What do you like best?
When we begin working with a client the first thing we do is compare what the competition is doing. Moz Pro provides some awesome figures that clearly show what's going on.
When you start a campaign, the software begins tracking progress immediately. This is helpful when you go back to see how the site has improved since the beginning of the campaign.
What do you dislike?
Crawl results are inaccurate. Moz does not have the crawling capacity as other software, such as Google, so results are limited. For instance, inbound links on moz won't match what Google webmaster tools returns.
Spam analysis is inaccurate. Take the spam analysis with a grain of salt. They may return sites that they feel are spammy, but clearly are not, always do your due diligence to make sure the links are actually poor.
Recommendations to others considering the product
If you're a small business owner doing your own marketing or an agency looking to keep clients in the loop. This is a must have. Small business owners can see what is happening around them, while agency's can track and report to clients on what has happened over a period of time.

The biggest way this has been beneficial to our work is keeping track and comparing what the competition is doing. We can easily see how we are ahead or behind our competitors. Weekly we can see how trends within our industry are changing.
