"Best CRM I've used!"

What do you like best?

The interface is extremely user-friendly. Even pulling reports is a breeze for those that are not super technologically savvy. Tons of extra functionality such as collaborators and task integration. They are always diligently working to continuously update and improve the system. In the year and a half that we have had Follow Up Boss the number of updates has been tremendous! This is all while not noticing any issues or bugs on our end!

What do you dislike?

My ONLY complaint, which is not even a fault on their part. I would love for them to add a function to their action plans to be able to email a summary of tasks completed each day (particularly to a client), but also to be able to choose from the list of tasks those that the client does see and does not.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Definitely, try it. I've used a few different CRM/s; Market Leader, Kunversion, Real Geeks, Top Producer. Follow Up Boss is definitely my favorite. Not only does it work, but their support is receptive to growing and making it the best system they possibly can. And they offer a free trial so why not give it a shot?

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using FUB as our Primary, only really, CRM for our real estate team (currently around 12 people). Our agents have been in touch with more leads as well as converted more simply by having an easy way to check their tasks for the day. Our administrative staff has been able to process paperwork and commissions faster due to all the details and custom fields options. As the team manager, our owner and I are able to pull reports quickly and spend more time helping our agents be productive and make more money for their families. Turning an agent on or off leads has become a 30-second task instead of the half hour it was before. Having everyone's emails synced with the system also allows for complete transparency for not only quality control purposes, but in case someone needs to step in for another agent at a moments notice.

"Finally! The best solution for real estate CRM."

What do you like best?

This CRM is easy to use and intuitive. It automates things like email logging and social media imports, just stuff that makes sense.

What do you dislike?

Hard to dislike, lack of automated texting? More robust offerings on the financial and transaction management side would be great.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I was a bit disappointed that it took me so long to give FUB a shot. I kept seeing the name, but thought it was cheesy and never gave it a second glance. Once I realized that so many website companies were integrating with it, I figured it was worth a look. Make sure you give Follow Up Boss a fair shot!

Easily managing my contact database. FUB makes it fast and efficient to keep in touch with my clientele without feeling like I'm wasting my time and spinning extra wheels.

"Positive with some glitches "

What do you like best?

The automated action plans that integrate with our Curaytor lead gen system. I also like how easily you can segment call lists based on multiple filters and criteria. It really helps keep the call lists for various agents straightforward. Lastly, I like the layout for tracking analytics on email blasts and website behavior of specific leads.

What do you dislike?

Advanced lead flow rules can be a bit confusing and changing emails in the action plans isn't very user friendly. I also wish each user had their own colour on the calendar and that you could assign tasks without it being associated with a specific lead.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We get a lot of Facebook leads per week, so follow up boss allows us to not only instantly capture their info, but touch them immediately. The automation is great, because we get responses from leads in the system we might have forgotten about that eventually want to buy or sell with us. Its a huge time saver.

"Best CRM software ive ever used"

What do you like best?

What i like best about FUB is how instinctual the software is. navigating around the interface of it makes a lot of sense, even if you arent very computer savvy.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the team capabilities. when you have a team on FUB under a principle it can get really confusing and too much to manage. but for an individual, i think it is great!

Without a doubt the best choice of CRM software out there. FUB is compatible with bombbomb, zapier, and more. Exporting/importing leads is easy, and it is matchless when it comes to efficiency.

Follow up boss has solved issues of client relationship management. it is hard to keep track of how often, and on which platforms you have communicated with a client and with FUB everything is well traced within each contact. you can text, email, and log calls all in the same place - this is a HUGE benefit in and of itself.

"Easy to Use CRM for Real Estate Professionals"

What do you like best?

Follow Up Boss V.2 is super easy to set up. You and your team can be up and be running in minutes but there are many useful features that do have a learning curve but can be deployed as you go. Live help, Webinars, and online support will help get you there.

What do you dislike?

A bit pricey, especially the optional phone dialer, Team members were reluctant to switch from FUB Classic to FUB 2.

The only way to go if you are running a small real estate team.

We have many lead sources and several databases, which now feed into FUB. Our team members can now work their leads from a central repository.

"Leave no Lead Behind!"

What do you like best?

Unlike most CRM platforms, the user interface and the efficiency of being able to keep track of all your leads is GREAT. It's really easy to use which makes the task of following up with your clients a whole lot easier. I also like being able to text from my laptop.

What do you dislike?

There's really only 3 things that bother me about Follow Up Boss.. 1) It's pretty pricey:/ 2) I wish they had more built in drip campaigns. 3) It would be nice if FUB could send text messages from our a phone number of my choice, but I don't think that is something they have control of.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Follow Up Boss is great, but before pulling the trigger.. I'd recommend checking out other real estate crms because there are a few others out there that can do the same thing for a lot less money

Follow up boss really helps keep you and your team members accountable to follow up with all the incoming leads. It also helps insure that no lead falls through the cracks.

