A big bonus with using this program is that you are able to cut down on the number of emails that go back and forth between colleagues. When a folder is updated team members are able to instantly receive notification.
What do you dislike?
Whenever a change is made team members are notified. Initially any change pings a notification which can be Overkill. There is a way to edit the frequency in which you are notified though which is nice.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Productivity. We need everyone to have the most recent version of files for work projects. Creating folders that are shared among team members allows this to easily happen. It also keeps down the need to email copies of documents as people are notified when changes are made and they can pull new files as needed.
