"FM Systems"

What do you like best?

This program is very user friendly & easy to add new projects to.

What do you dislike?

I have only been using this for about a month but so far I have not found anything that I dislike.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving collaboration issues among departments and have benefited from better organization.

What do you like best?

It is extremely easy to use, and very intuitive.

What do you dislike?

I have searched for dislikes but have had a tough time coming up with anything substantial.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Put it up against other software providers and I think you will agree that FM Systems is head and shoulders above the competition.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We move lots of people from workstation to workstation. This software automates this process. We also use this to record service needs so work orders can be created. It allows us to respond quickly, in most case a day or less. The key benefit is cost savings based on process improvement.

"Very flexible and user friendly."

What do you like best?

The ability to configure the product internally without costly customization, and the fact that any configurations are carried forward to subsequent upgrades.

What do you dislike?

The pricing model. They could use a concurrent user model instead of named users.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Your floor plans will need to be in a pretty clean state for implementation. Many implementations require time and money to standardize floor plan layers to properly display within the application. Keep your security simple, and configure the system with Single Sign On (SAML for example) to make it easy to share the information with people outside of the Real Estate department.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Understanding the activity within the Real Estate portfolio allows us to make better decisions. The user-friendly interface has allowed us to bring other non Real Estate users into the fold to expand the systems adoption and usage, in turn improving the accuracy of the data.
