I like the ease of use in terms of GPS tracking of technicians

The reporting system is not very user friendly - custom reports are not easy to create and pull from the system
Recommendations to others considering the product
I would reccomend using it, but ensure that your payroll company has an open API in order to ensure seamless integration of hours into the system. Also, make sure that you get properly educated and trained from your rep on the ins and outs of reporting. At this time we are not having great luck pulling daily hours reports - which is something we continue to struggle with.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
In the past, we were not able to track our technicians to give customers accurate arrival times, or to audit their weekly hours. Fieldforce helps us to work more efficiently and lower our overall payroll costs.

Validated reviews require the user to submit a screenshot of the product containing their user ID, in order to verify a user is an actual user of the product.
