"Great Platform for Brokers"

What do you like best?

Retention Center makes maintaining a client book of business manageable and insightful. Each customer is clearly defined and categorized based on price increase, difference, carrier, line of business, and risk level. Clarifying an owner to each customer for the sales team makes management easy and errors seldom.

The client policy summary page makes understanding the customer's story simple. Summarizing key coverages make for a seamless phone conversation.

The activities section allows for agent management of tasks. This is a great platform for transcontinental offices that are not necessarily in the same time zone.

What do you dislike?

A disadvantage is the inability to sort by carrier or extract all carriers but one. When we are onboarding new hires, it is difficult to give them access to special features. Instead of the admin having the ability to do so, they must call in to Ezlynx and request this.

Recommendations to others considering the product

EZLynx is a fantastic alternative to other management systems and quoting areas due to its ability to look at the customer experience from start to renewal. There's no finish. The customer's story is forever ingrained so that even if they do decide to leave your company, their story will be available the moment that they come back.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sorted options are available to prioritize leads by rank of most likely to renew. This includes the ability to show multi-line policies and sort further by priority. This helps for time-management and maintaining customers.

"Manage it all"

What do you like best?

The communication, ability to task, and interact with both client and team members. They have great tutorials on the features they offer, and their customer service is great! Excellent for several different positions to all interact and do their jobs.

What do you dislike?

The interface has a couple of shortcuts lacking, but they are really improving their software all the time. I really don't have much to say here.

Use the tools, there are so many great resources offered with this company and right at your fingertips.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Uploading and tasking team members and agents. I have less emails to send out because I have already communicated with EZLynx. Ensuring delivery of documents and tasking with calendar due dates is so valuable. The accuracy of finding clients based on information. So many tools in one area, shared by the whole team.

"Great tool, but a significant learning curve"

What do you like best?

I appreciate that they offer regular trainings, because as someone who uses this for accounting and billing but not everyday, there are a lot of moving parts to keep track of. They make it reasonably easy to work through the learning curve with both reference materials and live trainings.

What do you dislike?

There are some aspects of some of the functions that are a little clunky, but it seems like they are actively working on making some things easier. I also think they've done a great job balancing ease of use with utility.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

EZLynx has helped hugely with the transition to an independent agency by streamlining a lot of the processes. They've also provided additional website creation/content services.

"This management system is so intuitive compared to our last one."

What do you like best?

It used to take us days to payout the monthly commissions before we started using EzLynx. Now it takes a day!

What do you dislike?

The homeowner rater is very lacking compared to other raters out there.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Af first you may be overwhelmed with all this management system has to offer but after you get more involved with the software you will see that EZLynx has so much to offer over some of the other management systems. The quoting rater is a little less disirable though and I'm hoping they will have more homeowner carriers soon

The all inclusive management system and rater make spending time on quoting and admin so much easier

"EZ LYnx - easy... but quick?"

What do you like best?

concise quoting all in one location. Access to many carriers at once

What do you dislike?

there are a lot of questions to answer for each carrier that do not necessarily affect rates, aka would not be asked in carrier site

consider other raters as well; had good experience with SilverPlume

"Innovation at its finest"

What do you like best?

The wide array of features that are compacted into this cloud-based software. The software is very intuitive.

What do you dislike?

The lack of open API! Once EZLynx opens up their API and allows other companies to integrate with the software, they will own the insurance CRM space.

"Ezlynx and Insurance Sales"

What do you like best?

It’s very easy to use, and organized. Keeps all your customers information in one place. Also keeps track of the policies and premiums for each customer.

What do you dislike?

Not all the companies use ezlynx. So I have to go into certain carriers and just do a quote separately.

it’s definitely worth it.

Easy for CSR’s to locate customers for quick response to issues. Also allows us to keep track of premiums.
