"EverString Fit + Intent Surge + Lookalike Modeling is the Gold Standard for ABM"

What do you like best?

The combination of Fit + Intent Surge + Lookalike Modeling in a single platform, with excellent Salesforce integration.

What do you dislike?

Salesforce App Configuration - under Insights, the Technologies data (current 19,613 options) powered by HG Data is difficult to administer unless you want to monitor ALL 19,613 options

Also - we have found the data provided by HG Data isn't all that reliable relative to our focus areas - which isn't really the fault of EverString.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have an Account based approach (ABM) - and EverString has been an essential part of our journey to allocate marketing, SDR, and sales resources to Ideal Customer Profiles (fit) that are Surging in Intent (EverString w/ Bombora via EverString) and Surging in Engagement (Terminus).

The Intent Surge data being automatically fed into our Salesforce environment via EverString has been transformational. Our SDR team now focuses first on key personas at Ideal Customer Profiles (high fit) that are Surging in Intent and Surging in Engagement - and we are seeing a much higher success rate relative to our prior efforts of only focusing on key personas at Ideal Customer Profiles (high fit) w/o any Intent Surge or Engagement Surge data.

"Find Best Fit Target Accounts And Start Growing Your Pipeline "

What do you like best?

Everstring has enabled us to identify new target accounts and quickly begin account based marketing campaigns through the Terminus Integration. I appreciate the ability to have multiple scoring models to help us properly compare accounts across industries or different degrees of fit against our ICP

What do you dislike?

Contact level data is not very accurate, especially in financial services and mortgage when turnover may be high. There is a lack of completeness of the contact data, not all accounts have phone and email.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Everstring is a great solution for any firm looking to grow their target account list and begin engagement quickly. The ability to filter and really optimize the list by techno and firmographics coupled with their proprietary scoring models will make you confident you have best-fit accounts. The ability to export lists directly to Terminus is very valuable if you're getting started with ABM and want to start running campaigns quickly.

We needed a solution to identify best fit accounts, grade them against our recently closed won deals and export to Salesforce and Terminus

"EverString let's you prioritize your marketing and sales efforts"

What do you like best?

Scoring of lead lists, whether the sales team's general outreach lists or specific marketing acquired lists like events. Also, data enrichment is comprehensive for US companies.

What do you dislike?

I wish there was an easier way to filter, sort and order data based on information already in Salesforce, for example whether someone is a client or even the type of client.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Do a trial, but if you are in need of prioritization and you focus on the US market it should be good.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We all know how important it is to focus on your ideal customer to see better results for Sales and even Customer Success after signup. EverString does the work for you to identify those accounts and provides additional information on those. EverString solves lead prioritization for us, resulting in higher quality meetings and more/faster deals.

"Great Service & Excellent Technology"

What do you like best?

The team has been amazing to work with - feels more like a partnership than a simple vendor relationship. Christine, our Customer Manager, has been amazing to work with - very knowledgable about the platform itself and very willing to brainstorm creative solutions/strategies for our problems.

What do you dislike?

The ability to populate leads to CRM through ES is problematic. It works OK for reps adding a Contact or two on the fly, but any attempt to add en masse has produced frustrating results.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make sure you know what you want from the platform and put process changes in place internally before expecting results. Leverage the ES team.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Identifying target Accounts based on our past successes. As a growing business, sifting through our massive amount of sales data and coming up with actionable conclusions has been a struggle. EverString has directly addressed that.

"Everstring helps you search for and sell to qualified prospects."

What do you like best?

The search engine easily allows me to search for companies I have sold to previously or had great success with, and then find similar organizations to. This gives me the advantage to referencing their competition, and telling a story as to why this my technology is valuable and impactful in their space.

What do you dislike?

This tool can be a little confusing to learn how to use, largely because there are so many ways it can be used. The training put on by the EverString team is very helpful, though.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Try to get better at using the software by reaching out to your AM. They will help your team learn more about added/upcoming functionality.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The main problem being solved by my organization is finding similar companies to those which we've succeeded with in the past.

It is beyond helpful to be able to approach a company with a success story of a main competitor with a similar use case.

