The product did integrate fairly well with our ecommerce shopping cart which is a small part of our business.
What do you dislike?
Despite saying it would integrate with our ERP during the sales cycle, we quickly learned that it did not work at least with our version. We have tried to schedule numerous calls with them to fix the problem but they have been unresponsive. They have even schedule a call then emailed minutes before the appointed time for the call to cancel.
In addition, they have added on other fees that were not disclosed when we discussed our needs and requirements.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Too many hidden fees and lack of customer service to be worth the trouble of trying to integrate.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Instead of simplifying our sales tax compliance it has become tedious with many manual workarounds due to Exactor's lack of customer service and delivery on what was promised. We will be looking at other solutions.