"Great CRM, easy to use"

What do you like best?

It is a really clean interface, easy to use and makes sense. Very user-friendly. Great customer support.

What do you dislike?

It is still in early stages of development, so there are updates being constantly made (which is good!) but sometimes I'd like a feature to be available that just isn't yet.

If you are looking for an easy to use system, that has great customer service, this is the CRM for you.

"Awesome Product with Customization Ease"

What do you like best?

Ability to add fields for database management- easily customizeable

Ease of searching for clients - you can filter lists off a variety of fields to target specific portions of the database

Smart List sharing with team - Sharing lists with the team helps to create organization and know they are seeing the same information you are

Tagging - Create any tags you want to categorize people

What do you dislike?

Lack of ability to link client accounts - creates double entry for couples

Doesn't allow for file storage with client page.

Make sure your must have list matches the features. There are always plus and minuses to any software system. Before you review the feature know your needs.

"Best CRM i've ever used"

What do you like best?

What i like best about follow up boss is that it is the most user-friendly, easy to learn, manage, and maintain CRM ive ever used.

What do you dislike?

one thing i dislike about follow up boss is that if youre on team and your have one primary account, with lots of multiple accounts underneath you for your team members, any emails sent from the team members account show up as the primary account name.

It is worth it to experience all the learning tutorials when getting onboarded with FUB. there are so many functionalities of the website that are helpful to you and your business that you dont want to miss out on the opportunities.

customer relationship management. we have realized the benefit of making impressions and getting in front of our customers more often, as well as seeing a well documented account of what contact has been made to each customer.

"Love the Program, better than most out there"

What do you like best?

easily integrated with other systems, which helps everything flow. I love how there are so many different apps that can be added by using API keys. If you want something that is user friend and advanced with tech, this is the system you are going to want to be using every day!

What do you dislike?

there is no place to add someone from a company and label which company

Worth the money, I have tried other sites that dont compare to what FUB brings to the table. If you are in RE you definitely need it!

"Great for leads and lead follow up!"

What do you like best?

There are many things I like about this software. We can insert our own plans that we can setup a client on that automatically sends out and acts as us as if we are doing it ourselves each time. It is a great place to have all our clients in one data base

What do you dislike?

As an admin, it isn't the best for transaction checklists. I also don't like how it doesn't sync with a spouse and keep track of each home we have sold or each transaction. When my boss got follow up, his contacts synced over, but all they all have the same date as when they came in and do not have their transaction history.

We are saving tons of time and touching clients in a timely fashion. It is a great place control leads.

"User friendly CRM"

What do you like best?

Reminders carry over to your calendar for easy follow up

What do you dislike?

Not a huge complaint but manual input. It would be nice if the information would carry over from MOJO

"nice product but subpar service and performance"

What do you like best?

The ability to integrate follow up boss with my custom web forms and launch action plans

What do you dislike?

The app sucks and the most simple things like loggng calls and looking up people don't work properly a good portion of the time. Have brought issues to their attention and have even corresponded with the owner or CEO Dan Corkill and it doesnt look like they have taken any action

Test it out before fully implementing the system especially the app. Test android and iphone apps.

"Great Real Estate CRM!"

What do you like best?

I like the intuitive user experience for this tool. Lots of CRMs out there are extremely clunky and hard to use. This tool comes with work flows that are catered to the needs of real estate professionals.

What do you dislike?

It is pricey compared to other CRMs. I hope that by using it, it would help me recoup the cost of having it. :)

"Follow Up Boss"

What do you like best?

It just makes it easy to set up reminders for your real estate database. Also love the tagging of leads. This system stands out as our best system for lead follow up

What do you dislike?

Price seems high for multiple users. Wasn't scalable for teams in multiple cities

"All In One Place"

What do you like best?

The best feature I would say - It eliminate the overhead of checking multiple systems and really easy to control lead distribution by a number of criteria and alerts to assigned agents are easy to set up.

What do you dislike?

Mobile application need much improvement in terms of response time and user interface.

"Great 1st stop for new leads"

What do you like best?

The auto text function has been a game changer for our lead follow up. Having a central place for all our online leads to flow to, has been great as well.

What do you dislike?

The site is pretty basic, not too shiney.

"Great Concept"

What do you like best?

I love the simplicity yet the key features are great for any sales team/group/brokerage.

What do you dislike?

The cost of the calls - $75 per user gets pricey especially when it is the group leader or broker paying which is usually the case. Right now we use a crm system that connects to ring central and is only $5 per users phone number and has unlimited minutes.

"There are better options"

What do you like best?

Automated responses, they go out automatically which is great when you aren't able to respond as quickly as you would like.

What do you dislike?

It's not that user friendly and it's a bit disorganized.