Everstring has helped increase revenue by offering insights into our Ideal Customer Profile, and how to reach out to likeminded companies/individuals.

"Good information in a user friendly format "

What do you like best?

Great platform and search functionality within the platform. I still have somewhat limited access as I don’t have the full version witch is a bit annoying. It is very nice having all the relevant information on the company as well as contacts within the org in the same place so you aren’t trying to cross source to get all needed intell.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that in my current version I have very limited export options, they definitely make you pay a little more at each step to gain additional features.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Building a prospect pipeline in order to gain new customers. I like the intent targeting, I’m not 100% convinced on how true it is although it’s much better than nothing and have had a decent amount of success with it.

"Everstring Review "

What do you like best?

Everstring enables you to select certain topics that you can monitor for various target companies and have insight into whether people from that company are searching for that specific topic. It has helped our Sales team to be able to proactively reach out to target companies with a better pulse on if they are actively searching for our software.

What do you dislike?

It is a little difficult to create the reports. Also, when Everstring provides you with insights based on the criteria you've set (i.e. 'companies searching for email marketing')- it is difficult to understand what time frame that particular company was searching that specific criteria.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would recommend evaluating all similar competitors. Be very thorough in your evaluations and ensure you are getting what you want. I think this product is good but not sure it transcends across all industries.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have definitely increased the amount of booked meetings on our Sales team. We have a weekly report for "surging accounts" that has enabled the SDRs to more effectively focus on targets who are 'on the market' for a software like ours.

"Next generation ABM and Predictive Analytics Tool that produces stellar results"

What do you like best?

EverString offers a very strong platform with exceptional technology, a robust account based marketing strategy and program. The account team is very responsive and hands on. The tool also has a very strong analytical model and dashboards. I also have tremendous confidence that the tool will deliver measurable results for my team quarter after quarter.

What do you dislike?

I find that the usage rate versus priced paid for EverString has been unbalanced on occasion, as it is difficult to justify spend on the tool amidst actual usage and adoption within the organization.

EverString is a very robust next-generation predictive marketing analytics solution that will allow your inside sales teams to acquire the precise leads through data analytics, client segmentation, data curation and automated outreach.

I have used EverString to be able to prioritize and stack rank marketing qualified leads for our sales department representatives and account executives.

"Lacks global data, and the process for the user needs some work"

What do you like best?

I like that surge data, score, and company background is all in the same screen. The visibility of the data within Salesforce is pretty good, too.

What do you dislike?

To get surge / intent data published into Salesforce is not automated; you need to manually do it every week. Also, there is a limit to how many enrichments you can do, which if you have a lot of leads in your database (and/or get a lot of new leads on a weekly basis), you'll quickly run out.

Lastly, they only have company information for US, UK, Australia and Canada. If you're a global company, it's not enough.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Definitely make sure you test their data appends and matches on a significant test size. And make sure you have a wide range of industries and company sizes in there. Also, you should have a marketing ops person to make the platform really operational, otherwise you won't get maximum value out of it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

1. Lead enrichment is one primary use case. But I haven't been super impressed with the match rate and/or the quality.

2. Surge data is other use case. I have found the process challenging.

3. Fit scoring for the accounts. They don't show much from their "secret sauce" which doesn't inspire confidence, but other companies may be similar.

"Great service, good product"

What do you like best?

The predictive analytics capability. Partnership with Bombora really helps understand intent on the predictive list that the platform generates.

What do you dislike?

Data accuracy. It has quite a long way to go and we brought this up with them. They do have weak and strong sectors.

No second guessing on who the next best customers could be for any ABM effort. User interface and experience is second to none.

"Finding look alike companies has never been easier"

What do you like best?

We are able to create many different models in order to get to the look alikes that are most interesting to us. Plus there is a plethora of information about each company that makes research so simple.

What do you dislike?

It does take a few weeks to get the models up and running. So you need to be prepared to take the time to test them out and get them tweaked to where they need to be.

Be sure to know the audience you are interested in finding through their database and make sure to test to see that this audience actually exists.

We are trying to find as many look alikes to our already growing list of customers. This is the simplest way for us to find potential customers.

