement from Eloqua"

What do you like best?

- Speed and ease of use.

- Intuitive interface.

- Ease of bringing new employees up to speed

- The master database functionality, ease of tagging and filtering

- Insights garnered from website visitor tracking

- Lead alerts

What do you dislike?

- Difficulty creating non-standard email templates. Though in eTrigue's defense, I haven't taken the time to learn.

- Difficulty integrating eTrigue with our non-Salesforce CMS

Maintaining a quality prospect database

Nurturing that database via email marketing

"eTrigue DemandCenter review "

What do you like best?

marketing automation platform built by and for demand generation marketers - it has most of the high end features that Marketo and Eloqua have however it does not require a full time administrator and it is easy to make changes to campaigns on the fly

What do you dislike?

while it is easy to use you do need to learn how to use it so it takes time to get up to speed

"Terrifically Responsive, Genuine Customer Care"

What do you like best?

I really appreciate the quick, well-crafted responses from the customer care team. I know they genuinely care about my business and want to solve my problems. It's also very helpful that if after a few emails we can't figure it out, they're happy to pick up the phone, share a screen and walk through your issue live.

What do you dislike?

It does not come with some of the tools needed for an enterprise-wide, global company operating in a variety of verticals..

We use marketing automation to inform our partners and users about new products, upcoming events and promotions, as well as to reach out to prospects with a more educational message about how we can help them.

"User friendly with all the bells and whistles"

What do you like best?

Etrigue makes it simple to create and edit landing pages and emails. Launching campaigns is simple, and tracking results is available immediately.

What do you dislike?

I find the prospect process a bit complicated. Uploading new lists and users and tagging them is something I haven't quite figured out. Luckily, I have business intelligence to do that for me!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are reaching almost 200K to communicate our event and sales increase exponentially following each campaign.

"eTrigue is awesome!"

What do you like best?

The dashboards and reporting tools are very helpful and insightful. You can customize the types of things you want to see and things your boss wants to see.

What do you dislike?

Some parts are not very intuitive or user friendly. Takes a lot of practice to get it right and remember it for the next time.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is providing insights into who is visiting our website, who is downloading our assets, who is opening our emails, etc. Didn't have access to that before eTrigue.

"Lead alerts have been fantastic"

What do you like best?

We get lead alerts when customers and new visitors come to the site after being identified. Our folks can get on the phone with them right away when it makes sense. That really helped our contact rate. We’re calling a lot more interested buyers than we had been in the past, and we also see the unknowns.

What do you dislike?

We sometimes get too many alerts when a campaign is running – or they occasionally stop.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Use scoring to filter how many lead alerts you get, you can set it by 5 or 6 different data points.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our google dashboard showed lots of traffic, but that didn’t mean more leads for us. We’re getting a better sense of who is looking at our pages by the lead alerts we get. We also get a lot of useful information on unknown visitors, and we can call down into them since we know where they are.

"Great Email Marketing Software"

What do you like best?

I really like the visualized campaign flows and the ability to valid each campaign step

What do you dislike?

Some aspects of emails do not work well with Outlook. Some of the tracking features do not extend as far as I'd like.

Increasing sales and product awareness. Also for internal announcements. I really like the features that allow you to build landing pages and integrate forms.

"eTrigue used for marketing purposes"

What do you like best?

Ease of use and response time of help desk. Many helpful videos listed to help with problems. If those don't work, helpdesk takes max an hour to respond with a suggestion for fix.

What do you dislike?

A few too many steps for building campaigns. Landing pages are another step in the process which takes many windows to be open for completion

Mass email communications.

Easy to reach contacts with multiple attempts while only having to set up one campaign.

What do you like best?

The support team at eTrigue has been amazing! They are always available, and ready to help where possible.

What do you dislike?

The system still could be simplified especially in the area of scoring.

"Repeat User for Almost Ten Years"

What do you like best?

eTrigue is the best balanced marketing automation platform. It is very powerful and very intuitive. Other platforms require substantial sacrifices in either ease of use or functionality. The result: pound for pound eTrigue is the highest performance marketing automation platform.

What do you dislike?

Would like complete integration with gmail and other inside sales productivity tools.

What do you like best?

"Excellent service and very quick turn around"

What do you like best?

I like the product a lot as it is very easy to use. I love their support pages as they are very helpful. The vidoes are very instructional as well and very easy to get trained on

The different features on easily building multi faceted campaigns.

Learning curve, but once you pass that it's a great marketing tool.

We have integrated our software with eTrigue's Demand Center using their API. With this integration we are able to track campaign performance and true lead-through-close metrics. Our mutual customers are now have these metrics available to them.

What do you like best?

The interface is easy to use and intuitive.

The CRM integration can be cumbersome at first.

"Simple Marketing Automation"

What do you like best?

Not as complex as the higher cost marketing automation tools. Easy to use and fully integrated with Salesforce. Great tool for the small to mid market companies that do not have the money to spend on top dollar applications.

What do you dislike?

It does not come with all the bells that Eloqua, Marketo, and such come with. Would like to see some more basic templates for mass emails. Otherwise a good product.

If you are a small or mid market company sending hundreds, not thousands of emails on a monthly basis, this is the tool for you.
