The integration of FedEx into our Salesforce system was amazing! We ship solely with FedEx so not having to deal with the repetitious address entry was great!
What do you dislike?
FedEx's team has the general idea there but their API for integration wasn't exactly the best and caused us a bit of down time. Luckily we aren't too far from the hub and were able to make the delivery deadlines for the express shipment.-
Recommendations to others considering the product
Possibly carve out about 3-4 hours in your installation process to deal with FedEx tech support. Speak with your FedEx rep to bring in their local tech specialist instead of dealing with the phone reps.

We saved a good amount of time by not having to enter shipment information into FedEx.com or FedEx Ship Manager!
