"Great for getting reviews on Amazon!"

What do you like best?

Feedback Genius is great for sending out automated messages to our customers! Our review conversion on amazon has almost doubled thanks to feedback genius! It is easy to use, you can attach files with your emails, use images and signatures in your emails, and many more features! It is very easy to make email campaigns and assign products to campaigns. I would highly recommend it to all of my amazon selling friends!

What do you dislike?

The price is a little expensive, but I believe it is worth the money because of the reviews that we gain in return. One thing that is not necessarily attached to Feedback genius but to amazon in general is that people can now opt-out of receiving emails from amazon. This effects the reach of the emails because people can now opt-out and not receive the messages sent.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This solves our feedback problems on amazon. It helps us get more reviews, without having to reach out to clients individually.

"Powerful Tool, Great value"

What do you like best?

The is a must-have tool for selling on Amazon. Set it up and let it run to automatically send follow up emails that you configure and schedule to solicit feedback and reviews, or to provide follow up information. Lots of functionality - you can create emails for different products and/or purposes, as schedule them according to your needs. You can also be alerted to negative feedback so you can respond quickly.

What do you dislike?

Can't say there is anything I really dislike. It does what it says.

Solid company that is one of the first to offer this service. You can't go wrong with Feedback Genius.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Collecting reviews and feedback, and being notified of negative reviews. Reviews are critical on Amazon, and you can't really manage it manually. A tool like this makes it easy.

"Covers all the basic features but nothing special"

What do you like best?

SellerLabs maintains a global list of Amazon emails that are unreachable due to customers opting out of seller contact. Theoretically, this cuts down on the # of bounced emails that would normally be sent, reducing monthly usage that you would have been billed for.

What do you dislike?

UX for the analytics is not very useful. Review rate is never accurate and unreliable.

A review left for a product variation will trigger email notifications for all SKUs under that parent. I've seen this issue with other products so it may be an issue with the Amazon APIs.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Sellerlabs, the company that makes FeedbackGenius, definitely has some work ahead to streamline their SaaS solutions. This product provides everything you would expect from an autoresponder solution but there isn't much beyond those basics. They offer 3 other Amazon tools in their suite but there is no integration between them. All run a separate products with no navigation to jump from one to the other.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sole use for FeedbackGenius is to autogenerate emails after a product is sold. Our email sequence is written to encourage a review of the product purchased.

"New User, So far satisfied with the software"

What do you like best?

I like the templates that are already prebuilt for convenience. Having the templates allows me to spend time on higher priorities rather than having to type them out each time. It's very important to receive feedback o my Amazon sales and Feedback genius helps boost my feedback ratings by promptly sending great emails to my customers.

What do you dislike?

The interface could use improvement on which templates are active and how many emails have been successfully sent and opened.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Feedback Genius solves the problem of needing to send follow up emails to our customers after they have received their orders. We need to ask them to review their experience with our store and rate us 5 stars, and Feedback Genius sends emails for us automatically to each customer. We have benefited by getting feedback ratings of 5 stars from the emails that Feedback Genius sends out.

"Its good for the price"

What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to setup everything and start sending emails.

What do you dislike?

The templates. Need more template styles. We also have a problem sometimes using firefox with the web application.

FeedbackGenius is perfect to get more reviews for your products on your amazon store. Just remember not to send too many emails for customers.

"Very robust tool for Amazon reviews"

What do you like best?

I really enjoy the custom emails we can send to customers, especially being able to differentiate the emails based on the products purchased. There are many filters and options for differentiating the customers to target when sending them emails.

What do you dislike?

There have been some bugs since I signed up for the tool, but they usually fix them quickly. I would also like an easier way to add products for the tool to keep track of.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We saw a nice increase in the number of reviews we receive in our Amazon account. Also, many customers comment that they enjoy the automated emails and instructions we send them about the products they purchased.

"Amazing Results"

Ease of interface and immediate results are incredible. Great product for amazon sellers.

"Feedback genius is solid and fair on pricing scalability based on volume use "

What do you like best?

Customer engagement data and pricing tiers are good in this system.

What do you dislike?

There are some limitations to going deeper on data insights but for what you pay for it’s fine. A/B testing is restricted to higher tiers /for a price.
