I really appreciated the integration with Outlook in regard to the calendar and emails. Super useful, and can keep a running tally of what is going on in the file, and saving the pertinent documents.
The integration of Outlook email and calendar system is for Windows users only. When the firm switched to Mac, that integration was lost, and the development team was not able to create that integration for over a year or more.
I would highly recommend it, if only for the fact of Outlook integration and the cloud-based structure for ease of use.
This was used as a case management program for the small firm I worked for, and was very useful for that purpose. I loved the cloud-based data saving, so you could potentially access this network from home or during trial..
I liked the easily organized layout of the website. You can search easily for names of clients and specific documents that you are looking for. This makes it easier to locate the document rather than having to consult the physical file.
Some documents are difficult to search based on their name. For instance, if you are looking for a Motion for Summary Judgment in general to consult as a template, you may have to know the client's name or file name specifically in order to find what you are looking for. For law firms, it would be nice to have an option to "categorize" the type of document you are uploading to a file.
It allows access to client files by everyone working on them without having to consult the paper file. This is more organized and efficient.
I liked how I can share file access with my clients. Also, I can calendar from Firm Central and my google calendar at the same time.
Customer support was unprofessional and did not seem to respect that my time is limited.

I like that all of the programs are together and easy to find. The virtual portal is very useful for clients.
Because the programs are all centrally connected, when one program crashes, sometimes they all freeze.
