Every card can be a small part of a project or a small project itself. You create standard phases and move cards through all of them, until completion.
You can share your dashboard with your team and with clients and everyone can interact. You can even block certain interactions. Like blocking a client to move a card to finished, or blocking a junior partner from advancing a card from Ready for Approval to Approved-Finished.
Favro lets you track time spent on particular projects if you bill your hours. Then, you can go find all the time spent by each member.
I would like to see a graphic timeframe (like a Gantt graph). I would like to have more precise time tracking capabilities. If you have too many projects going on at the same time, it can become messy.