"Truly helps us zone in on the correct companies to contact"

What do you like best?

One of the best tools in the platform is to find companies similar to ones you are already prospecting. This has allowed us to find dozens of new accounts to prospect to.

What do you dislike?

There is a bit of a problem when trying to save certain searches for future use.

"We have seen results"

What do you like best?

I really like the intent score, we use this to help sales and marketing target their outreach to accounts actively looking.

What do you dislike?

The Terminus integration, I am not sure what it actually does. After working with our AE at Everstring and the digital marketing team, we found out the only way to use this information for Terminus is by doing a weekly export and uploading the CSV to Terminus.

Work on the Terminus integration and ways to re-run audiences without having to recreate them.

We have seen a huge uptick in deal numbers after using the everstring intent data to focus outreach efforts.

"Finally able to find contacts!"

What do you like best?

Ability to source contacts that have previously been unavailable to us

What do you dislike?

We had some challenges getting an integration with Salesforce finished so we display the data there but since it has been complete, it has been great.

We work in a small, niche industry and sourcing contacts has always been difficult. Everstring has given us a tool that really works and that was easy to integrate with Salesforce which has made it accessible for our sales team .

"Adequate product, but could be better"

What do you like best?

I like the ability to create "smart" prospecting lists from uploading lists of current customers to identify customers that best match your ideal customer persona.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that it is difficult to create and/or logic and I don't like that it only has companies based in the US. We have a UK office and I would love to be able to identify companies out there as well.

This is a product that is best used in tandem with something else IMO. We use both everstring and Zoominfo, Everstring is used for identifying companies, and Zoominfo is used for identifying contact information.

"Intent is great"

What do you like best?

the intent pieces are really nice. While not many people that have taken meetings have specifically acknowledged searching for our keywords, I'm definitely getting more meetings.

What do you dislike?

The contact info is so so - you can't see all the names that they have, you can only filter and even then they only show selected ones.

"Everstring -- Great for predictive ABM "

What do you like best?

Great customer service from the team. We got to know everyone at Everstring very well during our pilot. They gave us great ideas around content marketing, sales development and more. The company is very young, but there's a ton of potential for this data and intelligence to be used across marketing functions to drive revenue.

What do you dislike?

Pricing was a limitation. Also we were not doing enough in ABM to legitimize cost. I did love the customer service. I thought it was excellent.

"A "must have" for your ABM strategy"

What do you like best?

The product's ease of use and the short time to value. It also has integrated seamlessly into our internal process. Also, the account team is incredibly helpful in maximizing our investment in the product.

Needs to add international company data.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

I like the prioritization of which leads are more likely to convert based on which leads have converted in the past.

What do you dislike?

Demand generation module is not as robust as I wish it were. We have run out of contacts to generate a couple of times.

Make sure you have enough data in your Salesforce instance before you implement Everstring, because it uses your data to build the model.

"Great lead provider"

What do you like best?

Everstring just released lead data for Australia and UK, which is very helpful for international companies. I love their Everstring Overall Fit Score, which is a custom algorithm that provides a rating.

What do you dislike?

Their contact database is limited, there are lots of companies, but not many contacts.

-No data enrichment capabilities: while it seems their tagging of company and industry is significantly more accurate than our current vendor, we aren't able to get any of this information into our system to help clean our data

When considering predictive technologies you need to not only consider which product is the most capable, but which is going to get you going quickly and with a smart team so you are using the technology well. You also want to make sure you're using a company that's growing and coming out with new products/services. This has been a great benefit of Everstring.

What do you like best?

Everstring's willingness to work closely with us to ensure we succeed. They don't just sell you a product and forget about you.

"Great too for prospecting qualified companies"

What do you like best?

Every time I demo or sell to a company, I'll use EverString to find similar and qualified companies to prospect too.

What do you dislike?

They have great filters to add and really focus your search, however, their CRM fit score does not seem to work too well.

The website's search engine is not very helpful/intuitive. Very difficult to find new accounts.

What do you like best?

Great company to work with. Taught us more about our business and helped us locate more customers.

What do you dislike?

Campaign results took a quarter. Was hoping to see opps created sooner, but probably wasn't realistic.
