"Passenger has created a wonderful way for us to collaborate and connect with our clients!"

What do you like best?

Fuel Cycle by Passenger is easy to use on both the front end and the back end. It has all of the tools we need for idea sharing, gathering feedback and building and strengthening connections with our product users and our clients.

What do you dislike?

Some of the media-sharing could use improvement as far as aesthetics go (sharing a PDF is not the most visually pleasing), but the fact that we can share a PDF is helpful when it becomes necessary.

Recommendations to others considering the product

You won't find a better platform or a better team of people to work with.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're using Fuel Cycle as a way to collaborate and connect with schools, organizations and students across the country. Together with our clients and the students they serve, we're developing solutions for student success, using this collaboration as a way to guarantee that we deliver what solutions are needed, when they are needed.

"Customer Focused Community"

What do you like best?

We established a good connection and trust with Fuel Passenger during the research and onboarding phases of setting up our online community. All our requests were considered and approved. They communicate with us frequently and have really helped us tat in to what our customers think and want.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really. But only to help with growth perhaps expansion in to other survey platforms, which Fuel is actually doing right now.

We interviewed key competitors and still believe we made the right decision to partner with Fuel for our online community.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are asking customers on process improvements, ways to better and more accurately serve their wants and needs as well as future develop and testing new and emerging markets. Early feedback has been more, we are already doing the right things alread. So, we are now focusing on ways to improve wait times and all areas associated within.

"Collaborative. Flexible. Creative. Secure. "

What do you like best?

I've worked with the Fuel Cycle team for over 3 years and have been more than satisfied in working with them. They are extremely collaborative and flexible when it comes to designing your community as well as flexible in the various partners they allow you, as a client to bring in. Sometimes I feel we've challenged them so much that they have learned from that experience and shared it with others.

If you need to reach hard to reach audiences, you will find them with Fuel Cycle. We had several communities that had a really hard b2b customer to get -- and they got over 300 for us, in 4 countries.

I work with several different account team members because we have more than one community. We always come together several times a week to discuss matters that are important, how can we improve what we are doing, and creative ways that we can get at the end solution. Without this ongoing dialogue, our communities would not be successful.

I am also confident that the website and the app they run for us is secure. We have a very very rigorous security process and they passed. It took a while, but they were extremely transparent in all of their responses and guided us to a successful end community.

What do you dislike?

There is really nothing that I dislike ... they're still growing. They're definitely different from their competitors when it comes to the end product -- the technology.. It's top notch! The research end of the business has improved significantly, and should continue to improve.

Get a trial of their service -- you have nothing to lose by it. You will be very satisfied.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We saw a 4x return on our investment. If you do not have a community, you are going to missing out on saving research dollars!! We also now engage more cross functionally than ever and our research team is seen as more credible and reliable resource as a result.

"Always Attentive to Our Needs"

What do you like best?

They are continually looking to improve upon their site -- both the customer side and the client side

What do you dislike?

There have been a few set backs in the new implementation that are causing headaches.

Being on the West Coast has its troubles too

The weekly support is terrific and they are responsive to our issues.

The ability to create a multi-pub panel has been fantastic for the editorial teams. Wish we had more panelists but we are working on it continually.

"Developing platform with some great features on the horizon. "

What do you like best?

The FC support team is nimble and accessible. They have (mostly) great people in account support roles.

What do you dislike?

Technical glitches are a frequent occurrence. Additionally, the backend platform is a somewhat outdated (but seems to be evolving at an accelerated pace). There have been a lot of cases in which we asked about a function or a feature and have been told it doesn't exist yet (but is on the roadmap in the next few months).

Getting insight into our customers wants and needs. Piloting and developing new product ideas.

"Passenger/Fuel Cycle is A+"

What do you like best?

I really like the ease of the moderator interface, it makes it really simple to launch studies, discussions, albums, etc.

What do you dislike?

As updates are rolled out it would be really great to have those communicated to users.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being on the consumer insights team, we have a lot of questions to answer for the entire company, and being able to tap into a community on a regular basis for more urgent requests is invaluable.

What do you like best?

The ability to gain consumer insights quickly and cost effectively.

Data Analytics process w/ Qualtrics. I do not have anything else to add.

What do you like best?

Simple, easy to use interface. Excellent survey tools and analytics. Range of community activities to engage members and keep them interested.
